The newly remodeled hotel rooms are beautiful and spacious. The price is right, especially during the week but remember the 59 dollar resort feeThe food options are miserable. 23 dollars for a small chicken sandwich in the food court. Horrible service in guy fieri's sports kitchen. An extremely overpriced steakhouse even for the strip. The room service menu is extremely limited.Bottem line is stay here for the price, go eat at Paris

Put you in room 11-44 with double mirrors so they can abuse you while alone. The security is fake and they don't give refunds. My advice to you would be to refund me before I press charges ALL THE WAY.

PLEASE COME PREPARED TO CLEAN YOUR OWN ROOM!!!!!A little story time:I have sensitive skin and the last time I slept in a hotel I believed had cleaned everything, I broke out in a rash all over my torso, neck, and back. The level of anxiety I had coming here was warranted for that fact alone. If I had a choice in where to stay in Vegas, it wouldn't have been here but the choice was not mine to make. Now, the important part, make sure you have the proper cleaning tools to clean your room. As soon as I stepped into my room I got to work. From the reviews I'd read on my own time I made sure to come prepared. Wear gloves and dispose as necessary. I packed Lysol spray but I figured it wouldn't be able to go since I was flying. Buy spray when you arrive, drive with it already packed, or get a few travel sized ones. Also, if you can or even want to, bring a mini vacuum for all the hair on the carpet. BRING FOOT SPRAY!Bathroom:- Use the toilet wand (before using it on the toilet) for easy cleaning of the shower from top to bottom.- Use the Lysol (or your preferred cleaner) Wipes to wipe down the entire toilet, shelves, counters, sink, doorknobs/handles, and shower fixtures- Either use the liquid from the wipes in conjunction with the wipes to wipe the floor OR use the toilet wand (make sure to change the scrubber attachment as necessary)Bed:- Strip the bedsheets and pillows WHILE WEARING GLOVES AS A PRECAUTION (See photos for why I say this)- Spray the bed and pillows with the bed bug spray and let it dry- Use the wipes to wipe down the headboard and any wipeable surface near or on the bed- Put your disposable sheets on the bed*Change gloves as necessary*Furniture:- Wipe down all surfaces with the appropriate cleaning tools- Wipe down the phone(s), doorknobs, remote(s), drawers, chair(s), etc. Conclusion:I know this sounds like overkill, but for me it helped me sleep only slightly better at night. Also, I declined Housekeeping to minimize any chances of getting sick or otherwise. Please if you can, go somewhere else altogether. The price isn't worth the lack of care that's taken in cleaning a guest room from what I saw.

We are here for our daughter's gymnastics competition. It's hosted in HorseShoe. We made the last minute booking and grabbed a decent deal on vegas.com. The room is just a standard hotel room. However, I am allergic to dust. The room wasn't too dusty... but some small details weren't paid attention, such as vent and tissue box. I hope the hotel improves in these areas.

Stayed 2 nights at Resort Tower, Mon-Wed in January and paid about $125 total. No line to pick up keys at 4pm using the kiosks. Had a view of the Ferris wheel and of the Sphere. Windows were dirty tho. It was a big room. Had an issue with the heater not going pass 65F. Waited about 20 mins for a technician to fix it. But you don't have to be in the room. There is no complimentary water in the room but there's a vending machine near by. About a 5 minutes walk to Paris hotel and the strip. I did find a clump of the last guest's hair under the bathroom vanity. The ceiling of the shower was peeling but the water pressure and hot water was great. Check in and check out was a breeze with the app.

My review is only for the customer service.Unfortunately this is a Caesars Resort and there is a very good reason that ALL CAESARS Resorts rate only "D" and "F" on the Better Business Bureau. We enjoyed a show at the Horseshoe and also parked here. We are locals and are suppose to be able to park for free for a few hours. The machine in the parking lot would not read my husband's license. So he called for help on the parking lot machine and the customer service person JUST HUNG UP ON HIM WHEN HE EXPLAINED THAT WE ARE NEVADA RESIDENTS. WOW! was my husband angry! He started screaming and backing over the bump and couldn't get into a different leaving lane because of the traffic and tried to call again but nobody on the other end would pick up. They eventually lifted the parking arm and we left. This isn't the first time that we had trouble leaving a Caesars Resort as it must be a racket. We will alert the news channels on this matter.

Stayed 5 nights no house keeping when it was requested at check in. The last night here housekeeping wakes me up in the middle of the night when I have an early flight to finally clean the room. Can only talk to an on site employee in person. Phone operators are only in the Philippians. Rooms are dated not worth $200/nt.

The Horseshoe Las Vegas is a nice place to stay, but definitely can use a little upgrading. Wait , it just had a remodel! Might a suggest a thicker window for the rooms facing Flamingo? We were 15 floors up, and you can hear the street noise, unbelievable (loud music from cars - motorcycles zipping by). It's definitely not my cup of tea.The rooms were nice enough, and our bathroom was actually nicer than Harrahs Hotel, which was surprising. The casino floor was ok, but I prefer gambling at the other hotels. There are two sides of the casino, which house slots draw poker and many other newer machines, but I've just had no luck here at all. The casino rewards booth is always packed with people, which is a good sign of being busy. Overall, Horseshoe was a good choice for us this trip.

I wrote a review in Aug. and received a reply back asking for my info so they could look into the issues. Apparently, the response was a standard they send out just to make it seem like they actually care about the guests. I replied back with my contact information and received no follow up. This just reinforces and confirms my opinion about Horseshoe and the lack of care for their guests.
