Hattie Marie's Texas BBQ - Las Vegas

The staff and service was superb! Archie the bartender makes an AMAZING Hennessy Margarita! All of the menu items we chose were great, especially the candied yams! Overall the experience was great and Brandon was a pleasure to meet!

If you love good BBQ, you need to check out Hattie Marie's. Tucked away at the far south end of the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets, this Black-owned spot serves up some seriously delicious food.The pulled pork? Chef's kiss. Tender, flavorful, and not loaded with fat. Their BBQ sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and savory - no need to drown your meat in it, just enough to enhance the flavor. The mac and cheese is super yummy, and the yams? BOMB. Cornbread is solid, though not my favorite of the sides. Still good though! One downside: upgrading to brisket is pricey, and honestly, not worth it. Also, the sweet tea has a lemony twist, which I'm personally not a fan of (I'm a sweet tea purist). And I really want to try the peach cobbler, but they never seem to have it!Service is always friendly, and the place is spotless. It's a great lunch spot - my coworkers and I come here pretty often. There's also an upstairs area I'd love to check out - maybe for private events? Oh, and they have a bar with gaming if that's your vibe.Overall, prices are reasonable for BBQ, the food is fire, and more people need to discover this place so it sticks around. If you haven't been yet, go ASAP!

If you're looking for incredible Southern comfort food, look no further than Hattie Marie's! The mac and cheese was absolutely amazing--rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The collard greens, candied yams, and cornbread were just as delicious, each bursting with that perfect homemade taste. For our entrées, I had the dark meat chicken, and my husband ordered the catfish. The catfish was so fresh, with just the right amount of crunch on the outside while staying moist, flaky, and fluffy inside. The chicken was incredibly tender, and the seasoning on the outside was spot on--flavorful without being overpowering. And let's talk about the staff--wow! They were so friendly, attentive, and truly masters of customer service. It's rare to find a place where the food and hospitality are equally outstanding, but Hattie Marie's nails it. Well done! We'll definitely be back.

When you first step in it's pretty awe inspiring. The ambiance is a chill bar type of place that I'm sure had a lot of action Super Bowl weekend. The service was excellent. Maybe we just missed lunch rush but we were sat immediately. The server was very kind and made sure we were always doing alright. The owner was actually in the kitchen, serving drinks and was just making his presence known throughout the restaurant as well. He's clearly a man that understands hard work. Most of the food was good and tasty. The catfish was well seasoned as well as the chicken but the star of the show was the ribs. These were fall off the bone good and highly recommended. The bbq sauce was just the right taste as the topping too. The brisket was unfortunately a little overcooked for our liking. The beans and collard greens were also very tasty. We wanted to try dessert but were too full to eat after our hefty servings. There is an 18% gratuity automatically applied to all checks so be warned. This is a great spot not to be looked over if you love some good bbq.

Former NFL player Brandon Marshall's place. Service was good. Waitress was cute and very sweet. Had the sausage and pulled pork. Both very good...the beans potato salad were as well....would definitely go again

Pretty tasty spot. Super friendly staff. The Mac and cheese and the yams were next level. The spot was bright and clean and we will be back. The only thing I have to complain about is $9 up charge for two strips of brisket as 1 of the meats in a 2 meat platter. Just not worth it honestly. Everything else was great.

Well the food was amazing. I mean ALL SIDES AND THE BBQ was amazing. Sometimes it's one or the other. I cannot get over how amazing the cabbage is. I mean I can't. Music was good. Place was clean. I'mGoing to give you top rating. But owner please read this review and take away what you will from it. Service was good. Girls were nice. But they definitely are NOT good experienced waitresses. You can tell with the lack of smiles. No sense of urgency. Definitely no hustle. If they Didn't know to the answer to a question, they didn't know how to respond to the person asking the question. They don't know how to offer things if something was not available. Don't just say "we ran out". And then look at meLike what you want? Say I'm sorry that's not available tonight on the menu, but we have this or that. Upsell something else ladies! Experienced waitressses can really make things a great experience. Anyways you can tell this is your baby. I want you to succeed. I amOut in the marketing world. I know what brings people back. I just wanted to tell that. Also can you dim the lights a bit? Ok I'm done! You were wonderful. Ty!

I have been to this business 3 times in the last 20 days. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. Clean, atmosphere is nice and cool and every hostess and server are super nice, kind and professional. Love the ambiance with the music, big screen TV's and gaming.This hidden Gem sits wayyyy in the back off the highway (Las Vegas Blvd). You will miss it. Too bad, they did not find a spot/store front, on Las Vegas Blvd. It's definitely a show stopper.

The location was clean, bright and welcoming. I thought the best BBQ joints were dark and dingy. Not so! This food was amazing, and I'm a harsh critic. Pulled pork melts in your mouth and the ribs were big and meaty. The mac & cheese, cole slaw and potato salad were delish. The staff was great, especially Stacy! Great cocktails too.
