Where the heck do I begin??? Hmm let's start with check in! This lady at the front is thee nosiest person you will ever meet in life. She questions everything that has nothing to do with your stay! The rooms are ok however they had a bedbug problem a few rooms down from us. It's weird I thought hotel want to make money nope not here. They don't want you staying past 3 weeks one of the security guards was in one of the rooms with one of the desk lady and we could hear them having ..x in there! This is a property you don't want too stay unless you are a drug addicted. Says you can have pets but if you're pet gets on they nerve ya got too go I'd never stay at this filthy hotel again

They are the worse hotel in Las Vegas. Very racist.they are very outdated. Not up to date on many codes. The head of housekeeping is always in a room having sexual intercourse. They denied me staying because I've spoken up on multiple issues I've had here. Windows don't all properly open. Staff is rude! Specifically tesi! I've never had an hotel deny my stay. I paid for a week and now have to wait till who knows when to get my money back. I will be contacting the bbb and osha about these issues . Do not book! My mother's car was broken into and things were stolen. Lots of expensive shoes and clothes. I will never come here again.

Good Room for the price. No Resort Fee. I'll most likely return in the future. Service was polite.

I stayed here on August 11, 2023, through August 13th and enjoyed the environment. The sound of casino slots in the background is kind of pleasing, even though I don't play, as is the music and people chatting and enjoying their food and drinks. In conclusion, the hotel room was alright, and I forgot my shampoo in the restroom‍ .

Check in the staff was very pleasant to deal with. Special things too Vicky & Maira. Easy access to the interstate downtown Vegas

Ok here we go- 4 days 3 nights day 1 landed here totally by accident anywho long story at first glance cute room recently renovated right next to freeway lots of truckers use this place and has a restaurant / bar and casino but I don't gamble. Ambiance is none. Large private parking lot for cars and large trucks. Friendly staff downstairs just unhelpful. Not concerned by your issues and just here for a paycheck. Day 2 construction right above my room all day!!!!! Asked for room change and denied unless I pay extra. Loud drilling and pounding all day but staff said it has to get done I suggested they not place people directly under it who work nights. Noticed sheets stained and curtains kindaOverlooked it they had been cleaned but sheets are so bleached they are not soft or comfortable woke up the next day and started getting rash irritation. Showering the steam despite the old fan set off the whole floor fire alarm twice during shower. Went to store bought over counter medicine didn't work. Told desk staff he said ok and gave me different sheets to remake the bed myself. Huge dissatisfaction he tells me sheets are washed off site. Day3 miserable in my room itching all day finally decided to go to ER I can't stand it anymore confirmed rash from bleach sheets so now I will have a $1000 bill more medication to buy and out of state so bill will have to be privately paid by me. Uber ride each way another $40 Roundtrip. Go back inside tell the desk staff he said nothing he can do. Gave me another set of sheets. Day four today. Changed my flight ( more money to go home early) worst trip ever I couldn't leave my room the itching was unbearable. I'll leave restaurant review separately. Absolutely horrible visit $120 a day X 4. Terrible experience ruined my whole trip and no help from hotel. I definitely deserve something a comp a refund a credit for once they get it fixed if I'd even accept. People come here to party clearly but wasn't my intent. Security doesn't enforce quiet after 11 pm Urg what can I say nice. Staff yet unhelpful and didn't care but nice and the heater works great. Flatscreen tv but definitely lipstick on a pig.

Stayed here over the weekend because I didn't want to pay an arm and leg to be downtown; and this location was 10 minutes to fremont. Room was clean and the staff was personable. I would definitely stay here again!!!

I came to Vegas to visit my 83-year-old mother, and this hotel was conveniently located in the same area code. The price was great, and they welcomed my dog with no issues. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel felt safe.

If you're a woman, don't stay here. The front desk, i think her name is Hope... hangs up on you after picking up the phone and saying "hello?. HELLO?" *click. Couldnt even get 2 words out. Had to call back and still answers "HELLO???" . The bar/casino side is also discriminatory towards the ladies.My mom and i waited for drinks/service...(30 min into gambling) ... nothing. My mom's BOYFRIEND got 3 drinks before we even got asked. (We were all gambling together) my mom and i ordered (finally) and nothing came. But his did. At the bar.... good luck. The girls cater to men and nothing else. Wasnt even acknowledged for almost 15 min and then was told "un momento".. ok cool... they never came back. So i stood up and again was told "un momento" until finally i was giving the death stare and one bartender comes over "did you order yet??" I said no i'd like to order food though (nice calm voice WITH a smile) she said "TOGO RIGHT???" Why assume? But whatever. I was going to eat at the bar..but i said "yeah togo is fine". Ordered 3 tacos and a tortilla soup.... (Tortilla soup didn't come as explained on menu, my carnitas tacos were SO skimpy, all 3 made ONE taco. $37 and i tipped $10.) Waited almost 35 min before i got up to talk to the manager looking guy at the host stand and then BOOM. Food is there. (Wish i cancelled) Called front desk from my personal phone because there's no way from the room phone. Just to ask about a vending machine but because the "lady" Hope, was so rude, i had to leave a review. Honestly top 2 worst experiences at a hotel/casino. DON'T GIVE THEM BUSINESS. Even the managers, couldn't care less. I didn't ask for anything but the fact they didn't offer a single thing of assistance, other than "I'll add that into my report tonight" is despicable. (Because i know they wont, just a way to get me off the phone) (wish i got the PM managers name for the casino side) As a restaurant manager myself, i know this is not how you handle situations. Which is why they get this lengthy review. Im sure nothing will change though. But worth trying. Would never give my business to this place again.

they claimed they couldn't move my room. I had a broken tv. no compensation very dirty hotel. Has a ver bad smell on all 3 floors. Also location is in a bad neighborhood. WATCH OUT FOR YOUR CAR
