Vegas has a TON of fried chicken restaurants - and some of them are in gas stations. Don't let that deter you! Krispy Krunchy Chicken has a few locations around town inside gas stations and now Hatch is newly open inside this Rebel gas in the Northwest. I was nervous from other reviews here but had a really good experience.They currently have two special deals, a two strip meal for $7 with biscuit, side, and drink, or a $5 chicken sandwich and drink combo. I got the spicy strips for my first visit and they were a good size, crispy and warm, not the juiciest I've ever had but really good considering they use heat lamps here, and not particularly spicy. The waffle fries were bomb, my daughter devoured the biscuit, and I also enjoyed the half sweet-half unsweet tea. I also got their chipotle ranch for dipping and I'd skip getting that again - but the portion size was absolutely massive. Not sure this holds true for every side but I was literally given my meal in a family-size chicken box and it was overflowing with fries. Not that I need more fried food but it was a crazy-good value. Looking forward to coming back for the sandwich and their mac and cheese.

Has potential but needs improvements. The biggest issue is that the chicken was tasting old and tough, and wasn't super flavorful, especially the non-spicy. This is the most important thing to get right so that's a problem. The best thing about Hatch is the mac n cheese is the best I've ever had from fast food, I would consider ordering again just for that. Fries were mid, not crispy enough, and concerningly, a number of green ones. I don't care to play solanine poisoning roulette, thanks. The biscuits were not bad, they almost reminded me of when the K*C ones were great, fluffy and buttery.If you like strong, really lemony lemonade like me, you're going to be really disappointed. Hatch's lemonade tastes watered down and way more sugar-forward than lemon. Overall I feel like some tweaks would make this place genuinely competitive, because the prices were pretty reasonable for these days.

I was really excited when I saw that they were opening during the remodel of the rebel gas station on Cheyenne and Tenaya. The sad thing is it has possibilities, but they just don't deliver. I stopped in Saturday for chicken tenders, got macaroni and cheese and a biscuit. The temperature of the chicken tenders was hot, but they were tough from sitting under the heating lamp. The macaroni and cheese had a crust on it from also sitting under the heat lamp.Yesterday, I thought I'd give it another try and I got a chicken sandwich. I was instructed to get one from the heating bin and even though I pulled it from the back so it would be fresher, it was a bust. The chicken wasn't too bad, but the bun was soggy on the bottom and hard on the top. For a $6 sandwich, I expect a little bit more. I also got a biscuit that was hard as a rock and greasy. The service is mediocre. It seems that the staff cooks up a bunch of food and leave it under the heat lamps. I think the only way you could get a decent meal would be to get there right when they're pulling out a batch of fresh chicken. Other than that, don't waste your time.

Chicken was very good, and the customer service was excellent. I asked for fresh chicken, and they made it without any problem. The price is very reasonable, and the french fries and biscuits were delicious.

This is my favorite spot now. The food is all good--the tenders are actually moist all the way through, the biscuits are soft and always made fresh, and the macaroni doesn't have the texture of cardboard like Popeyes; it's actually creamy. The waffle fries top Chick-fil-A's, and they have the same tasty sauce as them. To top it off the food doesn't make you feel like you just ate ultra-processed garbage after you're finished eating.

For a quick bite and convenient location where you can get your gas this place doesn't disappoint. The tenders are huge and fresh. The five dollar chicken meal with fries and a drink is amazing and ffilling. The services was great and they greeted you with a smile. It a gas station so you have to grab and go. This means the ambiance is as good as it could be considering this is a grab and go. Check it out!

I was reluctant to try chicken from a Rebel station. But omg this was some of the most flavorful, juicy chicken I have had in a long time. The honey biscuits were spectacular. Seasoned waffle fries were fresh and delicious!

This is my second time attempting to get food from this location. The first time the food was all cold and I didn't want it. I was just in there. They let me stand there forever. Several people looked at me. I thought maybe they were busy one 1 was counting her drawer not paying any attention. Let me stand there. The other lady saw me behind standing there. I stood there for over 10 minutes Then the Hispanic lady behind says you can go order over there at the main register. There's no sign saying order at the main register. There's a register right there. After the cold food that has been sitting there forever and then this experience, I won't be back and I hope this review reaches people and let them know the kind of quality they are walking into hoping to get good service or service at all. The ambience is look down and everywhere else when someone is just standing there so you don't have to greet them or take their order or acknowledge them at all.

The food was actually good and the service was given with a smile. This is located in a gas station so I was surprised. However I will go back.
