This is a wonderful retreat location if you are staying in Las Vegas with a family (stayed over Christmas week)Pros:- Walking distance to Monorail (5min)- Quiet environment (no casino at hotel)- Big, spacious and clean room for a family of 4- Outstanding service! Every staff we interacted with were prompt, courteous and professional (from the service desk - Jose/Ryan to the maintenance staff - Richard)Cons:- Living room shared wall does not prevent the sound coming from next door TV if you have a noisy neighborI would definitely consider staying again if visiting Las Vegas again.

HGVC at Paradise, Las Vegas, is a glaring example of everything wrong with Hilton! If you're thinking of staying here or attending one of their sales presentations--don't. Save yourself the headache and the financial burden. This property, and Hilton Grand Vacations as a whole, is a trap. Stay far away! The hotel itself is outdated and severely lacking in amenities. The rooms and facilities are tired, uninspiring, and feel more like a budget motel than something associated with the Hilton name. For a property tied to a luxury brand, it's incredibly disappointing to see how little attention is given to making guests feel like they're staying somewhere worth the cost. What's even worse is how this place seems designed to lure people into purchasing timeshares in the Hilton portfolio. From the moment you arrive, it feels like a predatory setup to pressure guests into signing binding contracts. They reel you in with promises of perks or discounted rates, only to hit you with high-pressure sales tactics that make you feel trapped. I fell for it, and now I'm stuck in a lifetime contract paying annual maintenance fees for a product I no longer want or use.Hilton Grand Vacations advertises a supposed "Transitions" program for owners who want to cancel their contracts, but it's currently "on pause," leaving me with no way to exit. Meanwhile, they're happy to keep collecting fees indefinitely. It's clear they care more about squeezing every last dollar out of owners than providing a positive experience or a fair exit strategy.Avoid this place like the plague!

Nice fitness center with free weights and gym. Clean fresh air and water dispenser with sanitizing wipes. Open 24/7!! Pool is closed for renovation from 2/15 through 3/26. Bummer! Resort fees may still apply and complimentary parking inside Westgate parking structure. Only drawbacks are a guest here was very noisy for two nights in a row while we were staying in the two bedroom lock off on the 12th floor and only option front desk gave to us was to relocate at 2 AM in the morning. Better option would have been for the disturbing neighbor to move somewhere else, instead of suggesting guests who are trying to sleep and rest to move to another unit. However, the courtesy of later checkout time makes up for loss of sleep.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Westgate and Convention Center so it's not too far of a walking distance to get to Sema. You have to like to walk though. Lol. There are many amenities, such as a gym, pool, and recreation room. The hotel room that I was in was pretty clean and the queen bed was really comfortable. The receptionist up front were polite and welcome you in as well. It doesn't smell like smoke at all either. I believe this is a non-smoking hotel.

Great place! This is equipped with a small kitchenette so for a person who likes to be independent and save money on food it's ideal... They have everything toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishes/cutleryThere's a small café with basics - open most of the day...This hotel was much better than the convention center, which just had a refrigerator... It was well worth the 10 minute walk and the $20 extra for the hotel The room was super clean, comfortable bed, and the front desk and anyone I encountered was very polite and helpful... I highly recommend this place

Checked in around 6pm and unfortunately it was a very long line. Come to find out, their card reader wasn't working, so everything was filled out by hand. No worries, stuff does happen. My room was on the 27th floor. It was a lovely room with a partial kitchen. Microwave, good sized mini fridge, and coffee maker. There were also some basic utensils and dishes. The bed was wonderful!! The first time I've actually laid in a bed that didn't make my feet burn and go numb. If I could have packed up that bed and brought it home, I certainly would have. The pillows were lovely down and the sheets were comfy. The only thing I didn't care for was the shower head. It was very underwhelming, but it did work enough. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the shower head Which really only deserved a quarter off. Will be back soon!!

My family and I stayed here for a week. It's newly renovated and our room smelled brand new. New carpet, stove, refrigerator, sofa bed, bathroom, etc... You can even text the front desk or housekeeper if you need anything and someone will be right there with you. And by the way, requesting on the TV for housekeeping doesn't work. FYIWe arrived on Friday exhausted from driving in. So we just wanted to order a pizza and take a night swim since it's so hot during the day and the sun beaming. Unfortunately the pool closes at 6pm. I thought this was a joke. Why in the world would you close the pool at night when it's much cooler? I was too tired to ask. Then we were told that the water will be shut off from 11-4 on Mondays. Again, WTH??? So now we have to make sure we get ourselves together before they cut off the water. And seriously they did when we tried to turn the water on. Of course they are renovating but I wish when I booked this that they would at least let their customers know these things were an inconvenience and let me decide if I wanted to stay there are not. As far as the pool being closed, it's true for mostly all hotel and resorts. If you find one that doesn't close at 6 or 8, you're lucky. Again telling customers these little things that are an inconvenience to families is very important. I could have went to another city or state instead of Las Vegas, NVAlso, I want to mention that my car transmission went out and my departure time was over but I needed to stay and extra day. Now I just paid $2600 to stay for the week in this. Found out my car cost my $6900 and need to stay and extra day. The hotel manager understood but my problem was they charged my another $355 in a 2 bed/1bath studio for 5 people. I thought this was purely evil. Providing my documents that my car is being serviced you would think that the hotel would have least let us stay where we were before and paid $355. This is the reason why they get a 2 star rating even though the hotel was nice, is was too many inconvenient things going on. Of course it is what it is when you're renovating. But the customer service attitude of giving me a small room with 5 people was absolutely awful. We were so uncomfortable and unhappy. My family will NEVER visit the hotel EVER AGAIN

This place is amazing. Stayed during a family trip a few days and enjoyed every possible amenity we could. Located on the northern part of Las Vegas Blvd, the HGVC is conveniently situated between Fremont Street and The Strip. With allthe goodies, restaurant, pool, bar, convenient store, happy hour, fitness center, covered and open air parking, business center and more, we always had fun. The staff was very helpful, the facilities were clean and always some fun activity for n the building. Top Notch

Came here for the weekend with my family and we had a great time! Since Hilton acquired the property, it is going through a really nice makeover. Yelp needs to update and take down the old photos here... the place is not like most of the old photos on here anymore. Our 2 bedroom suite was beautiful and was more than comfortable for my family (we brought my parents along with our 2 kids). We appreciate the minimal modern design. The main master bedroom had a nice big tub with a full shower and the main room featured a full kitchen with a dining and living area. The 2nd bedroom is quite spacious double queen bed with a small kitchenette. The facility is well kept with a nice gym, a decent sized mini mart store that also serves Starbucks coffee, they had a nice lounge area in their game room with a foosball, a billiard and a little arcade. We truly appreciate a non gaming hotel; less crowded and more relaxed atmosphere. The clean, smoke free smell in the hallways are truly appreciated. We loved the free & ample parking that is conveniently located; close enough walk to and fro to the hotel (they share the parking with Westgate). My kids and my parents appreciated the area with the 3.5ft depth of the pool; great to do some water exercises and for my kids to swim around. The only complaints we have is they need better pool hours. The pool hours is from 10am to 6pm; maybe this is due to the fact that they actually have 3 lifeguards on duty! We would really appreciate a compromise of staying open later without a lifeguard especially in the summer since it's so hot to swim even at 5pm! We were really hoping to use their hot tub at night. Regardless, we highly recommend this place. They have really friendly and accommodating staff! Shout out to Hope for the very nice welcome! What a refreshing way to arrive to a place after a long drive. We look forward to Hilton completing its makeover of this place and bringing it up to Hilton standards! We will definitely come back here!
