This place is exactly what it is... Hibachi Done Wright!!! The food is so full of flavor and cooked to perfection. They give you such a big amount for a great price! The wait time wasn't bad at all, the customer service is five stars! If you're looking for something quick and delicious this should be your first stop. Wishing them all the success!

Love love love hibachi done wright! I crave it all the time. Definitely some of the best hibachi I've had in Vegas as someone who's been a local here for 16 years. Try them out!

I ordered delivery from the Seven Hills location. Excellent food! Portions are generous, I ate 1/2 of my grilled shrimp entree and saved the remainder. The shrimp was not overcooked, which is rare when ordering takeout. The rice was yummy and no hard, crunchy grains. Everything was flavorful, including the veggies. Will I order done them again. YES!!!

Salty, greasy, dry chicken, overcooked beef. Almost inedible. Price-y. Very disappointed. Nice guys running truck, but wow. Really wanted to support this small business.

Wow and this is a food truck/trailer and worth your time to enjoy what the produce. Blake and his team crank out a great blend of flavors and a variety of meals. Tried salmon, shirt, chicken, noodles, fried rice and Zodiac shrimp. Good good good good good good! You really will enjoy their meals. And they are priced reasonably. Staff is happy and friendly. They were at Tenaya Creek Brewery so the ambiance was perfect.
