We arrived at around 4-5pm we waited a while to get seated and they did run out of a few meats but definitely worth the wait. Didn't get to taste the Tri-Tip but will be returning a bit early to get some before they run out!

I'm from Houston! Home of Tex-Mex but I think Via Las Vegas just rang the for doing a one up on BBQ Tex-Mex spinLet's get into my new local Fav YOU HAVE TO TRY!!When U tell you there are great signs when you walk up to a restaurant and a few things exist. The smell of smoked wood, the lines are out of the door, they have a dedicated To Go station which means they are receiving lots of orders and everyone looks like they came in comfort clothing to loosen the waistband after eating well! This was my first time here, and to be honest it was other yelp reviews, and TikTokers that brought me to the local favorite. There are a few things they do right and with excellence. We'll start with the small alcoholic drink menu but trust me if you came from margaritas, you only need two choices and they nailed both of them.Next the food! This is a very simple menu. Meats, Sides, Drinks and desserts. I highly recommend the platters. You get the most bang for the buck at $60 or $100 and to me the smaller platter was for sure enough for 2 w/ left overs or maybe 3 based on how hungry you are. The $100 platter for enough for 3-4 people maybe even 5! Your get to choose 3 meats, 2 sides and we choose the street corn and and the jalapeño mac & cheese. Now this is not a negative comment, more subjective because clearly the mac & cheese is a favorite at the restaurant. However, when you live in the south one thing you have got to know is the mac & cheese has to be on point. I didn't care for this dish. It definitely gave me Velveta vibes, no butter melted and no real cheddar cheese melted on top. (I would highly suggest a change to the recipe) .. the street corn was good just a little too much mayo but still I would suggest it .... let's get to the best part! The MEAT Man let me tell you smoked to perfection, excellent flavor with no sauce, seasoned perfectly, tender ribs, meaty, the chicken smoked and tasty and fall apart brisket. They gave about 4 choices for sauce on the table and while it was not needed the sweet n spicy was so Good!! Now to top off a hearty meal and great margaritas, they have their own version of homemade dessert. We ordered the bread, pudding and the banana pudding. Someone makes banana pudding from scratch. I was definitely a little hesitant because most restaurants make banana pudding from a box. This one however I highly recommend as it is served made from scratch with warm churros for that Tex mix twist! We left absolutely STUFFED! Not only is this a local favorite for those that live in Las Vegas if you happen to be visiting Las Vegas, this is an excellent restaurant for groups. They do have a small amount of seating so be prepared to wait for just a little bit on any given night. It's a lively atmosphere, super casual come as you are including sports attire and be prepared to loosen that waistband Great job Humo Y'all Come Back now ! Ya Hear

Just yum! My top 3 bbq spot in Lv! Had seen them last year on IG and was intrigued and wanted tamales lol. So we made it out this year and it didn't disappoint. The tamales were my least favorite thing of all that we tried but I'll get to that. I didn't catch our servers name but the receipt said Susi. She was really helpful and attentive. Tino came over and talked with us at the end as well and was super kind and explaining they make everything fresh and in house. We tried a number of things and took a bacon jam brisket sando to go. The standouts were the burnt ends, ribs, tacos and the banana pudding omgeeze! The burnt ends were the perfect blend of flavorful, fatty, meaty and delicious! They had a good smoky flavor and I enjoyed them. The ribs were similarly tender, smoky and flavorful. As I talk about the tacos I could go for some now! We tried barbacoa, brisket and pork. Please don't ask which I loved most. They're ALL stars! Old lady said the nana pudding took her back to childhood. The churros were a warm hug and welcomed touch! They had three sauces on the table. I'm not a sweet fan but I did enjoy it here. The sandwich was good and full of meat. I'd get it again. The hatch Mac was recommended, it was fine. The Brussels are also yummy. Honestly it all was, but like I started with, the tamale was at the bottom of a long list. Not at all bad, I just had so many other delicious things. I will be back. This place does things very well, wonderful service, cute decor - I'm a fan!

Unacceptable You no longer get to let "I ran out of food" be the reason for a brick and mortar. We met our friends to reconnect at a previous experience to be told 1 hour after opening for dinner, they were sold out. Yes, this is the 2nd time we have gone to this establishment and be informed this has happened. If this was a food truck, maybe, for a brick and mortar, to run out of ALL food, is unacceptable.

Finally got out to try this Que!Interesting spot in a small center off Sunset. They bill themselves as MexiCue! Meaning Barbecue with a Mexican flavor profile. They have a full bar and a full dining room. When I walked in I was intrigued by the aromas floating through the dining area. They had just opened for the day but already had six tables there. The menu is small but to the point. My food came out in a timely fashion. The service is good and the owner or manager was working the room talking with guests and seeing that they enjoyed the food. The food first off I didn't care for their Beans. It's not that they lacked any flavor, but they are really soupy! I feel this would have been way better as a Charros style whole beans. The Green Chili Mac was okay, however I felt needed some more cheese. The Beans had more of a cheese pull to them than the Mac does. The sauces are good and I particularly enjoy the Picante Sauce. It was just Spicy enough to complement the food. There is a cute little roll served on my plate, it was soft and warm and just enough to "sop" up some sauce. The Brisket is better than most in town. Thick tender slices that are moist. A little light on the smoke flavor however there is the sent of it present. The St. Louis style Ribs were the best thing on the plate. Bite through tender, not fall off the bone (overdone) also a nice bark that comes from Smoking Low-and-Slow. Good job! Overall a tasty experience, the portions are good and the food is cooked fresh daily. Definitely worth another shot!

A friend recommended this place so I had to try it and I was not disappointed. This place is a hidden gem that delivers on all fronts: price, service, quantity and quality. The food is hits all senses: smell, sight and taste. I ordered a 2 meat dish with burnt ends, tri-tip, chorizo refried beans and green chilie Mac & Cheese. The Mac was delicious, tri-tip was tender and flavorful, the chorizo beans were sweet so not for me and lastly the burnt ends... people run, run to this place to try their burnt ends!!!Oh I also had the bread pudding for dessert and oh my god. They had to roll me out of there as I was stuffed. Humo BBQ has it all ambience, service and incredible food.

I had a great meal and dining experience at Humo Barbecue. Their new location is spacious and clean. I order pork ribs (which is what I was craving) and it did not disappoint. The meat was tender and flavorful. I also got rib tips, hotlink, potato salad, chorizo beans and brussel sprouts for sides. My favorite were the ribs.I like that you can try different sauces with the meats, although I didn't really need it because it was good as is. The service was great, attentive, and everyone was so nice. I am really glad I finally tried this place.
