The room accommodated our family ok. We stayed in a two room / two bath suite with a kitchen. Room was clean as was the resort. Staff was friendly and jumped to provide us what we needed in a timely manner. Parking is not well planned and at some points a nightmare. They have a BBQ area with 1/2 or less of the grills working, dismal lighting and a lack of instruction of what gas control goes to which grill... it could be confusing to some. The restaurant offers dinner, but closed at 6. Pool hours may have been "winter hours" which makes it even more disturbing that at a visit to the pool they were out of towels and the suggested remedy "you can go to your room and get towels to use". The front desk being closer, we visited there for towels - "we have none here, but we can send them to your room". I wasn't unimpressed- but am also not chomping at the bit to tell anyone to stay here based off my experience. I can conjure up a MEH as my official take. Stayed at better.

so sad that hilton has turned a wonderful resort into a low class one star stay.rooms are dark and dingy. kitchen is unsuitable for use. watch that the knives and pots and pans don't fall on your head from the high cabinets.we had to pull the bedroom dresser into the dining area to store the microwave and toaster. not a nice way to start and stay on a holiday vacation. sliding door to patio can not be opened by one person nor does the lock work.

Stayed here about a month ago and have a gold membership with the resort. Haven't stayed here in a while. But I know they have some renovated rooms and have never stayed in them.We arrived pretty late at night and the front desk person stated it was first come first serve and that I can request to be moved the following day since we were staying for a few days. I'm very disappointed with the customers service especially being a gold member. They could not even accommodate a move. They wanted me to check everyday for availability and kept giving me lame excuses. I was told it was first come first serve. Since i was already there the night before why couldn't they move me the next day? Poor excuse. You can't tell me there are 67 guest checking out and not one renovated room could be given up for us. The building and floor we were in had an awful smell and carried into the room. Rooms were dark. At least there was plenty of parking and the lobby was nice. But that was barely the icing on the cake. They can do much better to accommodate members. Very disappointed this time.

We were here a few years ago when it was under Diamond Resorts time share properties. Hilton has spent some money on remodeling and they have done a great job. We had a two bedroom two bathroom with a kitchen suite. It had more than enough space for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and since we are off the main strip area it's very quiet here. The swimming pool with its big pyramid is a hit with the kids.

Timeshare at the Hilton vacation club Cancun for the week. Loved all the amenities such as the large pool, gym and poolside cafe at Caribe lounge. Really enjoyed the entrees, drinks and apps. Great bar service, wait staff and cooks! I recommend their happy hour literally only available for an hour. There is only one entrance and exit for the pool. Located by the reception/welcome entrance. Room key required for gate. Towels are one per person distributed at pool entrance. Though we enjoyed the amenities there were a few missteps. The pool slides were only open for a short window of time during the day. So get there when they open to guarantee a few rides. They do tend to close the different pool areas down a lot. Don't know if it's due to understaffing or unavailable lifeguards, but I would think summer should be a definite for pools to be open. Covered parking is limited but plenty of outside parking. Enjoyed the stay because it was with my family but the facility could use some upgrading on the actual rooms. They're spacious with full kitchen, two full bathrooms, separate bedrooms and living room attached to a large balcony but they really need to invest in upgrading. A little outdated. The rooms should reflect the welcome lobby. Upon check-in it's shiny, shimmering, splendid but once your stay begins the wishes ware out, the carriage turns into a pumpkin and flaws start to show. Another con was the elevators in one of the towers only having one in operation. Even the employee service elevators weren't working and they had to hitch a ride on the one guest elevator in operation for a whole tower. It required some extra time to factor into this hold up when leaving for a show. The whole week and no maintenance seemed subpar for Hilton. We noticed all week that they like to amplify the music in the early mornings at the pool area. Before the pool is in operation they prep the area and the music is quite loud. Music then is lowered once pool is actually opened to guests and we wouldn't hear it anymore. Seems like management needs to take a more active roll in the whole full function and operation of the facility. It's really lacking attention in certain areas.I'm not sure if I would recommend this hotel but I would recommend The Caribe Lounge for some good food and drinks!

First time staying at Cancun resort hotel in Las Vegas, and it was a good time! We got a 2 spacious bedroom which can occupy 6 people, with a kitchen & 2 baths. They have a fridge, coffee maker, 6-person dining table, 3 TVs (master's bedroom, living room, guest room), and a spacious balcony on the 8th floor. You have to request for your room to be cleaned. There's also a good-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room and extra pillow, sheets, and a blanket. The only thing was that the pull out bed was dirty and had stains on it- needs attention. They also have covered parking and regular outdoor parking. You'll find several pool slides inside the replica of the Mayan. Only part of the pool was open to people when we went there on 8/1/24. They also have a gym. There's a good amount of walking involved from parking to your room and to the pool. Take thatinton consideration if you have bad knees. The simplicity, beauty, and cleanliness of the resort make it a good stay for families & friends. It was also not crowded during our stay. They only have 1 restaurant on the premise where you can order food and alcohol and they serve a good variety of menu selections. I got fish & chips and 1 frozen mangolada. Both are delish! Prices are okay but I wouldn't say cheap. Wait time for food was decent considering the amount of crowd they had at the time. It might be an issue if the crowd was bigger. This resort doesn't have a casino so it's perfect if you're not into that and just want a good R&R with family. I'll stay again if I have a big family gathering like our last visit. Otherwise, I'll pass on it if I'm with friends since I like to gamble and have that Vegas hotel experience.

The pool is ALWAYS a hit! My nephew celebrated his birthday here every summer since he was 7. Gigantic pool with 2 slides. Few jacuzzis; and decent sized bar next to the pool.Rooms are pretty big with living room, bedroom, kitchen. One summer we had a two bedroom suite and there was a jacuzzi on the balcony! This place is close to home so, it's a great staycation option. My only gripe (which is why I gave 3 stars) when i was at the bar, I ordered my drink and paid cash without looking at the receipt. I never pay cash but, i was thinking I could get change for the tip. So my dumbass was waiting for the waitress to come back. After a while, I waved her down and asked for my change. She said it was $20! I was like, "damn, I don't have change for the tip." She said the tip was included in the charge. **cringe face** I was like "oh, ok."

Having read Yelp reviews (after booking ) I requested a renovated room. It was okay, if a little bit dark (and slightly depressing). It's still obvious the hotel is older and in need of further updating. I was super disappointed that in a renovated room the bed did not appear to have been replaced. It had sags and slopes and was very worn and hard, unacceptable for a Hilton property and the price I paid. I would not stay here again. Further, I paid full price --- no time share freebies. I was hounded by time share sales people after being placed on the "don't contact list." Shame on Hilton for this poor representation of their product. On a positive note, staff tried to be helpful (except pool and cabana area where they were bored senseless during a slow week and said so out loud.). Unfortunately, I felt it was a waste of vacation time and money. So disappointing. I spoke with management about my concerns during and after my stay. It didn't help much.

Absolutely horrible. We paid good money to go to this resort, and the PR was dishonest. Maybe they have multiple pools SOMETIMES, but all of the good ones were closed while we were there, as were the two best waterslides, and hot tubs. The staff were rude, the restaurant closed at 5:00 pm and didn't have half the things on the (very small) menu. We had a two bedroom unit that supposedly sleeps six, but the miniscule living room only seats 3! The toilet off of our bedroom didn't flush properly, and the kitchen was poorly stocked - not enough for 6 people either. The people at the front desk were unhelpful and the concierge was really a timeshare salesperson. Why on earth would any one want to buy in this so-called resort? Also - the NOT-Life Guards were fully clothed (with boots) and one was asleep!
