ITs SUSHI Spring Mountain

Last month in Vegas we were looking for a decent, ayce, and nearby sushi joint!Stumbled upon this spot in Chinatown and it had great reviews! Upon looking at the menu, we noticed a plethora of items to choose from and new specials!The restaurant was fairly spacious, decorated nicely, and the service (at least our waiter) was exceptional! He had our sushi's coming out accurately and on time! We were accommodated to of all our needs! And he didn't overcharge us!Sushi was fresh, large portions, and unique appetizers! They even had ice cream included for dessert!

I came here for lunch and didn't know it was all-you-could-eat until I arrived. I almost left; I've found that all-you-can-eat sushi is (now with 2 exceptions), pretty lousy for obvious reasons. I am a sushi-a-holic but I had faith in the Yelp reviews, so I stayed. I was not disappointed. This isn't truly 5 star fish, but it's a solid 4+ and for the price, you just can't touch anything close to IT's Sushi.My test of a "good" sushi place is that they have fresh wasabi. Wasabi is expensive and not everyone has it. THEY HAVE IT. Then I basically worked my way down the Nigiri list (the pairs of fish on rice), and had the spicy garlic edamame. I'm also a chili head; I love spicy food, and their edamame made my eyes water. The fish- Out of maybe 10 different pieces (you cannot reorder the same piece twice), the yellowtail was just OK, but everything else was above average up to memorable (very good). What I ordered would have typically been well over $100, EASY... This place was $34. I almost fell out of the booth. I had to recheck the bill- yep, it was right. It wasn't the "best" sushi I've had in Vegas (which is 8 times this cost), but for the price, I've never had anything this good at this price.WELL WORTH the slightly off-strip location, an easy 10 minute uber ride, if that.

It's Sushi, it's fast, it's delicious, it's fun. Call this place what you want to call it but it's overall a great dining experience. From the quality of the food, to the random birthday shoutouts and the delicate care by the servers, Its Sushi is one of my to trusted spots in Vegas. You can tell the quality of the fish is of the better qualities from most spots in Vegas. Some Nigiri with soy sauce and wasabi will quench your sushi hunger here.I judge most places by their oyster and uni and its Sushi passed the test. The sides are also well seasoned and delicious. The Skewers is one of my favorite and they also carry some jalapeño poppers that I highly recommend.All in all, great atmosphere, fast service and excellent quality of fish!

That was our second time. First time it didn't really work for us, and we left somewhat frustrated. Timing, mindset, not hungry enough, food, service... hard to tellDecided to retry it this time and we had such a better experience. Food was good, fresh, good fish quality, diversity of offerings, fast service. Very good value. So simple in concept, the poke taco was great. Uni, for an all you can eat, was good quality. The touch of smoke paprika on the salmon aburi was tasty. The rice cake was a tad greasy and won't order again.Wife liked the lit up ceiling, cozying up the place.

Excellent and fast service, casual ambiance and delicious sushi...how can you go wrong? Tons of indoor seating, big menu with tons of options...this place is perfect for getting your sushi fix. This place is one of my top AYCE sushi houses because they give you an honest amount of fish on your nigiri rolls and in your order. I can't stand places that give you a huge wad of rice and very little fish. The menu is chock full of delicious options for rolls, sushi, salads etc. And all of this for a great price. Swing in, snag a delicious sake and brace yourself for a belly of delicious sushi.

Always a great experience whenever we go! Each time we have friends in town that want an AYCE sushi experience we opt for Its Sushi for a couple of reasons. 1. Its location is ideal for an off strip experience that isn't too far away, especially when meeting for a central spot. 2. The food quality is one of the best in town. There are usually two different menu options to choose from depending on the day you go in, however for a few extra $$ you'll get the full menu experience and the options are worth it. Been there on FridayThe front desk was never greeting us. Was never even smiled. So rude. The music was so loud even hurt my earsThe waitress was not friendly either Now most importantly is the food right?I was hoping that the food was worth all the bad feeling about the place. Turns out true food was flavorless. The worst AYCE sushi I had in a while. But at least my daughter liked their udon noodles. 2stars for that. Otherwise definitely 1 star.

Our server danny was amazing and very helpful was super courteous will be coming back again for great service and great food

The atmosphere was nice and the food was really good definitely check it out. The place was quiet and relaxing and the staff was nice.
