Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis

Started off with Happy Hour at the bar 3:30-7pm with 1/2 martinis and Happy hour foods. Great place to get something before your dinner reservation. Staff are great not only at the bar but in the restaurant. Hank's is inside the Green Valley Ranch Casino. There is live music playing in the bar (wish they could be heard in the restaurant as well. The safe are friendly and attentive with anything that you need. No waiting for them to help! Great food perfectly cooked steaks and delicious sides. Amazing atmosphere, open space. They had a live music.Came in for HH and by far my favorite one in the city so far.We had the espresso martini and chile manzana or soemthing like that! Both were absolutely fantastic!! We got the Arancini balls, calamari, prime rib sliders. All were fantastic!!! Highly recommend all of them! Service was impressive, the bar was packed.

We came to Hank's for their happy hour, which is every day from 4 to 7 PM. It was such a delicious experience and a really great value. All the food on the happy hour menu was less than $20 and a great portion size. Martinis were less than $10. My favorites included the lobster roll which came with homemade chips and the scallop Crudo, which was full of flavor. You shouldn't skip the calamari either because it was super crispy and perfectly cooked. My espresso martini was perfectly made and very enjoyable.One of the best happy hours I've been to it a long time!

I came here for happy hour as a pit stop and seen they had a great happy hour menu. Their service was great and friendly . This lavender martini was delicious ! I would definitely be back based on the menu and the ambiance .

Another Delicious steak dinners in Las Vegas! It was my first time eating at Hanks and I definitely come back soon! The service is impeccable and what a very beautifully designed restaurant! The food was amazing and I'm blown away. My filet mignon was so tasty and tender. We also ordered a sweet potato, delicious mushrooms and asparagus. We enjoyed fancy delicious dinner that night.

Service by John from Hawaii was exceptional as was the food! My filet was cooked perfectly, and I especially loved the Hawaiian Tuna Poke and kitchen sink Caesar salad.If you're looking for a good dessert, definitely try the toffee butter cake or a nice classic crème brûlée

I recently dined at Hank's Fine Steakhouse in Las Vegas and had a mixed experience. Scott, Kyle, and Brandon, our servers, were fantastic--attentive, professional, and clearly trying to provide a great dining experience. The atmosphere is stunning and elegant, and it's conveniently located in the casino but still easy to access.That said, the food didn't quite live up to the ambiance. My petite filet was slightly overcooked (medium instead of medium-rare), and the caprese salad was underwhelming--the heirloom tomatoes lacked flavor and didn't have the freshness I expected.Overall, it was good but not extraordinary. I'd give it another try because of the excellent staff and beautiful setting, but the food could use some fine-tuning to match the restaurant's upscale reputation. Reservations are required, so plan ahead if you decide to visit!

I've been to Hank's multiple times. I cannot believe I never had reviewed this place. I honestly love having a place like this in Henderson. There are not too many options! Best time to go: Happy Hour times 3:30-7pm ***seating is limited because there are reserved seating for people who call ahead or the casino players get priority. There are also lines sometimes on the weekdays. Seating is only limited around the bar area. The small bites are perfect for the half off martinis. My favorite area the mini tuna tacos. Thier martinis are the best! Best Salad: Steakhouse Salad. Literally one of the best steakhouse salads besides Del Frisco's. We always get this. It goes so well with the gorgonzola and bacon! Petite Filet mignon is perfect in size and flavors are never disappointing! Creme brûlée- you can never go wrong!! We were so happy our server brought us creme brûlée for our birthdays! Service is always amazing here. We love the staff here if you are dining in not for happy hour. Happy hour can get crazy and hard to find your server sometimes. Ambiance- high end. People come in dresses nice most of the time. Happy hour can be casual. Love the live music!

My son ordered a bone in rip eye medium that came medium rare but that's not the worst thing. The steak was pre sliced before being served and every slice was fat on both sides. He ended leaving more than half of the stake. At $70 a total rip off. The waitress was matter of fact and in a big hurry. The hostess station was staffed with young women who acted as if they were doing u a favor to find a table.The ambiance is very attractive. People r willing to pay high prices but expect high quality food and service.

Subject: Disappointment and Frustration Over Our TreatmentTo Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the way my fiancé, our guests, and I were treated at Hank's during our engagement celebration.Hank's has been a special place for us since our third date years ago, which is why we chose it for such an important milestone in our lives. We hosted an engagement party with approximately 20 guests, many of whom flew in specifically for this occasion and stayed at the hotel. Over the course of the evening, we spent more than $1,500 on appetizers and drinks ( not including what everybody else was paying for) and gratuity--including a $500 tip--expecting a welcoming and celebratory atmosphere.Instead, we were asked to leave simply because we were celebrating and being a little loud--something completely natural for such a joyous occasion. This was not only embarrassing but incredibly insulting, given the amount we spent and the effort our guests made to be there. Rather than feeling valued as loyal customers, we were made to feel unwelcome and disrespected, leaving a sour taste on what should have been one of the happiest nights of our lives.I am extremely disappointed that what was meant to be a cherished memory was ruined by such poor treatment. I would appreciate an explanation as to why this happened and how your establishment justifies treating paying customers in such a manner.I am so dissatisfied with the restaurant especially as a local & Vegas born.Special parties book somewhere else where you're treated way better and very accommodating not where you're spending your money and they don't care!!!!! go somewhere else rather than the station casinos obviously, you don't care about a joyous occasion. Too bad that my guest had already booked two nights at the hotel being Super Bowl weekend, worst customer service ever. Also, it was not busy! Aren't station casinos, saying how they love the locals.
