The first time we went we had an amazing waitress, she gave us choices, the food was delicious! We went in a Sunday morning 3/2/25 at 7:00 am and the waitress was terrible! No choices and we were given hash browns and we would have asked for home potatoes like the first time but the hash browns were not hot at all. No toast is offered that's considered in only one side dish. Food was Barely average on our second visit and the waitress wasn't even average. Food and wait staff can make you or break you!

As a BC local I am all too aware of breakfast spots and the roll they play in this town. The sad reality is you might drive by and dismiss this place looking for something with more hype, that would be a mistake. This breakfast was hands down better than anything further down the road. My Cheesy Chick was a great dish and huge, pro tip as for extra Serrano peppers on the side if you like the heat. Here is where things go from good to next level. The omelet comes with a side and when pancakes were an option and being they proclaim to be the best in town I opted in. Waiter asked if I wanted plain or specialty. I told him I trusted his judgment. Great call, because he sat down a stack of Coffee Cake pancakes that blow my mind. I have never eaten a pancake that in all honesty didn't need an ounce of syrup. I usually pass on pancakes but these are life changing. You're not getting insta pic taking girl groups slamming bottomless mimosas so if that is the scene you want move along. But if you want a family own spot that is friendly fast and hands down the best breakfast in Boulder City, pull up a seat here and say hi to Richard for me. I'd also add photos but you'd just see empty plates.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Huevos Avenue, and I can't stop raving about it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a simple yet inviting atmosphere that felt warm and welcoming. The decor may be understated, but the service was anything but. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food, which added to the overall experience. Now, let's talk about the food--absolutely amazing! I ordered the chilaquiles with steak, and it was a revelation. The dish was bursting with flavor, and the balance of spices was just perfect. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, complementing the crispy tortilla chips beautifully. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste, and the right amount of heat made it truly memorable. If you're looking for a place that serves delicious food with fantastic service, Huevos Avenue is a must-visit! I can't wait to go back and explore more of their menu. Highly recommend!

Super choice and worth the wait if there is one. Parking lot looked full when we pulled up but we were able to be seated right away. Staff was great and attentive. I got chilaquiles con huevos with green sauce and carne asada. Everything on the plate was super choice. Get a fork full of everything and chow away. Would also recommend a stack of pancakes for the table. They are fluffy as hell but super tasty. Parking is a little tight around the building but they have plenty of space. Everything is nice and clean inside and service was tip top. If you don't feel like waiting at coffee cup definitely give this spot a try and you won't be disappointed.

My first time here and I thought it was a good sign that they were quite busy. Not so. After nearly 30 min for our "breakfast" to arrive. I ordered French toast, sausage and egg. My French toast was cold as the butter would not melt. My sausage didn't taste like pork either. I signed for our lack-luster waitress; informing her that my toast was cold..she immediately took it back and re-warmed it. I loved the atmosphere, but the food was not good. As we came up to the counter to pay our bill, I saw several plates of food waiting to be picked up and delivered to diners. My friend left a very generous tip, I wouldn't have.

Good basic breakfast. Eggs cooked properly. Big menu. I wouldn't call it a destination, but it's a reliable kitchen for sure.

This is clearly a family establishment. We came in with a party of eight on a Sunday at about 1 PM. They were busy, but we waited only about 10 minutes for them to get us a table. The server was upfront with us that they were busy and it would take a while for their food. It took about an hour. It was Family and we were just chatting so it was OK but we were pretty hungry. We tried the onion rings and sweet potato fries, both of which were very standard. We tried the Dulce de Leche pancakes, which were delicious. The home fries were crispy and cooked just right. Egg dishes were correctly prepared. I had chilaquiles. The flavor was good, they had diced up the chips, which was a little unusual. The green sauce was tasty. Everything that we tried was flavorful and fresh. I would definitely come back.
