Arrived around 3p, which I coincidentally found is the start of their happy hour. Restaurant is clean and service is friendly and consistent. The tonkotsu ramen I tried was delicious with a nice broth to noodle ratio. The broth was rich enough, albeit a bit on the saltier side. The noodles were cooked perfectly. I appreciate this particular tonkotsu ramen style had my favorite toppings: bamboo shoots, nori, evenly chopped scallions, blanched spinach, and chashu. The chashu is a singular piece, yet a thicc and nicely grilled piece (you can taste the smokiness).

My sister and I were here on Monday at around 5pm, and we were able to sit right away. We ordered tsukemen and meat lover ramen, we ordered chili oil on the side as well. They both were good. The portion was generous, and It was reasonable price. +The chashu was huge! For the tsukemen, the broth was creamy and rich, it was well seasoned for the tsukemen to dip the noodles. For the meat lover ramen, it was well seasoned as well. Adding chili oil made it even better. The egg was perfectly soft boiled, and I felt pure happiness with every bite! The server was friendly, and the ambiance was cute. I'd love to try other items next time!

If you're ever stuck on what to eat, Hana Ramen is the move, with great service and a dope atmosphere and good food. That vegan miso ramen? Straight fire--10/10. Flavor's on point, and the zucchini noodles just set it off. The shrimp tempura comes out fresh and crispy with a dipping sauce that hits different--solid 8/10.Now, them wings... man, I don't even remember the flavor, but they're new on the menu and mad fresh. Crunchy, and they kinda give that Asian Zing vibe from Buffalo Wild Wings. I could down like 14 of 'em easy--10/10, no question. The coffee mixed with Thai tea is a sleeper hit. I'm not big on coffee, but this right here was smooth and straight-up delicious--9/10.Bottom line, Hana Ramen is my go-to when I'm undecided. Always hits, always consistent, never disappoints. Sorry for the lack of pics the food was so good I ate it to fast lmao.

My husband and I met for lunch at this spot. He's been here before but this was my first time. Convenient because I just finished shopping at Walmart and this was in the same commercial area. We met around the lunch rush and we were able to get a table. The staff was super nice and helpful and accommodating for our 1 yr old. We ordered the edamame, I got the Vegan Miso Ramen, and we also got dessert (strawberry and mango mochi) which was super fresh!! The ramen was extremely flavorful and delicious. This is probably my favorite Vegan Ramen I've had so far in Vegas!

Wow! The food here is very authentically tasty, just like grandma used to make. I ordered the Tsukumen which is comes as a concentrated broth and the noodles on the side. The broth was very tasty and I had enough to take home with me. Service was very friendly and prompt, and the interior was very kawaii. We got lucky because we went on a Tuesday night and we had the place to ourselves:)

We came here as it came highly recommended to my dad. I can honestly say the food did NOT disappoint. It's a small spot, very cozy and intimate. I would have given full stars but the services was pretty slow for the amount of people that were there. However maybe that's because they are making it fresh in the back. Despite the wait the food came out absolutely delicious. My dad loved his chicken ramen and I had the spicy ramen. Fell in love with the broth! The chicken wings were so juicy and flavor packed that every bite made you want more. I literally couldn't eat another bite by the end and was mad because that one chicken wing was left but 10/10 food was amazing.

We were in the nearby shopping center to charge our vehicle, and needed to find dinner. There are a few options around including Hana Ramen that we opted for. This is a small dine in restaurant that serves traditional ramen and noodle bowls, a number of Japanese appetizers and a few rice bowl varieties. We were seated immediately as the restaurant only had one other party dining, however, by the time we were finished at a later dinner hour, there were several more parties that arrived.Prices were average that are higher than what I would have expected in this area given it is far removed from the main tourist areas. Our party ordered a garlic edamame appetizer, tofu agadashi appetizers, stir fried yaki udon served on a sizzling platter, a Tsukemen (thick noodle) Ramen Bowl, and a Meat Lovers Ramen Bowl.Three of our party members were quite satisfied with their noodle orders and gave it a solid four stars. I, however, was not as enthusiastic with my two appetizer dishes. The tofu dish came with an odd number of three pieces which I would hardly call shareable. The edamame was a bit overcooked and not tender enough. Additionally it was smothered in a lot of sauce.I don't think I would give this a 2nd visit unless I really wanted to avoid the other places in the nearby areas. On to the next...

Food:Broth- Jigoku ramen is a spicy version of the tonkotsu broth, flavor was too salty and heavy on oil 2/5 Tonkotsu broth is a lighter and thinner broth, no deep flavor and bland 2/5Noodle- This noodle is a much thinner noodle than you would normally get but also more al dente, both things i have nothing against and actually enjoyed it. Noodles didn't hold the flavor of the broth too well 3/5Pork- Has a beautiful look to it and tastes just as good as it looks. A strong smokey char flavor to it which i loved, pork was super tender and cooked perfectly with a great size to it 5/5Egg- A full egg you get rather than most places giving a half an egg on their serving. A soy cured egg which already gets extra points and you can taste it really well. Cooked perfectly with a runny smooth yolk 5/5 Ambience:Small shop with few tables but beautifully decorated and gives a cozy feel like you're in a ramen shop in japan. Place is slightly quiet and tables cant hold too many people so I wouldn't recommend for big parties but if you're with a small group of friends, want to study, or want to eat by yourself I think this spot would be great.
