I had received the e-mail from Yelp for the top 100 restaurants 2025, and Hachi was named #67! I've never tried Hachi before and when I saw it on the Yelp list, I just had to try it out! Hachi is a Japanese Yakitori Izakaya. It's located Jones and W Desert In Road next to a few other businesses like Café Moda and Asian BBQ & Noodle. There are plenty of parking spots. We stopped at Hachi on a Wednesday evening, around 5:20 P.M. We didn't have any reservations, but luckily, we were able to get a table seat as soon as Hachi opened at 5:30. The team member did inform us that we needed to be wrapped up by 7:00 P.M for dining reservations for the table seating, otherwise, we could have sat at the bar area. This was such an wonderful experience and I am so glad that I had a chance to go to Hachi. Hachi has so many different options -On the Yakitori Menu:Chicken ThighPremium Wagyu TonguePremium Wagyu BeefChicken Cheese YakiCheese TsukuneShitake ButterShishito PepperSalmon CollarIkayakiand so much more!If you're looking for other alternatives, Hachi has you covered! They have bowls such as their Chashu bowl, Unagi Bowl, Oyako Don, Yakitori Bowl, Ramen, Tonkatsu and a lot more! We ended up just trying a lot of their Yakitori Menu options, Karaage, and of course, their Honey Toast!!! From the Yakitori Menu, we ordered the followingChicken ThighPork BellyBeef MisozukeWagyu BeefChicken Ume Shiso Yaki2 x Mochi Cheese BaconSweet Corn Off the Yakitori MenuKaraage (2 pc)Honey ToastEverything was amazing! The Wagyu Beef was so flavorful. The sweet corn had a great char on it and was delicious! I've never had Mochi cheese bacon before and it was good! The bacon was slightly crispy on the outside! My husband enjoyed all of the other Yakitori items! The Chicken Karaage, one of Hachi's signature dishes, was awesome! The chicken pieces were relatively large and it was perfectly fried. It was super yummy! The Honey Toast takes about 20 minutes to cook. Luckily, we placed it as we were placing a second order for additional Yakitori menu items. When the Honey Toast came to our table, I couldn't believe how big it was!!! The toast was so large, and there was multiple scoops of ice cream on top! The outside was super crispy and the inside dough of the bread was so light and fluffy. The ice cream was a great addition and there was a slight honey syrup on top of the ice cream too! It was amazing! This is the best honey toast I've ever had! If you're visiting Hachi for the first time, I'd recommend getting the honey toast! The service was outstanding at Hachi and the team members here are amazing! I can't wait to go back again!

Amazing variety of small plates - loved everything we tried. They even have lemon sours and whiskey highballs in addition to traditional beer and sake.Favs - yamaimo, chirashi bowl, variety of kushiyaki (skewers), homemade chashu and of course the honey toast. Feels like I'm in Japan!

Make a reservation for 6:00 and by the time we arrive it was already packed! So if you're planning on going make sure you come early or make a reservation in advance. I order some of the skewers and bean sprout kimchi, pairing it all together with a bowl of white rice and a high bomb.Pork cheek - soft and chewyChicken thigh - sauce ( the sauce is not my fav, I just prefer the salt version)Eel - my least favorite one - was not hot Chicken skin - kinda too chewy Beef Marinade - 10/10 the best one I tried!Pork belly w/salt - 10/10 another good one, crispy and the salt was just enough Duck w/ hachi salt - 9/10 very good but the beef was betterThis venue is very cramp and loud but the lighting and atmosphere is definitely more for a lively night then a calm night. A great place to hang out and drink with friends

I've been coming to Hachi for years and until now, it is definitely still one of my go to places. I do recommend booking a reservation in advance as this place can get super busy and gets a bit of a wait times. I had a reservation around 7pm and the place was packed. As soon as we were seated, we were greeted immediately. Our server was super friendly and was attentive throughout the entire meal. Foodwise, my brother and I loved their otoro and salmon belly nigiri. It just melts in your mouth and the quality is super good. The takoyaki is also one of the must trys. It's great that it's on top of a bed of soft eggs, it adds a different texture and taste to it. For skewers, I definitely recommend the eel, it's soft and melts in your mouth. This visit, we tried the Spider roll and thought it was just okay, probably wouldn't get it again. We also tried the sukiyaki this time around as it was quite cold outside. It was yummy and I loved the fact it has enoki mushrooms. It was very flavorful.I'd definitely say it is worth coming here if you are visiting, but try to reserve to avoid the long wait!

Went there later in the night after a consumption bar. Loved loved loved the jalepeno hamachi! $12 for 6 pieces and it was so good we ordered another one. I think I prefer this to anything else on the menu. I plan on going back and ordering three of these as my main dinner. It's covered in pickled red onions and not too spicy jalepenos. The flavors were amazing! Goes great with an Asahi!

We came here for dinner with a group of 6 and was able to get reservations considering we made reservations earlier in the day. Definitely get a reservation since this place was busy. The parking lot was packed so it might be hard finding parking and also might be good to carpool. There were a lot of people here eating. Our waitress was nice and helpful when we asked about food on the menu. We ordered a lot of yakitori from waygu beef to pork belly to chicken wing to chicken thigh. We also ordered a few other dishes that I forgot the names to. There were a lot of other food on the menu that sounded good to me but that would have to be for next time. The yakitori was delicious and so good! If you're a fan of yakitori then this would be the place to go. Everything I tried was delicious and I would recommend the yakitori here. The Tiger Roll was good and the miso soup was not bad as well. I would definitely order the same things next time since they were so good.Overall, Hachi was a great place to eat some yakitori and I definitely will be back when I'm back in Las Vegas.

I remember coming here last year with some gal pals and we discovered our favorite alcoholic drink.. "The Sakari Yuzu Sake." So of course when we came back for my friends Bday we had to order the bottle. We were seated in the back area, very nice and private and cozy. The service was amazing, we literally had all of the friendliest and most attentive servers take care of us. The food was remarkably good. We ordered the chicken wings, the Yellowtail Carpaccio, Scallops, hot pot, so good! I can't wait to go back soon!!

I was excited to eat here again, however I am really disappointed this time. The selection of meat is way less, the flavor of food is way different compares to years ago. I remember I could not stop ordering the duck salt and I only had one this time and did not want to order again. My favorite is probably is the enoki wrapped bacon which is quite sad. Chicken Karaage was dry and quite burnt. Ikayaki didnt stand out either.I'm probably not going back here again esp for the price.

The first time I tried going here without reservation the wait was 45 mins so I left. Second time we made a reservation and was seated right away. I liked all the skewers. Everyone must try the wagyu, very tender and melts in your mouth. Chirashi bowl was also very fresh.
