The weekend breakfast is amazingly delicious. "Oishī"!Upon arrival we were greeted immediately with a smile & a warm welcome. As the server sat us to our table, she handed us an easy breakfast menu, with wonderful choices. My wife picked the salmon steak, & I chose the saba miso. We both loved what we ordered. What made things even better, the server accommodated one of the side dishes, (I don't drink alcohol & one of the side dishes had a dash of sake for flavoring). All in all this wonderful experience we had was 10/10! I totally loved the atmosphere & ambience of everything. Dinner is a whole different experience, Jaime at the bar is such an awesome host of a chef.

I've come here on two occasions - first time for breakfast and once for dinner. Both times were fantastic.I came for the breakfast because I saw they offered ochazuke which I have only had once in Japan and I never got the chance to try again stateside. The combo set was healthy and generous and was light and savory - perfect for breakfast. When we came for dinner we got a mix of sushi/sashimi and skewers and their menu was simple but all very good. Great quick and no frills service.

This is a great spot for some late night eats. My husband and I visited once before during our Vegas trip and loved it. This time, however, it was only okay.[Chicken gizzard skewers]Not seasoned, tasted dried up and a little burnt, and prob the worst gizzards we've had. Not even served hot.[Takoyaki]Wish this was hotter! It was served on a pile of mayo...which was odd. This was just ok.[Smelt fish skewer]It was okay...tasted a bit bitter front burnt parts. Even though it looked like it has been grilled, it wasn't hot...just barely warm.[Salmon belly in sake leek]We were surprised to see a larger portion haha. It was tasty and very fatty/rich (which could be a bit much). I wish the skin was crispy.[Small noodle soup]This was so salty it hurt my throat. Not good at all unfortunately. We had this last time and enjoyed it but not this time around.[Tuna handroll]Decent. Nothing special.[3pc Seared Fatty Tuna]Good. Came with a sweet soy sauce.

Food:- Buta kakuni- my daughter LOVED this- Sashimi - 3 kinds. This was very fresh , probably the best dish we ordered. - grilled onigiri. This is ok. Nothing is inside. - grilled miso cod. Very good. - salmon ochazuke. Bland. Pass. - agedashi tofu. Just ok. The batter seemed wrong. - grilled mushroom. So surprisingly delicious. The sauce was yum. Get this. - grilled chicken ball. Dry. Pass- grilled chicken wing, chicken with pork. Just okI wish they would make a sashimi salad and add vegetable tempura to the menu. Service: this girl could not smile to save her life. Devoid of any personality. Ambiance: several tables, bar seating and Japanese style seating with your feet dangling down the hole. Tip: make reservations.

A vegas staple for years. Always great Japanese izakaya. Open practically all day and night. Noticed that they now serve Japanese breakfast meal. Great selection of food. This visit had to try something we haven't had from there- Japanese tongue stew. Delicious. Needing a bowl of rice to eat which they provided. Sushi hand rolls are always great. Great service. They have selection of beer as well.

The hours of Ichiza is pretty odd but I guess it works for graveyard shift workers. My friend and I were able to make it for their breakfast. I had saba breakfast and it was tasty and comforting...just like being in Japan. I would come back to try their dinner next time.

I've been going to this place for over 10 years and I gotta say.. the quality and flavors have always been so consistent and pricing is great for everything you order there! Service is top notch even though it gets quite busy, all servers there are super approachable and friendly! I've been going back and forth between here and Japan for my travels and here in vegas, this is about as authentically as an Izakaya can get! Immaculate vibes, great food, great energy all around! Thanks so much for all you do for our city and you'll always be my favorite spot ever!!

Ichiza has been my go to spot since I moved to Vegas 4-5 years ago! I bring all my visitors here. The yakitori is delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. Some nights they do run out of the good stuff, like beef tongue!I also love their Salmon Skin Salad. Seems basic but you have no idea you had the best until you keep having terrible ones. The skin is crispy and their dressing is light but flavorful and refreshing! They do have a secret menu, one item that I always order is the Salmon Fried rice. Everything here is delicious, my most recent addiction is a new item added to the menu: Pink Caviar Cream Udon, the texture, flavors (umami) is through the roof and they top it off with shiso leaf. Took me forever to figure what the leaf was!
