Great room. Perfect room if you're staying for more than a few days because you can purchase groceries and cook in the kitchen ;) Very clean & spacious. We stayed in the North Tower room 204 which has a pool view. The north tower elevators are a little bit of a walk from the check-in desk, but that was alright. There is not a restaurant in this hotel so plan on walking elsewhere outside to eat or having food delivered. Also, there are no gambling machines or tables here if thats your jam. This was a quick work trip so the convenience of a restaurant would have made our stay much better.

The suite was not just a room; it was an expansive living space that could easily be mistaken for an apartment. The bedroom was well isolated form the living/kitchen area. It had a tub in the bedroom area with it's own sink, and there was a connected separate sink/shower area with the toilet. There was even a washing machine for clothes. It even had a unique small pocket entryway between the hallway and your door that was only shared with the room next to you. So less hallway noise. The highlight of the suite was undoubtedly the massive tub (practically 3-person *wink wink* ha), which after a long day of exploring the city or a night out experiencing the world-famous Las Vegas nightlife, was the perfect oasis of calm and comfort for us to wind down in. Equally impressive was the kitchen. It was well equipped and spacious, offering a lot of the comforts and conveniences of home. This feature was particularly appreciated, as it provided the flexibility to dine in lightly and entertain others over with a glass of wine while deciding what we were doing next. Located just a stone's throw from the Strip, the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Flamingo offers an ideal balance of convenience and tranquility, especially if you're not a constant gambler that wants to come and go from your room. You're close enough to dive into the excitement of Las Vegas whenever the mood strikes, yet the suite serves as a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. I can tell it would be noisy if the pool was running at the Flamingo, but since it was off-season that wasn't an issue for us. It's the perfect choice for anyone looking for a slice of luxury and comfort in Las Vegas. I'm not sure if they normally try to push time shares on people, but they didn't do anything like that with us. Maybe because we mentioned we were there for a business conference. Either way, the price was comparable to places nearby that were just your standard hotel room. It's just not connected DIRECTLY to any casino or event venue.Overall, I do have to give it a 4 stars instead of 5. Mostly considering the price tag, the convoluted entrance that doesn't work with a lot of ride-shares, the likelihood the Flamingo's pool will have loud music, and the fact the pool area was unannouncedly closed for repairs. The last one was a pain as it meant you had to go through a bit of a longer ordeal to get out to the Flamingo and monorail with the back door entrance closed...

Gayle and I stayed here for 2 nights last week during a short stay in Las Vegas to visit our 2 Australian friend who were in town.CONS- Nothing Really+/-- Although we made a straight reservation through Hilton, this hotel is really a time share property. Club staff tried hard to get us into a presentation, but we resisted. - The Club's Market Cafe offers a decent selection of snacks, but the early morning to mid-afternoon hours can be somewhat inconvenient if you don't want to head out and find something to eat and the Suite's kitchen is bare. - The noise/music from the nearby Flamingo pool was irritating at times. - Cabs and Ride shares don't stop at the front of this Hilton property. But it's just a short walk over to the Flamingo to catch a ride. PROS- Location - Location - Location. We were mere steps from the Strip (at Caesar's Palace and the Flamingo), the Linq Promenade, the High Roller, and other sites. Our friends were also staying here, so meeting up was easy and often on the same elevator. - Our Suite was clean, large and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. - Nice small and relatively quiet pool area. - My Hilton Amex Card considers this property a resort. Hence, my $250 resort credit made this stay extra economical.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this HGV Club. We checked in on Tuesday and checked out on Saturday. If you are a Hilton Diamond member make sure you request daily room service. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen including everything you need to cook with. This is important because food is very expensive in Vegas. I took an Uber to the closest Vons and bought everything I needed to make breakfast for four days. Still cost less than one breakfast out in town for the two of us. We then had a small lunch each day and splurged for dinner. Expect dinner to be about $200 each night....and that's being conservative. Mixed drinks in Vegas are over $20 a pop! Therefore, go to liquor store right around the corner from the hotel and pre-game before you go out. The pool is right there, but it was closed while we were visiting. ****Super important things to know about Vegas***1. Go to the desk near the elevators and get the discount card. You can get discounts at a lot of the restaurant and experiences like the Linq. Yes, they will try to get you to sit in on their timeshare nonsense....but just tell them no, you do not have to watch a presentation in order to get the discount card. 2. The Uber/Lyft pickup is around the corner at the Flamingo East entrance.....it's right next to the pool. It's literally a two minute walk. 3. Get the one bedroom suite!!!!!! It is super roomy. Huge bathroom, roomy living room, full kitchen. You will thank me later. 4. Stay in the main building (the one with the front desk). Ask for the highest floor possible. 5. Use the Open Table App to make all of your dinner reservations!!! Super important!!!!! 6. Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum at the Venetian gives a 50% military discount. 7. Go see the Zombie Burlesque Show!!! Super fun. Silly, but super fun. 8. Book table 56 at the French restaurant in the Eiffel Tower. That is the best view in all of Vegas and the food was wonderful. Outstanding service, view, and food. You have to book from the restaurant website to get certain tables. 9. Most importantly*****if you want to visit a casino but can't stand the smell of smoke, I highly recommend Park MGM. They are a smoke free facility. 10. While you are at Park MGM I recommend you make dinner reservations at the Roy Choi's Best Friend restaurant. Order the chicken wings! 11. You do not need a car while in Vegas. Uber/Lyfts are only minutes away. 12. Go see a show at the Sphere. Do not buy the expensive seats. Totally not worth it!!!!!!!!! As long as you are not all the way on the sides you will have fantastic views no matter where you sit. Save your money for something else. 13. When walking the strip DO NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT with the people trying to give you cards and bracelets and such. Just keep it moving. 14. Do not buy the fish and chips at Chef Ramsey's little fish place at the Linq Promenade. Instead, make reservations at his restaurant over by Caesars Palace instead. The fish and chips are a million times better at the actual restaurant. You're welcome. 15. And finally, do not eat at that Italian restaurant next to the liquor store I told you about earlier. Save yourself and don't do it. Have fun and see as many shows as possible!

Great place, just off the strip. Right across the street of the new sphere [some great looks] Little walk to a mini Bourbon street with so many places to eat. Plus, we have a private pool. The flamingo is so packed all the time. Will be back

This has been our go to spot for the last three or four trip on NFL opening weekend. The suite rooms are very nice and large so you can spread out and not just have to sit in the bedroom to watch tv. The pool is nice and usually not that crowded. The hot tub is great after a night on the town. The market has plenty of item that you may need while staying. The rates are not great but at least there is no casino attached so the fees are pretty normal. The folks that work are nice. A nice property overall.

Great location in the heart of Vegas! I'm a Hilton Honors member and so glad I decided to stay at this Hilton. These are timeshare apartments that are very spacious and newly renovated. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Vegas.

Suites located behind the Flamingo. Stayed here with a group of 5 girls for a bachelorette weekend and it was a good spot. It was quiet so you can get some rest after clubbing, and there was enough space for people to share beds/use the pullout couch. There was a little kitchenette and fridge if you were so inclined to cook. Paid parking is available. There's a pool. They provide you with vouchers for two Evian water bottles that you exchange at the front desk. This was booked through RCI, the timeshare. It was hard getting a hold of the front desk when I called with my cell, but using the landline in the room connected immediately. There's a hold of $100 on your credit card when you first check in.
