Arrived when they opened the hibachi at 11:30am starved and ready to eat. The service was nice and fast! My husband ordered the three combination hibachi- steak, chicken and shrimp. I ordered the shrimp meal with fried rice and also got the Japanese burrittes roll! So yummy everything was really fresh and good. Music volume is good and once we sat down people started rolling in. Start and finished the meal off with hot green tea. Overall this is the best Hibachi spot in Vegas

I came here Christmas Day and it was a chilly night. I had no idea what I wanted to eat so I decided to come here since I love Japanese food. Walking in, the place was very dimly lit which I like in the evening, and I was seated right away. Service was top notch and my water was constantly filled. The good portions were good for the price, and very tasty. The host was extremely friendly and talkative, and it seems like he really cares about the business's guests. The hibachi fried rice and their noodles are always fantastic. I order on Grubhub quite a bit from this place, but it was nice to actually sit down and eat there. Always a great post-workout place for me, and that's very important for my lifestyle. I will continue to support this place for the great food, service, and quality. -温帯さん。

Came here on a work lunch. Easy to find, lots of parking, and well decorated interior. They had sections for hibachi and regular sit down meals. We were in the hibachi section. Service was terrific. We were greeted quickly and catered to often. They were quick to refill drinks and clear empty plates, which was almost a necessity with the limited counter space around the hibachi grill top. Dwi (pronounced like "Dewey") was a FANTASTIC hibachi chef! He was so funny and personable, and obviously very skilled!The food was fantastic. I don't think I've ever had a better friend rice. Which was amazing to say because friend rice is usually a background filler dish. I got the hibachi steak, and oh my goodness he cooked it to temp perfectly, and the garlic butter he finished it off with made it so rich and flavorful. I didn't much care for either dipping sauces, the steak was good on its own. The sushi rolls were delicious (I only recall one of them was called a spider roll). Our lunch hibachi meal set also had salad, which I think had a ginger salad dressing, but I finished my whole bowl, it was that good. The clear broth was really good too... it reminded me of miso soup, without the cloudy miso part, if that makes sense. I was so stuffed I didn't even have room for dessert.Overall it was a fantastic and entertaining dining experience, topped off with quality service and chef skills! Will definitely be back to try more menu items!

It's crazy we never came to this local spot. We literally live 8 minutes away! The staff is very attentive. We loved the Hibachi!! The steak was cooked to perfection and very good quality. Our chef was so entertaining. They have a happy hour and a full sushi bar. We have to come back!

My husband and I found this spot on Yelp while visiting my folks in LV. Lunch Specials 11 am to 3 pm. Hibachi or Regular seating and we chose the quieter regular side. I ordered a Hibachi lunch of Filet Mignon and K ordered a Bento Box and tried their Fried Chicken with Peanut Sauce Both were very good but I think next time he'd order his usual teriyaki chicken. We also ordered the "Japanese Lasagna Baked Roll" which was very good also. My beef was tender and they gave me dipping sauces. The fried rice looked like just slightly flavored rice. The vegetables were great. I enjoyed my meal. I had a bouillon type clear soup with mushrooms with salad and K had Miso soup. He liked both. I preferred his miso but both were good. The service was great.

Yelp let us down! We are Ohjah regulars but a friend recommended this place and Yelp reviews were 4.5. This place is mid at best. Service was scattered and slow. Food was average at best. We had appetizers and Hibachi! Hibachi was mid, the rice was full of egg shells! Filet was tender but no flavor. Shrimp was okay. Dipping sauces we average as well. Appetizers, spring rolls, crab Rangoon and chicken potstickers were all ass! The prices were similar to Ohjah or Osaka! Go to either of those options and pass on Izumi!

Been wanting to experience Hibachi since I've only been once but it was so long ago. It's a lot better with a big group because the chef really makes it a big show but since it was just the 2 of us it was still fun to see his skills in cooking. They even had a robot that lead you to your table and even had a karaoke machine! We ordered the filet and the halibut and both were so good and they give a lot of food! The filet was so tender and so soft. The fish was very filling too. We had fried rice, side of salad and soup and lots of grilled veggies. I had plenty leftover for sure. It was so nice to have the table to ourselves, got there at a time that wasn't so busy. The drinks were yummy!! Everyone was nice there and would definitely recommend going here!I also loved the fact that they had sushi selection! What we ordered was good!!!
