The Polo Towers used to be part of Diamond Resorts, but is now part of the Hilton Vacation Club. It is literally steps from the Las Vegas Strip, next to the MGM and across from Park MGM and Aria. Location is great as you can walk to all the casinos and attractions at the main part of The Strip. Polo Towns has a hotel portion and a timeshare portion. I stayed on the timeshare side, so check-in is around the corner from the hotel check-in at the VIP check-in. Parking is valet only ($23/day) at this time as they have the self parking area fenced off. There is the outdoor Blvd Parking run by Metropolis (download their App, self parking only $16 per 24 hours) which is what we used to save a few bucks. The hotel/timeshare is in decent condition overall both inside and out, but can benefit from a refresh. The microwave in our room was glitchy and sometimes was not working properly. The elevators are old and slow. One of the elevators going up to the rooftop was rickety and felt like it was going to break down anytime. According to the timeshare guide when we went on a timeshare tour, Hilton had plans to start making upgrades to the Polo Towers soon. The pool and BBQ area is on the roof. There is a rooftop observation area where you can take in some nice views of the Las Vegas Strip. Our room had a view of The Sphere at a distance from the balcony and the dining room. There's no restaurant onsite, so you will need to either cook in the full kitchen or eat at any of the great restaurants all around the area. There is a mini-mart on the first floor where you can purchase a few items to eat/cook. The daily text in the evening asking if we needed anything was a nice touch. If we ever needed anything, all we had to do was text and the staff would come over pretty quickly to deliver or fix anything. Overall, it is a good place to stay as it is clean. The best thing about the Polo Towers is the location and convenience of being on the strip within 2 minutes of walking out the door.

The rooms are clean and spacious but in need of a refresh, though the drapes appear new and the appliances and fixtures are in good working order. Housekeeping every 5 days on the vacation club side is just too long. Three days would be better - even if only to take out the trash and restock towels. These services are available upon request though. The staff are wonderful. Greeted by Sabrina at Reception and she was friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Had to get my key re-done and she was just as friendly and helpful. Very pleasant and effective.Troy, the Security Officer, made sure I got my Amazon package and he was also quite friendly. Definitely a theme here and that's awesome great culture and environment. Wish Polo Towers had a breakfast place onsite. Maybe more than just a coffee bar with a case of donuts inside the mini-mart would be nice too. A spot for a convenient latte, maybe. The mini-mart sells eggs, butter, cream cheese, bacon and other goods which are great if you want to cook in your suite with the full kitchen though.Convenient and budget friendly parking too. $23/day for self parking.

My stay though uneventful was extremely pleasant and checked all the boxes, as far as being clean, quiet, guest centered, and staff attentive! I'm looking forward to my next stay!

Stayed here for a week! After my stay, it's definitely not my favorite place to stay in Vegas. Location: If you want to be on the strip, this is a great location. You're right on the strip with easy access to Las Vegas Blvd. You're in between MGM Grand and Planet Hollywood. You're also right behind the newly built, still in construction BLVD. You're about 10 mins from the airport, pretty easy access. Pros: Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath suites with balconies and full kitchen2 free water bottles per dayLocation - if you like being on the stripThey offer a gym and convenience store onsiteCons:PARKING - they do not offer free parking. You have to pay $25/day for valet or $16/day in the lot across from the hotel, then their rate goes to $24/day during the weekend. (Which I'm sure this is shared with BLVD) this is quite the inconvenience! No washer & dryer - this is a huge con for a timeshareHousekeeping never came, you had to call the front desk to get your trash taken out and replenish towels and toilet paperThe ice maker made disgusting ice in the fridge in the unit. No liquid hand soap, they provided bar soap. Fairly clean. Front desk staff was a hit or miss, some friendly, some not so much. Some elevators worked, some didn't - at times it took awhile to catch an elevator. I'll unlikely be returning, there's way better options to stay in the area.

Dates of stay: August 23 - August 26, 2024I had a fair amount of trepidation in booking Polo Towers given the recent reviews I had been seeing here on Yelp, though some of them were before Hilton took the property over and I was hoping that improvements had been made since those reviews were left. Sadly, there is still much that needs to be updated here.Check in was a bit slow but we were able to get in early, which was wonderful! Sadly our two rooms were not near each other which made coordinating things a bit trickier, but given that we could check in so early, we dealt with it. What I didn't love were the Vacation Club people trying to get me to stop for our "Welcome Gift," which I knew was some garbage trying to get me to sign up for a timeshare. The elevators here were a big thumbs down. The bank of three that we had to use was down to just two for the entirety of our stay which meant that we often had long waits for an elevator to arrive, especially if we needed one with space for more than one person! We did determine later on that we could use the other elevator bank of six and that helped a bit.The pool, on the other hand, was a big plus. It wasn't used very much but was in great shape and had a wonderful view of The Strip. The pool itself was a little smaller than what you normally see in this area but it was never too busy during our stay. Chairs were readily available and there was a froyo machine just inside from the pool, along with a basic snack bar and towels were plentiful.Rooms here are a mixed bag. The living room was very sizable, and the kitchen was workable if a bit under equipped in terms of items outside of basic utensils and cups. The bathroom was a great size, and the separate sinks/vanities were a nice touch. The bath was large but I think some would struggle to get into it, it's so large! The furniture is a bit tired, but in decent shape.Staff is a big thumbs down. Despite several conversations with staff about a housekeeping service, it never happened. When we asked for towels, we were told they couldn't be left outside the room. Then they were left outside the room... During our stay I found another guest's ID at the pool. I took it to the front desk and was told to take it to Security (uh, I don't work here, you take it to Security maybe) and then immediately asked if I got my Welcome Packet. Girl, someone lost their ID, no one is thinking about your damn Welcome Packet!

Rooms are nice and updated. Elevators are super slow and one out of service. Thermostat didn't work well and had to call for service, room was too hot although it was set at lowest temperature allowed and it was freezing outside. Worst of all, front desk staff was awful and not helpful or customer service oriented. You also must avoid the sales pitch for a timeshare. Really annoying.Don't do it. Basically don't stay here. I usually like Hiltons and often choose them over others but skip this one.

So I'm doing a redo of this review. There's still a lot of issues but some of there staff did make things a bit better. They hooked it up on a suite. It was a very high quality suite. Unfortunately it doesn't quite cover the total treatment.Parking situation is a con job. They don't want to pay the new pay rates or something to that effect. Unfortunately till people stop purchasing rooms, this will continue. People don't realize how bad the parking is until they're there in person. There's a hotel by it (I want to say Marriott) that reimburses their guests. I know this because the valet told us to go over there after telling me there's no more parking. After I already paid for it. Apparently this was a thing going on. And the hours that parking goes is another con within the con. If you come in late at night like I did you can end up paying 2x for a day. (This wasn't the amount I prepaid)Shout out to their security team. They have a solid system for lost items. Of course you're dependent
