To start- very unique experience, with the private seating. If here with a group it's a nice enclosed booth space, in which you take off your shoes when you enter (as an Asian American, this pleases me!). We were met with the friendly staff that served us well throughout, and even brought out a birthday ice cream and accompanying happy birthday song. Service and theming is defiantly 10/10! On to the food, everything you would want out of an Izakaya establishment. Great Fish/sushi options, finger foods, desserts and different bento bowls. I do say it's a bit more on the pricey end if your coming to fill up, as the dishes can range from about $5-$20 an order (depending on what you order). It's worth though, 100%.They are open late, so if you're ever looking for a spot to hangout or want to try a new dinner place- give Ichiza a go!

THE sashimi is top-notch by far, especially the yellowtail! Most of the hot food especially skewers) came out barely warm. The reason for the low review is because 3/4 of the way through our meal the server disappeared. Completely. Just the busser. Had to go to the busser to get the check. I've been to the original ichiza 40 times probably and I wanted to try this one. It's really disappointing that this happened. I guess our three top on a Saturday was just not important enough to get the minimal attention. This was 02/22/25. 7:30pm reso.

Ichiza Hanare is my friends' and I goto spot to hang out when we have our little reunions. A lot of authentic Japanese cuisine (curry, onigiri, skewers, takoyaki, katsu), but the highlight of this place (in my opinion) is the honey toast! Honey toast has been a classic staple in my friend group, and Ichiza makes the best ones. The bread has a nice toast on the outside but the inside is super fluffy. The toppings are customizable and they have so many options to choose from.Inside they have private rooms which can easily sit at least 8 people, but they do have options for smaller groups that are still private! The rooms are made of aged wood which gives the place a cozy feeling. The staff are very friendly as well and answer questions we may have about their specials. Another bonus is that Ichiza closes pretty late, so my friends and I don't have to rush after we get off of work!

This is a fun place to eat with private booths. There are a lot of things to pick from and the prices were very reasonable. The hand rolls were fresh and delicious and not as expensive as a typical Japanese restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Finally stopped into Ichiza 2 Hanare after hearing great things about it. We walked in on a late Saturday night and were seated immediately. I love the intimate booth-like seating where it feels like it's just you and your party - this place makes great for a romantic date night! The food was really good. I'm a big fan of the beef tongue and carpaccio. Would love to stop in again sometime!

Date night! Husband made rsvp to this place. It was our first time trying. This place was cute and I loved that me and my husband had our own little space. It made our date night feel more intimate. We both love Japanese food and love ordering small plates to share. We ordered a few skewers, a couple hand rolls and wagyu beef bowl to share. We ordered a few of their specialty drinks which were also delicious. The service was good- there is a button at your table you press to alert your server. That was a new thing we experienced and we enjoyed that. Anyways, this is definitely a place to add to your list to try and experience. We will definitely be back.

Great vibes, v mellow jpop, food & service was excellentttt omfg, felt like I was back in Japan HAHA, the pricing, quality, and balance of flavors are unmatched, if anything it exceeds that of luxury casino restaurants
