Let's take about 5 star hospitality. This is hard to find sometimes, when you pay higher prices you expect it but it is just not the case. This location exceeded all my expectations. Not only was my first interaction with the front desk pleasant. It set the tone! The lady that checked me in had glasses. She was helpful, kind and hilarious. Next, I met the buffet attendant...Jenny! Girl, you were the best server I have ever had. Attentive, happy, genuine, and wonderful with the guests. The food was superb. Now to the rooms. Bed was comfy, a/c worked great. Spacious layout.I have to say this was one of the best experiences I've had in awhile.Your staff is wonderful. We will for sure be back soon.Location was good, Close to the Premier Outlets! Parking is free with plenty. Great job here!!!!!!!!

This review is for our visit on October of 2023. We visited Vegas for an Ed Sheeran concert. After searching for a place to stay we found a good price at the Hilton Garden. If you're a member you get points. Venue: our room was clean. The lobby was clean and they had a lot of snacks if you're feeling hungry. The hotel also offers breakfast but you have to pay extra. We opted to get breakfast somewhere else. Staff: We were welcomed with a smile. Location: It was conveniently located next to a mall. I have this hotel in favorites for future visits. Thank you!

This is the perfect location for us. We've stayed at a few Hilton locations in Vegas and by far this has been our favorite. This was close enough to the strip minus the craziness at night plus multiple fast food locations nearby. Staff were upbeat & friendly, and everything was clean upon arrival. I asked for a room on the second floor close to an elevator and they were able to accommodate us.

I was in town for a long work week. I spent 6 nights in my room so I got a good in-depth chance to experience this property. This hotel met almost all my expectations and exceeded some. My room was cleaned very well each and every day without me asking. My room was good sized and had most things I would want to have for an extended stay room although there are no dresser drawers at all. I placed my clothes on shelves in the hutch below the TV which was ok but awkward. The guest laundry is room keyed (relatively secure), had nice large capacity front loading washers and worked very well. Soap, fabric softener and change are available but from the front desk ONLY, no laundry related vending is provided. The Hilton Garden Inn shop had lots of snacks, booze, sundries and some more substantial food options. The Wi-Fi was super reliable and I don't think I even had to re-login the entire week after my initial sign in. A pool AND hot tub are available at least seasonably and both were working and looked good though I didn't actually use either this visit. The part of the hotel that was most disappointing was the dining. Menus between various HGI locations in different regions, especially for dinner, are radically different. In San Diego, a month ago, I had a perfect beet and goat cheese salad. It was so good I had it twice on my trip. I also had a great desert there and some lovely wines. In suburban Memphis (technically it's Mississippi) the HGI has interesting dinner specials almost every night with proteins or pasta etc that the regular menu might not have anything similar to. Not so much here. I had a thoroughly mediocre egg breakfast one day. A dinner later in the week consisted of potstickers for a shared appetizer and a Chinese chicken salad entree. It was all just barely ok. The lettuce was basically confetti and the chicken was pretty dry. The dressing was very clearly made mostly or entirely of the same sauce they serve as a dipping sauce with the potstickers. My coworker's Carbonara looked good. He didn't say a lot about the taste but he ate most of it.The other aspect of the hotel that isn't ideal is that it's clearly a wood framed building and you can feel and hear yourself or other people sending vibrations through the floor as you walk and especially when people allow their room doors to slam. Overall my room was quiet all 6 nights OTHER THAN the door slams which weren't very frequent, helped by going to bed late most nights after exhausting long days working nearby. I also thought the bedding was too heavy and warm for Las Vegas. I turned my A/C down to 65 each night and my exposed shoulders etc were chilled but that was necessary to keep from sweating under the single thick comforter that didn't offer any obvious middle ground between exposed and completely covered up.The front desk staff was professional and efficient. The dining room staff were hit and miss. Parking is not plentiful at this hotel. Not recommended for trailers, moving vans etc. There is SOME curb side parking on the access road but you can't really count on that being available. This is a long winded way of saying this hotel is totally fine. The pool and hot tub were nice bonuses that many HGI's do not have but the lame dining was a miss and one that other HGI's do far better. If your expectations are met by 'totally fine' then I think you'll be happy here. Best for people who want to be outside the frey of the strip but not in the middle of nowhere.

Hilton Garden Inn, in Las Vegas is perfect if outlet shopping has brought you to town as you are sandwiched in between an outlet mall and a CVS. Needed a last minute room, ended up here and was just grateful that my local friend has a car. Luckily it's an affordable ride to the strip, the rooms are nice, clean, and spacious and there's a fun pool of you have little ones with you and you don't want to spend money to stay on the strip or just don't want them exposed to the Vegas pool scene.

1-28-22 We decided on a whim to visit Vegas for one day...pre-COVID we'd come for Valentines Day to Vegas or further. Wasn't going to miss out 3 years in a row so jumped at the idea when hubs said 75% late Xmas shipment arrived at Michaels.First time booking at this Vegas hotel, and will stay again, why?*super close to the previously named McCarran airport(it used to take so long getting to the airport if we stayed on the Strip or downtown)*smoke free, clean, airy, safe*premium outlets south is nearby if you're a shopper enthusiast*gas station to fuel up rent a car before return to airport is next door*not congested with bodies for check-in or to use the elevators; peace of mind during pandemic*friendly early check in for red eye flight if available*spacious room, comfy queen size beds, clean tub, good shower *requested and got quiet room with nice view* no scrambling for a parking space*location convenient for everywhere we wanted to go to no further than 20 minutes away; most under 10 minutes.Note: only one drawback- amenities included very minuscule exceedingly tiny vial of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. If you prefer a shower gel you need to bring your own or be like us and drive to Target late at night to buy a small container(only Dove found@Target) to use. If you're not a big gambler having no casino is fine. Silverton Casino is in the vicinity to try your luck there or to your favorite rendezvous with Lady Luck.Very glad to have stayed here.

Outdoor parking lot is large and with ample room to move around and backup.Front desk friendly and quick during check in process. Lobby area was clean. There are signs throughout the hotel telling guest about the mask mandate... many of guests is ignoring it. Also the front desk person on Sunday morning 12/26 was not wearing her mask properly... her was not properly covered and the mask was loose. (brown shoulder length hair, semi curly and wearing glasses)Hallways and elevator was fresh smelling. However the lobby area smella like incense. Maybe its festive?I checked into a Double Queen room. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Room was clean except there was a long brown hair in the tub. None of us have brown hair and both my son and I have short or almost no hair.

We came down for our anniversary trip, like every year, the room was basic, desk staff were nice enough,but.... Foul smells emanating from the first floor, the cleaning staff didn't clean the room, had to stop them in the hall to get towels, carpeting dirty, they didn't vacuum the room once in four days, we couldn't get hot water, they sent a maintenance person and after running the water for seven minutes, yes, I timed it, he stated in broken English, "see, hot water" and so it went for the remainder of our stay, we had to run the shower for seven minutes each time we used it if we wanted a tepid shower. I should've known what to expect but I liked the location in the past and hoped it would return to the way it was before the pandemic, sad.... But wiser. This will be our last attempt to stay here.

Place does need updating but the place was clean and quiet away from the strip. There were a couple very helpful employees a maintenance employee Christian was very helpful and so was Jenny in the restaurant which had a great breakfast.
