This was hands down the worst dining experience I've ever had in Las Vegas. The ramen was so unbearably salty you could be mistaken that they used the water from the Dead Sea to make it, it was inedible, so we sent it back, only to discover by the waitress that they would still charge us for it when the bill came. When we questioned her, she claimed she couldn't remove it from the bill but offered to remake it--something we absolutely did not want after that disaster. In addition we ordered bacon wrapped asparagus, sent it back when it wasn't cooked properly, only to have it sent back, still undercooked. Making something undercooked on a grill twice is unique skill that should not be found in a public restaurant. We asked for a manager, and shockingly, there was no manager on duty. The lack of accountability and basic customer service was appalling. Charging customers for food they can't eat and refusing to rectify the situation is completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place--it's a disgrace to the Las Vegas dining scene.

I was craving ramen on a cold day but didn't want to go far. I wanted to check out a place near me that I haven't been to and I'm so glad I did. Their menu has plenty of options even for vegan and gluten free choices. I went with the meat lovers ramen and it was amazing. The ramen was a little pricey, but then when the portions came out, I saw why. The servings are huge and they put a lot of noodles and meat in! Definitely got our money's worth. The service is great and the server was very friendly. I think I found my place to fulfill my ramen cravings!

My family and I were looking for a new place to grab food and we passed by this ramen spot! Upon arrival we were able to see ourselves and we were taken care of right away. Inside, the interior is small and quaint, but comforting. The one cool thing about this place is that they also serve different variety of drinks! We opted in for a classic tonkatsu, fried rice and veggie Ramen. All fairly delicious and we ate the whole thing! I would prefer my broth to be a stronger flavor, but I didn't mind this one. The edamame was delicious and the fried rice was more enjoyable with pork. I need to try this place again with a drink by my side!

First time trying this place! Here on a cold Friday night at around 7pm. The place was empty aside from one other party so we were seated right away. Service was great. The wait help/host checked on us enough and so did a man from the back, possibly the owner. He was friendly and made sure we were happy with our orders. It was hard to order because they had so many of our family's favorite foods, so we had no choice but to order a bunch of stuff we wanted. We had a couple of appetizers; chawan mushi, chasu pork buns, ika geso karaage, and garlic edamame. For our mains we opted to share a tonkatsu ramen, the kids had a chicken katsu curry, and the spicy ramen (janggamen?) I can't remember what it was called. We asked for mango sticky rice to go. We also had a strawberry tea boba and the hot ginger tea.The ginger tea was so good! One of the best I've had. I really liked the chawan mushi too. It has a lot of green onions which I like but if you don't, make sure to tell them. The thin noodles in my ramen were amazing. Ika geso was yummy but I thought the portion size was small compared to the photo on the menu. The women's restroom was very clean and I thought the wall paper was pretty. I will definitely be back.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon - it was super slow, we were the only customers until we were just about done eating. There was just one server, and the interior was cute, tidy, and pretty dim inside so definitely gives a more chill vibe. The server was super attentive and kind, always asking if we needed anything during our meal. They have a very large food and drink menu, definitely more than just your average ramen place! We ordered: meat lover ramen, tonkatsu, miso ramen, gyoza, takoyaki, and a few drinks. All 4 ramen bowls had good base flavor but were also all on the salty side for each person. As a group we felt the ramen bowls were a solid 2.5-3/5 since the broth was salty, and the chashu wasn't tender. (But the seasoned egg was perfect)As for the appetizers and drinks, they were all tasty and well made. Rating overall is (3.5-4 out of 5). I like the fact that they have a large menu which is good for groups who are craving different things. And the drink menu is super creative as well and allows this to be a one stop shop for dinner/boba/dessert.
