We had a very bad experience at the hotel last night. Our family was woken up by extremely loud music, either fitness or dance-related, at 5:00 AM. My husband and I were the first to wake up, followed by our 11-year-old son. By 5:30 AM, the music was still going, so I called room service. After some time, a staff member knocked on the door of the room next to ours, but it didn't seem to resolve the issue. Finally, around 6:15 AM, the guests in that room stopped whatever activity they were doing, and the music ended. It's unclear whether the soundproofing of the rooms is very poor or if the neighboring guests were being exceptionally inconsiderate. I even recorded the loud music on my phone. Now, everyone in my family is extremely tired as we head to our next destination.

CHECK IN: Digital key sent- Very convenient! So yes, I returned to try the Home 2 side of this building. I really enjoyed my original stay on the Hampton Inn side. Similarly I had a large, clean room. The kitchen was stocked with plates and utensils, and the shower was simply fantastic. The colors in the room were pretty inviting and well....home like. I also used the grill at the pool and had a great time, just like my previous visit. Pool itself was a great way to spend the hot day.Overall, my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed (including grill utensils). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape! I can't wait to come back for a 3rd round.

Update:I booked through hotels.com and it's advertised as FREE parking. I was charged per day for parking and "state tax" "occupancy tax"? Is that like resort fees just worded different I don't know? But if hotels.com says free parking and shows my what my receipt should be I'm not sure what all these other fees are. I picked this place because it was close to my training and had free breakfast, free parking but we were charged for parking and other fees I had a training this weekend Saturday and Sunday here in Las.Vegas! Checked in on Friday the 29th around a little after 10 pm the man at the front desk was friendly. He asked me if I was a Hilton member, which I am not. If you want they can sign you up at the front desk to become a member. Once they sign you up the front desk hands you a little paper Hilton bag with water and bag of chips. The hotel is clean, hallways are clean. They have breakfast in the mornings. I don't remember the time it ends. They have a wafflle station too. Pool (I didn't go to the pool area) parking you need a key card to go in and out. They are pet friendly and do not charge per night. House keeping is really nice from what my partner said I never saw them because I was at my trainings. They have a snack area if you want to get snacks. Soup, frozen foods and some hygiene stuff. They have a small dog area for them to use the bathroom. PLEASE pick up your dogs poop! There was a lot that people didnt pick up! They have poop bags so you can pick up after your dog!Only downside was I kept waking up in the middle of the night from the people upstairs. You hear everything and it sounded like they were stomping when walking. The rooms are clean. They have a microwave and mini fridge. They put us not to far from the elevator which was a plus, hard for me to walk far after my surgery. They have room service as well that ends at 10 pm I think. I checked out Sunday night around 10pm. The same guy who checked me in checked me out. He's nice. They have security that walks around as well. I found this hotel on hotels.com when I was looking for hotels that were pet friendly. I would stay again maybe on an upper floor so I don't hear the people walking on top though.

Booked a weekend stay while in town for a cigar event. Arrived late evening but the vibe was great upon entering. The bar was full, families hanging in the pool area, the lounge was full of laughter and conversation. The staff was cool, checked me in with ease. This location includes Home 2 Suites and a Hilton Hotel. My room was clean and had all the standard amenities including mini fridge, microwave and large screen TV with Showtime for free and several streaming options. There is free hot breakfast from 6-10am, various snacks and fitness center. Room service is available and free Wi-Fi for Hilton Honors members. Very quiet area away from The Strip but just a 5 minute drive away. Great spot.

Clean and new hotel in Vegas! We stayed here because we weren't planning on doing anything on the Strip (just a stopover before hitting up the national parks). The rooms are spacious and equipped with a kitchenette (microwave with built in range hood, good sized fridge, and sink). You can request an induction stove if needed. The pool outside is clean and the jacuzzi area was well heated. Breakfast in the morning was also clean and had a nice variety of items (scrambled eggs, waffles, oranges etc).

Easy check-in. Very clean. Hotel smelled nice; I noticed the scent in the lobby, and when I got off the elevator onto the floor I stayed. Room was spacious. Pool and jacuzzi area was clean. Ping pong table available by the pool. It was a ten minute drive to the strip with no traffic. Room includes everything you need to feel at home. Continental breakfast available from 6am-10am. Fresh coffee and coffee-mate creamers available. The price was right for a weekend stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Really like this new format they have at Hilton. I believe they're all pretty new, at least it shows in the rooms and the decor. Rooms are a bit larger than your standard fare rooms. The bed area is separated by a curtain, which is basic but pretty genious if you ask me. Full kitchenette inside, with a nice size fridge and microwave. Bathroom is on the small size, but very usable. Water pressure great, and shampoo and soap dispensers are a welcome change from the little itty bitty bottles.A couple knocks. Pillows are horrid. And only included three in the room. They should just keep like 5-6 pillows in the rooms at all times. Location is right across the convention center, which is great if attending a convention. But it gets pretty sketch at night so don't venture out on foot. Parking garage is secure and well lit though.Oh and this place offers comp breakfast buffet. Eggs waffles biscuits cereals. Standard stuff of your hotel offerings, but I'd say a touch higher quality. At least the presentation was.All in a all, nice hotel is you must/want to stay off the craziness of the Strip.

This hotel (dual-branded as Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites by Hilton) is SO not the Strip. Low-key, homey, friendly & professional staff, quiet (with a cute little lobby bar). Across a quiet street from a big police HQ, so you're safe. You're near the city convention center & UNLV campus. Reasonable daily parking rate, deducted from your incidentals deposit. Pool & jacuzzi outside. Lobby computers, with printers for your boarding pass.Rooms are studios with full kitchen & kitchenware, pull-out dining table, immense desk space (this is NOT the Strip), a curtain-separated den with TV & nicely upholstered comfy couch, & a plush bed with lots of thick pillows. Decor matches the photos: spotless, somewhere between functional & retro. This is really a 4.5-star review. I'm deducting 1/2 point for 3 things, of which only 1 is under current management's control: 1. Beds are beside the window, heater/AC is under the window, & fan is LOUD. 2. Sumptuous breakfast, but with no real cream or milk, only Coffee-Mate. (This one's controllable.) 3. It's near the Westgate monorail station, which you can ride to multiple Strip destinations; a 24-hour pass with unlimited rides costs $13-15. But "near" = a mile. So you'd be walking back at night through a deserted neighborhood, along the convention center's long blank wall. We ended up driving to one of the Strip hotels that offers 1+ hour of free parking. This is one of the few LV hotels with very few negative reviews. And those are from years ago, so it's gotten steadily better over time. We'd happily stay here again.
