By far the best experience I have ever had. Patricia and her staff were the best the food, music, cake, bartender, the service and let's not get started on the beautiful decorations absolutely made my daughters sweet16 dreams come true. I highly recommend this place and will continue to tell all my friends. Thank you Patricia for bringing our vision to reality.

What an amazing experience! I planned my wedding from a distance since we live out of state and it met and exceded my expectations. Patricia the wedding planner and event coordinator was very professional and highly experienced. She was able to bring my vision to life and more! The cake was beautiful, the decorations were spectacular, the food was delicious, the DJ kept us dancing all night! Everything we needed was bundled in a perfect package so I didn't have to worry about a thing. We even had a party bus transportation which was so fun and luxurious! I highly recommend her services! Thank you Patricia for helping my dream come true! I am so grateful for you and your team!

They no longer exist and I lost my entire down payment. Beware ... do not trust this establishment.

I had a terrible experience with Ibiza banquet hall, primarily to the owner Patricia. She put my husband and I in a terrible position just days before our wedding by canceling our event. All our guests bought tickets for flights because they live in Los Angeles and booked hotels. However, Patricia, the owner herself, canceled the event and refused to refund our deposit. She breached our contract and withheld our money. This is unacceptable! I strongly discourage anyone from considering this venue! We filed a lawsuit against her and WON. I wouldn't be surprised to find out there are other lawsuits too. Want everything to go smooth and exactly as planned/discussed with the venue? Find another banquet hall.

will not return a deposit for contract not fulfilled. Ghosted/did not return any messages leading up to the day of the event and still now refuses to answer any messages to return the money. do not do business here.

Great place to host our event. From day 1 Patricia (Owner) was very professional and attentive. She was willing to take all our calls and patiently answered our questions and concerns. Our event was small, but she never made us feel like a "small customer". She treated us with dignity and respect the entire process. Her Staff; Nick and Maria Fernanda were there with us the entire event and took care of all of our needs, which were not many since the place was perfect and catered as we expected it. Patricia and her staff kept their promises and truly delivered. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone we know.

The best place to have your events. We live in Long Beach and planned our destination wedding in Las Vegas. We were lucky enough to have found Ibiza banquet hall and Patricia. By far the best place to host your event. This place is stunning, the food is amazing, Patricia is simply the BEST!!!She met all of our expectations, I was amazed at how gorgeous everything came out. Terrible service,a.c. units not working, and false promises, guests had to leave due to extreme heat. Patty is a terrible manager,save tour money, run away from this place. Get a lawyer asap,trust me.

So the manager told us that when its the time of the event it would be cold in here but it's really hot in here. Also the staff in here the DJ, food people, bar tender, and staff in general... they are just doing their own thing. The decor and stuff is good but there was supposed to be fog on the floor but there is nothing there. The lights went off in the restroom. The poor birthday girl is drenched in sweat. The dj is playing his own playlist but we made a playlist especially for the birthday girl. This could have been a lot better, I'm really disappointed.

Where do I start. My event was 10/8/21. I gave them 1 star for the decor and the assistant was nice and the bartender was nice and actually helped. But, that is where it ends.We had nothing but issues with Patricia after are first meeting. She is very unprofessional and even disrespectful towards us at times. An even said that are event meant nothing as it was small and she usually does larger events. But, I did pay you $2750 so I do expect to be treated as important as any other customer. She furthermore showed how she appreciated her paying customers by having potential clients show up at 6:30-6:45p the night of event. Are event started at 7p and here she is walking them around showing them the space all during the beginning of our event. If it was earlier in the day no problem but not during the event. All I can say is so unprofessional.The hall itself as I said the decor was nice and that's where it ended. I choose this place after looking at several others and one of the first things I look at was the bathrooms. An they were clean. Unfortunately, the night of the event they were not cleaned and one was leaking water everywhere. I told her and she did nothing. The carpet in the entryway and in the dressing room she promised would be cleaned and it was only supposedly dirty from a previous event. An it never was. So walking into that was very off putting to me. Then because we brought are own food and liquor I went behind bar to cut up lemons and limes and the counters were dirty. An they had old liquor bottles and mixers open that looked very nasty. An no towel insight I wipe anything down. Then I moved all their stuff and set out all the fresh stuff we bought from mixers to bottle pourers to cups and shot glasses.The supposed DJ switched the week of event. Then supposedly another stepped in all to have a complete different guy show up day of event. An when asked several times to play my daughter's 7 hour long play list that she was asked to make never did. Not sure if he didn't understand us or what the issue was. He was one of the worse DJ's ever. No hype man, didn't play any music that went with her theme of late 90's early 2000's music and just bombed. We found he was playing music off another DJ's playlist. Didn't transition songs, didn't bring people to the floor just awful. Then once people were leaving for some reason choose to switch to Spanish music. WTH!!! Then party ended early although we were still cleaning up (yes we were cleaning up) he turned off music. I had to tell him no sir please put it back on I'm paid for another 1 1/2 hours.Next, the server or should I say dead weigh. Did absolutely nothing.... She sat behind bar entire night and chat it up with bartender. An when asked to clear plates got upset. As if I was bothering her. She came out clear one table and went back behind bar and didn't come back out once. Then we had a girl get sick at a table. An she refused to even come out and lay paper towels down. The bartender actually called Patricia who said oh well leave it. Cleaning crew isn't coming until 1am. Thankfully the bartender stepped in and at least blocked the area off and laid paper towels down. All while the server looked on and did nothing.The bartender Claudia was nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, although I made it very explicit that this party was for a 21 year old and to be watchful of how much you serve did the exact opposite. As a former bartender we would never continue to serve people that were very clearly intoxicated. An because I was very clear on the age range and making sure to only serve people with a gold wrist band for this very reason I wish she would have taken that into more consideration.All in all I highly suggest you run the other way.
