Islandtucky Fried Chicken

Went here 2 fridays in a row because the garlic fried chicken was addicting. It's light and crispy when fresh, and juicy in the middle. This time I tried the smoked meat combo which is smoked meat and garlic chicken with mac salad and rice. I usually don't eat macaroni salad but this one was perfect and not over mayo-ed or overly seasoned. To find them, you need to go to their website or social media accounts, to see their schedule. I suggest calling about 10 minutes ahead of time so you don't need to wait.

Garlic Chicken is so light and crispy! The sweet flavor with the light crunch of the chicken! The garlic chicken plate comes with two scoops of rice, potato macsalad, and garlic chicken. Another favorite of mine is the fried noodles! They are always at Total Wine at TOWNSQUARE on Wednesday at 11am.

I am so glad that I am not a vampire because if I cant have any garlic then you might as well put a wooden stake straight through my heart to end my misery. You know things like heaven and earth, night and day, garlic and chicken, and last but not least, Islandtucky Fried Chicken. Had the accidental pleasure of stumbling on their food truck when I turned too early trying to get on to 215 coming out of the Fry's Electronics parking lot (I was getting a charging cable for like the umpteenth time for my phone). Was passing up Total Wine and out of the corner of my eye I spot this food truck. Being that it was exactly 12 noon I took this as a sign to check it out and that is how my love affair began with the garlic chicken. I loved it so much that I had a half plate of it catered (which was a huge mistake because it ran out quick) for my older son's graduation party. I also ordered Kalua Pork with Cabbage, Beef Broccoli and Shoyu Chicken which were also good but the star of the show was the garlic chicken.I can go on and on about it but in the end you just have to have some for yourself. Trust me, you are gonna want a whole plate to yourself. Why dont these guys just call themselves "Garlic Chicken Tucky"? The only constructive criticism if that is that they are a food truck only. No brick and mortar location. If they ever do open one up, I will be the first one there with drool going down the side of my mouth. Handsdown the BEST GARLIC CHICKEN in LV!The best deal, in my opinion... would be their BENTO. It has just about everything on their menu (3 pcs. of garlic chicken, 1 pc. fried spam, 1 hot dog, fried noodles & a scoop of white rice w/ furukaki.) It's sooooo good!We also had the Furukaki Fries... which is also a must try!Check them out! You won't be disappointed! It's a good truck with flavors straight outta' HAWAII! Just like home....

Followed the business and visited them for the first time as they were catering to one of the Local groups concert from Hawaii downtown.I have to say it was worth the drive there to get some Garlic Chicken and Fried Saimin.One of the better foods and done perfect and came out super quick!So simple and really prepared with pride.

This food was HORRIBLE ! I had the garlic chicken with noodles and it made me really ill !!!!! Never again!! A huge waste of money !

Picture this - I stumbled upon a hidden gem called Islandtucky Fried Chicken. Their garlic shrimp was tasty and perfectly cooked. I want to visit this truck to explore the other recipes. I definitely recommend it.

Used to get buy when they parked at UMC. Are they still in business? My family loves their food. Where are they parked now?
