Looking for a quiet night out? This isn't your place. Looking for fun and a great meal? Check out HaSalon! It's more than just a great meal--it's an experience. The food is top-notch, the atmosphere lively, and the energy contagious without being overwhelming.A special shoutout to Thaddeus, who made the night even better with his attentive service and easygoing charm.

The staff told me this place means "living room" as a homage to the chef's mom who cooked for guests coming over and wants you to feel at home, and share everything. It's a cool idea, but I was also alone, oops.Sat at the chefs counter, and it reminded me of that show The Bear where you are super stressed even tho you are just watching. I appreciate the speed and details, but sitting alone was not that relaxing/enjoyable bc I felt like I was in the kitchen with no reprise. lolWaited 15 mins before my waiter came by, that was cool. Tuesday night, I guess the waiter was just too busy for me. I would say the service was the worst part of my experience, outside the kitchen chaos (which I admit I paid more attention to than likely other patrons do). I found out after dinner that they charge you 20% tip no matter what, no wonder he was a an ghost server.Food - I ordered the Fennel and Avocado Salad, which was flavorful and filling. A salad you'd expect from a top chef, and larger than I assumed it might be. I also ordered their Ricotta Clouds, which was a heavy gnudi/gnocchi-like pasta. There were 6 pieces, but they were rich enough that I wouldn't want more. Lemon, butter, sage sauce was light. Would have liked it to absorb into the pasta a little better, but it was a nice dish. It said light and fluffy, but I would not describe it as that, but rather rich and filling. They also gave a complimentary flat bread piece and yogurt, which was quite tasty. After I ordered, the waiter asked if I wanted any protein and suggested he come back later when I was ready. I think he thinks protein is only found in meat. I didn't want to dive into the concept that ricotta and avocado are full of protein, so I just awkwardly smiled and said I think I'm good with my two dishes (for a gal dining alone).Pretty expensive $70 for just me w/20% not optional tip, without a single drink.Might go back with a group, maybe if they remove the 20% automatic tip the waiters would be nice/attentive again.

HaSalon Vegas doesn't even compare to the one in NY. You'll be greatly disappointed by this version if you go. Two people got food poisoning from that night coming to HaSalon. If that wasn't enough, the service was absolutely horrendous. Our waiter looked very amateur (clumsy with serving food items, missed to give proper heads up on timing of the food). Food and sides came 1hr apart, kababs were not good. Imagine ordering as example a filet with fries as side and they bring you the fries an hour before bringing the filet. This restaurant was basically pure disappointment.Verdict: Stay away from it!!

Made a reservation for Wednesday night for 5 of us. I booked for 8 PM because I thought there would be lots of dancing and energy but I guess on weekdays and not weekend days they do not do that.We ordered lots of food and left comfortably full and not overly full. The experience is great as it makes you feel like you are eating at home with a very homey vibe. HIGHLY recommend the terrifying hammer! Wagyu carpaccio, presented tableside and delicious!

I don't mind paying top dollar for a great dining experience, but Hasalon in Las Vegas was a huge disappointment. The steak quality was far below what you'd expect from a high-end restaurant, especially at these prices. Service was just ok.not what you'd expect for the cost. The worst part? Our meals arrived at completely different times, making the whole experience feel disorganized. Definitely not worth the hype or the price.

Food was amazing, everyone was so welcoming. My suggestion is to go late because the late night vibe was so amazing. So much fun we did not want to leave, stayed until closing.

Come hungry for excellent food and attentive service. It was our first visit so we tried essentially everything noted in red (popular items) on the menu. Only early sittings were available so we weren't hungry and ordered appropriately. We were surprised by the size of the starters, each so different and appetizing. Our mains were beef cheeks which were so tender but the Snapper in parchment was not my favorite -- too salty and just not to our taste. I would definitely visit again and try other dishes.

This was an awesome restaurant. Cool to see them prep and make some of the fresh appetizers in front of you. Everyone was pretty nice and helpful. The menus is full of things I've never heard about but everything was tasty.
