I Love Pho... seriously and this place is a great spot for it.It's decent for being away from spring mountain. My go to spot when I want to avoid all the traffic.The food is always great and reliable. I usually get their combination beef pho or the grilled pork and egg roll with rice vermicelli. The vermicelli bowl is so great ... packed with noodles, flavorful charred pork and delicious eggrolls with some great pickled onions and radishes. It's my favorite. I've only ever picked up from the restaurant or got delivery and they always pack it nicely and full of veggies and sauces.

The Shrimp Spring Fresh Rolls are sooooo delicious with sweet & sour or peanut sauce.The combo Pho is very tasteful.The fried rice with Chinese sausage is also one of the best.I love it here. Service is great. Sometimes it's not busy but food is great.

My husband and I were served our food. Waited 20 minutes and my son's food is still not ready. Our server did not come back to check on us. I asked another server for our son's food. We didn't want to start eating without our son. Had to ask another server 10 minutes later then was told the kitchen is still making the food. Wow I was so pissed, my soup and noodles is now all cold. My son is staving. Our server completely ignored us. Then finally!! My son's got his food 35 minutes later. The entire time our server never acknowledge or apologize or even came back to our table. I don't expect her to say "sorry" but at least say "thank you for waiting" we would be okay with it. Finally our server came to give us our check without even a "Thank you". Wow just unbelievable!! Our server's name is Jen. Zero star for JEN!!!

This has never happened to us. My wife wanted Pho. Whenever we go to a restaurant, I always seat on the side of the restaurant where is not crowded. I was going to sit at the table, and I was told we couldn't sit at the empty section. I asked, "why?" and the reply was, "because we are not busy and you need to sit on this side." I stood and said, "What's the difference if I want to sit here." Then the server turned around and I believe could've been the owner and asked, " Are you going to let them sit there." The owner didn't even acknowledge the server. Then I said, "it's up to you." No reply, then I said, "It's up to you or we can just leave." The server had the audacity to reply, We'll, it's up to you." So we left.
