This AYCE sushi spot truly stands out with its impressive variety and quality selections. One of the biggest highlights for me was that their all-day price includes premium options like fried oyster, halibut, negitoro, and geoduck--something you don't often find at other sushi restaurants. It's a great touch that elevates the experience.Service was excellent--quick, attentive, and efficient. The food came out fast, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Great ambiance and interior; I really like the long booths they have. I would like to note that their soups and udon weren't as hot as some other places but take that as you may if you like warm soups instead. I like that they have a to-go deal of 2 sushi rolls for $15. Whether you're a sushi lover looking for quality or just want a great all-you-can-eat experience, this place is definitely worth checking out!

FOOD- good portions of nigiri & quality. Gyudon was great! Niece loved it here. (All she ate was the ikura and gyudon. Did not stop- she's' 3 lol)SERVICE- FOH staff are attentive. Most of them table touched & followed up throughout the night. Was a plus!AMBIANCE- Restaurants very nice, still looking new. Pretty open seating. Air smelled like fryer oil tho. Maybe they gotta clean their hood filters? Dined here about 8 times since hey opened. A regular here for sure since when craving AYCE sushi near Rhodes Ranch.

Another pretty solid AYCE sushi spot in Vegas. Came here on a Saturday night to celebrate a friend's birthday. Unfortunately they do not take reservations but there is a Yelp waitlist to check in upon arrival. Our party of 8 ended up waiting a little over an hour to be seated; there are other AYCE sushi restaurants in town that I feel have table set ups that are more accommodating for larger groups. Once seated however, I felt service was flawless. Ordering was a breeze, food came out quickly and without mistakes, and our waters were refilled without us needing to ask. Dinner pricing per person on Saturday was $35 per person pre-gratuity and tax. Food/menu:- On par with other AYCE sushi in Vegas in terms of very good fish to rice ratio- More expensive, a few dollars more per person compared to other AYCE- Offers the following premium items, maxed at 1 order per person: uni, fried oyster, oyster, ama ebi, salmon belly, halibut nigiri, negitoro, grilled Japanese sea scallop skewer, mirugai sushi. I don't think I've seen negitoro, fried oyster, or mirugai sushi on other AYCE menus before so these are more unique to ITs SUSHI in my opinion - Good variety of specialty rolls - I thought the ginger was a little old/dry and wasabi pretty weak tasting I really liked the interior of the restaurant and the plating. Sometimes AYCE places use plastic dishes or cups and just overall can have a cheap feel, but the plating here and overall ambience was very nice for AYCE. For birthdays, they will play a quick song on the loudspeaker and bring over a big candle on top of a scoop of ice cream (which is already included in AYCE) to surprise the birthday person.

Amazing dinner buffer after 10pm for $28! Service was fast and friendly, and table favorites included the ono (super white tuna), unagi, yuzu yellowtail and the no name roll. Plenty of good options and fresh fish, as well as parking!

What a great AYCE sushi place. The restaurant is busy and lively. The servers hustle and the food comes fast when you order. Have not found much that I dislike at ITS Sushi. The food is great, the service is good and the restaurant is clean. What else can you ask for in an AYCE sushi spot? The price is reasonable at about $40 bucks a person considering the quality of the fish. I find this place to be a good value. I have been back several times in the past couple of months.

Sushi Sushi is a cute spot with a spacious dining area, lots of tables, and charming string lights on the ceiling. We went on a Monday around 4 PM, and it wasn't busy at all, so the service was excellent--quick refills on drinks and constant ordering with no issues. However, for an all-you-can-eat sushi place, it's definitely on the pricier side compared to other options in the area. While the ambiance and service were great, the higher cost knocks it down a star for me. If you don't mind paying a bit extra, it's a good choice, but there are more budget-friendly AYCE spots out there with similar quality.

Got recommended to come here and can't say no to the good reviews. We came in a Saturday around 6:30pm and our friend put down her name first, we had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. Of course we did the AYCE option. Service was very prompt and they did not forget any orders we had so 5 stars for service. The food was pretty good! I would not compare this to the omakase type because I think they are different products catering to different experiences. There are some "only one per person" type dishes such as uni and poke salad. I recommend getting those maxed out first if you like them. Honestly both the uni and poke salad were ok... the poke salad was kind of big so I recommend for sharing. The uni was small but expected for AYCE. The quality is definitely not top notch but it's at least fresh. The normal menu stuff was pretty good. I probably had like ten salmon roe sushi and it was a tad bit salty but it was good! My friend really like the super white fish. In general the fish is pretty fresh. The amount of rice was not atrocious so that was good. Sides wise, my husband really liked their corn cheese and gyoza. Overall would come back!

It's OK but we honestly prefer places that are part of the Sushi Neko restaurant group more. The prices were higher and the service slower. I really don't feel like the quality was any better at all and we just really prefer the offering at the Neko restaurants. That being said, taste is subjective and if you love this then that's great. I'll even eat there with you but I'd prefer we went elsewhere

Amazing quality of fish, nigiri, and rolls. Vibrant atmosphere with smiling servers and food runners that look like they funky working there. Always great and efficient service whenever we come. Food comes out super quick. Expect to wait 30-60 mins on a friday night during prime dinner time 5:30-8 pm. Parking can fill up quickly. Front lobby area is small and can get crowded easily so just wait outside or in your car once you check in on the tablet, it's through yelp so you can check your place in line and get text updates. One of the few ayce places that offer affogato for dessert, my absolute fave! Helps to cleanse your palette from all the heavy savory stuff. Oh and they do something special for your birthday lol just let them know! This spot has easily become one of my top restaurants to dine at and my go to spot in the SW whenever I'm craving some sushi. They also offer late night ayce from 10 pm to close for $26.95 and order any two rolls for $15 (take out only). Keep up the good work!

Came back for a second visit and tried the $35 all day menu, and it was totally worth it. Stepping up to the higher menu allows you to order more premium items for AYCE. Some of the items we ordered were the various carpaccios, yellow tail collar, oysters, ebi shrimp, salmon belly, and various skewers. Some premium items are one only per customer and some are unlimited. Whether you go with the lower $26 AYCE or the $35 AYCE, you can't go wrong. If you're eating lighter on the AYCE then go with the $26 menu. If you've got an appetite, then go for the $35 menu. Enjoy!
