1st time here, Laura was such a phenomenal server. Very accommodating and friendly! would def come back!!! Pls ask for her she's such a vibe!! Made our celebration so much better thank you Laura!!!

As a Korean, I need to mix soju and beer. They didn't have large bottles of Terra, so I had to order multiple small bottles. Food needs improvement. Either too salty or bland. ( spicy rice cake and beef tartare were too bland while squid ink karaage was too salty). I hope management samples their food from time to for quality control. I liked how there was no wait. Staff was readily available for add-on orders. Full bar was a plus for my non soju drinker friends. I will probably be back if my usual karaokes have a long wait. I hope this mall becomes more popular.

3 occasions in one celebration. And this was the chosen venue. We chose a medium room for about a dozen people. Celebrating a nuptial, birthday and wedding anniversary. The place was relatively new and pretty modern compared to other karaoke bars. I was ableto bring in a cake for the celebration without a fuss. I was greeted right away when I entered and ushered to our designated room. We orderedsome wings, fries, charcuteries, and pizza. Food was ok. Servers were attentive and friendly. Good surround sound and light effects. Everybody had a good time and sang their hearts out.

Anothaaaaaa oneeeee !! They've added another karaoke bar in Chinatown located next to the newest Master Kim's KBBQ location and across from One Piece Cafe.Industry 13 takes on their version of hidden gems with their full bar that scales about 7 ft along the wall and modern furniture in their lounge area. They have the bar facing a DJ booth where I assume local DJs are able to play and show their stuff. They have an assortment of rooms for private karaoke of small to VIP sizes. They offer a variety of food here too. My friends ordered wings, fries, kimchi fried rice and beer and the employees were very quick in getting our order and getting it to our karaoke room. The service was super fast and they were super nice in assisting us in the room when the karaoke system stopped working because of wifi.Very nice!!!

A friend found this place on Yelp so we made a reservation in the evening. The staffs are friendly and there's plenty of parking spaces. At first I thought we don't have a room since I saw a stage right when you come in. There are private rooms available behind the bar. I believe they offered both YouTube karaoke and the Korean karaoke system. We did ordered some food and alcohol. We were there to celebrate a birthday and the staffs even came into the room with a neon sign, just like the club. Overall we had a great time here. Just push the button if you need service. Great atmosphere and service!

Think karaoke but elevated. This place has a nightclub feel with restaurant quality food options. Each room is big enough to fit around 10-15 people and you have control of the lights & music. Their menu has so many great food options that were perfect for sharing. My personal favorites were the kimchi fried rice, kalbi ribs & squid with spicy sauce. This is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday or special event!

We did an event here and I have to say, it was really fun. I'm usually not a karaoke person but I had a lot more fun than I thought I would. The main space is large and has a big bar area and a few rooms in the back. Food was good, typical Korean fare. The sliders were a miss but everything else, like the galbi, the chicken wings, etc, was tasty.They use YouTube as the karaoke music, worked fine. I wish they had turned on the screen facing the singer as well so we can see the lyrics. Bartenders were friendly and all the staff were great. The cocktails I got were excellent. I'd skip the soju shots as they seemed pretty weak and just all sugary juice.

Nice simple spacious room... Kudos to our server Jean she was really nice and very accommodating on all of our needs...And shoutout to our next server Laura as well, she was also nice to give us extra time due to WiFi issue we had...First food was good we had truffle fries, squid and a complementary fruit plate...Food and drinks comes out really fast, service is great from our server from the start Jean...The room is pretty spacious we got room #10 and we were 8-9 people and we had enough space to move around...Bathroom is clean...Location wasn't hard to find it was the old Star Foot Massage Place...The only reason I didn't give a 5 star due we had some technical difficulties sound was out some part of our karaoke songs and the device they use I would say pretty cheap the android iPad that they use. And also they didn't updated our bill when one of our friends paid for an hour of our time so just watch your receipts and I guess for the staff that's running and charging the table to be on top of the game. But overall it was a nice place to chill have some snacks and hang out with friends.

10/10 the food, service, layout of the place and the while vibe was amazing. We had the best time here and I love how beautiful the bar is. We loved everything about this place. Our fav things we ordered - mango lychee soju cocktail (not on menu as that combo but you can ask for it) - beef kalbi ribs - fried chicken platter - truffle fries - Korean flavored chicken wings - fried shrimp Everything was great ! Make sure you bring your ID it's required after 10 pm

went here to karaoke for my best friend's birthday and the food was DELICIOUS!! the rooms are a good size for a large party, thank you will for your PHENOMENAL photo taking skills!
