Decided to try this place out for a quick bite at the Linq. I am a sushi lover, so this category is right up my alley. Food was decent and nothing special. All ingredients found in a sushi roll are put together in one big burrito. If you order a bowl, you get all the ingredients in a bowl. There was nothing special to this place, just your average spot to eat. Like any other place on the Strip, its pricey. I give it a full score because the cashier was friendly and there was adequate amount of seating. If I wasn't super hungry, I would've waited and went to get sushi off the strip. But since I really like sushi, I was willing to try this place out. But i wouldn't come again unless I was in desperate need for food.

What a fun twist on our favorite sushi! Coming from San Diego where we always eat burrito, it was my sushi and burrito merged! Very tasty and we enjoyed it a lot. I should have grabbed some more ginger! We had the Malibu, but was torn between that and Redondo. Either way the Malibu did not disappoint. Staff here was very helpful and service was quick. Ambiance is so-so, but eat outside and it is bright, especially at night. Jaburrito is located near the Linq on the strip mall before you reach the actual Linq. Plenty of places to choose from, but pass it all up to try this place. At least give it a try.

Tried the Redondo sushi burrito. $20 cost was ALMOST translatable to the cost of a regular sushi. However, for that price, I would get opt for a higher end meal - not from a fast food joint. Service was fast and the venue was clean considering the amount of traffic that goes through this restaurant. The Redondo was flavorful and loved the crunch. It was filling. I would suggest reinforcing the ends with more sushi wrapper so the fillings don't squeeze out and gets messy when you get towards the opposite end of the burrito. I did like the concept - DFW, Texas can use a joint like this for food enthusiasts.

Came here on a Monday just before 3pm. There was no wait. Ordered at the kiosk. Ordered the Long Beach. It was ready in under 10 minutes. The sushi burrito was a lot. They run about $20 each but it can easily feed 2 adults. A good value if you split it, which they do slice in half. Rice to filling portion was just right. I liked that the shrimp tempura was crunchy to add texture. I would have liked to add wasabi but I didn't see nor ask.

Found this hidden gem while exploring the LINQ promenade in Vegas...Was craving something fresh and healthy for lunch, like sushi, and Jaburrito for that really nice. Went for their signature $20 Redondo sushi burrito. Think giant sushi roll meets burrito - you can get it wrapped in either rice paper (traditional style) or tortilla. I chose the rice paper version and wow - the texture was incredible! It's packed generously with fresh fish and perfectly balanced flavors. Added a small miso soup and salad on the side to round out my meal.Best part? It left me feeling satisfied and energized without that heavy, post-lunch slump. Exactly what I needed for more exploring. Will definitely hit this spot again on my next Vegas trip!

An interesting concept of mixing sushi with burrito. There were some parts that worked and some that were a bit more on the odd side. I got the mission sushi burrito and the salmon and filling was fresh but the sauce, yuzu avocado cilantro, was a bit of an unusual pairing. The pico de gallo also felt a bit out of place with the typical sushi ingredients. This made a nice filling lunch but I'm not sure I would try again.

The location of this place is primo, with the Linq high roller just outside to enjoy your food with a view. The burrito itself was packed full of deliciousness however the seaweed was very soft/moist and the salmon texture seemed like it could be frozen and not fresh.

Service was fast and the burrito was good. I ordered the Acapulco one, it was super spicy. Be careful of the spice if you order this one. But it was really tasty. This place is like a to go place but also has seating.

What a great late night bite after a show. We were craving some sushi but with a twist. We ordered the Malibu and Renondo. My hubby added avocados to his Renondo. It made it creamier and fresh. He got his burrito with the tortilla and I got the Malibu with the sushi paper. He prefers the tortilla over the sushi paper because it can get a little messy. The burrito was gigantic! I wish we had a Jaburrito near me.

Great location at the Linq Promenade and very quick service. Fresh and made to order bowls or burritos. Sizable portions at least for the bowls we ordered. The Venice was flavorful and had plenty of veggie selections and I ordered it with 1/2 rice and 1/2 salad. A little less of the sweet chili sauce would've been better for me but it was still good. We also tried the Kodiak which had nicely grilled salmon and the crab was plentiful too. Really enjoyed the two sauces which had a nice spice to it. It'll be nice to try the other options.
