International Bakery #2

Walked in yesterday late afternoon to put in an order for the following day for 10 pieces & I PAID. I clearly stated I'll be there around 3-4pm. I came in just now and they told me "no one put them aside", " they have been sold." But, they still had the note with MY NAME on-hand. What kind of customer service is this? No offer of even a single piece for free... with Barely an apology lmao. What if I grab a piece from the selfserve section and tell you "I'll pay tomorrow" ?

The place is dingy, small and gross! The service was awful. The man working was on his phone the whole time and would tell my friend and I most of the desserts are not likable by anyone.

need a last min cake for my brothers birthday and they were more than happy to help us! i love their pan dulce as well! always good with some coffee/hot chocolate

Best Pan dulce on the east side! Their bolillo stays fresh for longer than El Super's or Cardenas'

I've been coming here for years it's the best when it comes to bread it's always fresh and soft and at such great prices the bread is way better than those big Mexican supermarkets I moved across town and I still get my bread from here definitely worth the drive

This place was horrible don't waste your time here I came here 3 days before my sister's birthday to order a cake and when the time came they told us they weren't going to be able to give it to us because they never started on it luckily they gave us a full refund and we were able to buy a cake from the grocery store but it wasn't the same my sister was very excited for the cake she choose. If only we knew that was going to happen we would've gone some other place.
