When my Stay was: I've stayed here multiple times through the past years.Price: $30/night plus resort feeOverall thoughts: this is always my first pick of hotels if I need a hotel in Vegas. I have all my friends stay here. BEST PRICE FOR BEST QUALITY IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND AN ARM AND A LEG!! Get Caesar's rewards for free upgrades.CLEANLINESS- Each guests deserve a clean stay. This hotel was very clean. Provides amenities like shampoo and conditioner as well as soap. The rooms smell clean and the hallways are well kept. SERVICE & HOSPITALITY- One aspect of a great experience at an establishment is the service of the staff. At this location, you can check in with a kiosk, which makes it easy for introverts like me. lol. Or you can check in w a person. The service here is great. Friendly workers. Wasn't bothered by housekeeping. FD is helpful. SAFETY- If you have a family, you know safety is number one. My input on safety in this location is right in the middle of the strip. Great location. As a female solo traveler I recommend this hotel. No weird people lurking in my experience.RESTAURANT AND OTHER HOTEL SERVICES- During your stay if you are interested in eating here, I'd recommend guy fieris across the street. There's lot nearby. I will say parking can be confusing. There's 2 parking garages so keep that in mind.BANG FOR YOUR BUCK? Is this too expensive for the quality of the stay?Yes!! Stay hereEXTRA NOTES:Stay here. I've been here multiple times

Do not like the kiosk check in. I needed to check in early so I asked to talk to someone when I arrived in the lobby. A clerk brought me to another kiosk that had another clerk standing there to help me, I don't know, push the buttons on the kiosk? I said I wanted to check in early. She basically said there's a $50 fee to check in 4 hours early and I can select early check in on the kiosk. So glad someone was there to help me.Room was fine and clean enough but do not like the fact that there's no refrigerator to keep the $7 bottled water you have to buy if you want to be at all hydrated. No complimentary lotion - only some generic shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. View in the Valley Tower was of the parking garage.Wanted to get some food from one of their food court restaurants. I ordered from my phone. They'll actually deliver to your room - great! There's a fee. Ok I'll pick it up downstairs. That'll be a $1 charge. To go down to the lobby and pick it up myself. When I got there, it had already been sitting there for a while (the app said it would take 25 minutes but it took 5). No other customer in sight but I still had to stand at the counter for a while before the 3 employees acknowledged me. I went back to my room and tried to down a lukewarm burger and soggy fries for $24 + $1 fee for ordering online (and no dipping sauce, which they forgot). Oh yeah, I'm a sucker for adding tip to those online orders so this miserable excuse for a meal cost me $27. It probably would have been better if I went downstairs and ordered it at the counter but silly me for trying to do them a solid and order online. Stayed 2 nights - no housekeeping. I normally tip housekeepers but since no one actually cleaned my mess FOR ME, no tip. Sorry.I tried asking for late check out. $10/hr per hour up to $50. No thanks. Also, I was there for a work conference so the room was supposed to be billed to the company. But they screwed up and charge my personal card and now I have to deal with getting refunded. It's dirt cheap for a reason - they nickel and dime you for everything. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more, and go elsewhere.

Costumer service short fall: My stay started at 3:10pm and was told I can pay $25 to register before 3:30pm. I had a 3:30pm phone call scheduled, so I said I'd be back at 4:00pm. The hostess said I could skip the line and go to her when I return. I went back at 4:00 and she did not remember saying that. Ouch. - pink colored hair girl, maybe Angela. Customer service short fall:Got drinks at the small bar by Starbucks. Got carded though we are clearly over 21 (and not carded anywhere else in the hotel), and one in our group did not have their ID with them. The bartender was rude and took the whole groups drinks away. The other bartender clearly didn't agree but didn't speak up - short guy dark hair, has a complex. Air quality:The hotel is the smokiest hotel that I have ever been to by a lot. The difference between the others, Caesars, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, Circa is drastic. My room was extremely dry, and it affected my sleep. I concluded my stay sleep deprived and with extremely chapped lips. Location:Great location, could have been a good stay, with its central location on the strip. But the service and air quality is detrimental to one's health. Good restaurants:Went to Gordon Ramsays and had an excellent dinner and outstanding service. Went to the pizza place and was surprised by food quality, service, and shots at the register. Overall, I wanted to like Harrah's, tried to like Harrah's, but they worked hard to make sure we wouldn't enjoy our stay. The customer service at the hotel and bar side were offensive and the air is intolerable.

1. They made us use the kiosk. Our first set of keys DID NOT WORK. They would not bring us new keys, we had to go down 20 floors to get new ones.2. The "Las Vegas Strip" view that we paid extra for gave us a dumpster filled with Trash, a construction site and the side of aBuilding. This sucks. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

Ok had to update my review as i was told to reach out to them because of the cockroach incident on our vacation but they never got back.So like I stated before everything was good until we had to kill some cockroaches in our room.It wasn't fun to say the least! So of you want to take tge chance of bringing cockroaches home with you then this is the place to stay.I'd never stay here again unless they could assure me that it's bug free!I'd still come to the slots and dine at some of the good spots they have here but I'd never sleep here again!

Harrah's Casino robbed me of all my riches on a slot machine, but I'm trying not to hold that against them, lol! I stayed at Harrah's Casino for the first time a couple weeks ago and no major qualms about it. I tend to stay more at MGM properties in Vegas because I get free rooms from rewards...but if I need to stay at a Caesar's property, Harrah's is a very viable option! My only weird qualm really - My friend and I did room service twice and both times one item was missing. Instead of refunding it, they gave us a different item. I didn't like that. Check with us first maybe or give the replacement item & still refund it? Like...we don't want this weird oatmeal strawberry dessert you gave us instead. Room service ran us $80 a pop so I didn't love that, but everything else was great with it. Really nice staff, nicely packed, prices weren't terrible and things came up fairly quickly. Plus you can order via an app which is nice.Fun sports betting, excellent staff on the floor (the ladies bringing drinks to slot machines were awwwwwwesome), solid food hall with good fast & casual eating options, even Gordon Ramsay has a restaurant here.Best thing about Harrah's in Vegas?BIG ELVIS! If you stay here, go see his awesome free show. He has his own Yelp listing if you want to read reviews!!!!

I recently stayed at Harrah's Las Vegas due to the convenience of a convention that was held at the casino, and while the central location and entertainment options were appealing, several aspects of my visit were disappointing. Most notably, the water pressure in the hotel was extremely poor, making even basic tasks like showering or washing hands frustratingly difficult. It's surprising that a major hotel on the Strip doesn't provide adequate water pressure for its guests, which significantly impacted my overall comfort.Additionally, the prices at the restaurants within the casino were unreasonably high, bordering on price gouging. While I expected Vegas to come with a premium, the markup at Harrah's was excessive even by local standards, leaving me feeling like the value for money was severely lacking. On the bright side, the staff was courteous and the casino floor was lively. However, these positives did not make up for the inconvenience of the water issue and the steep dining costs. Until improvements are made, I'd suggest looking at other nearby options that provide better basics and a more balanced price-to-quality experience. Also the shower floor was very dirty. Looked like it's fever been scrubbed.

It's a good place to stay for a quick convention.I know it's hard to differentiate all these hotels since Vegas is full of them. This was priced just right and near where we want to be. A short walk and you are near the food court and if you venture outside there was an opening to the street lined with different stores from food to souvenirs. Let's not forget about the adult libation just about everywhere so you can never go wrong. Our room was nice and we had a view so no complaints there. For the price we definitely will be back for our next adventure.

I would never stay here again. They charged an early check in fee - when we were 5 minutes early. The room had no fridge; you are charged extra if you want it. The room has no coffee maker. The shower is the worst design. The floor is a swimming poool after the shower. There's no place to put a towel closer to the shower for when you're done showering. The light switches had to be pushed hard - otherwise they wouldn't turn on. The casino slot options were such old machines and not a lot of fun ones. It was the smokiest hotel we visited. The tv didn't work. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom upon arrival.
