Overall this location is great! You have the option to go inside or use the drive thru. I typically utilize the drive thru as I am usually coming home and not in the mood to sit down there. The drive thru is always quick and staff is always friendly and my order is always accurate. Tempura green beans with ranch are hands down my favorite thing from Habit. I usually order the Santa Barbara Char which is admittedly a messy burger but it is great. The salads are quite large and fresh as well and I will order them when I am looking for something lighter.The ambiance inside is casual and it's a great place to bring the family. It's not the largest location but the decor is elevated and it is certainly a step up from other fast food restaurants.

It was a birthday luncheon for my sisters who are 77 years old age of today. The person at the counter was very courteous kind and patient both of my sisters are very deaf so looking and also a little nearsighted so looking at the menu for a way they asked if I needed a smaller menu which I didn't have to ask for but a menu so they can read up close we took our time 2 to 3 minutes because of our first time being there must say the courteous patience and also service was beyond and above We proceeded to order our food as we ordered our food or food was give to us very warm hot and also we serviced our own fountain drinks very clean very quiet nice people very accommodating thank you very much we had a wonderful birthday luncheon.

I truly enjoyed this place. Their French fries are as I enjoy them, some are soft some are crunchy!! I like their sauces, the bell pepper (kinda spicy) bbq (perfect zing) and ranch are all tasty. I got their veggie burger no patty. I gave it 4 star bec I always ask for extra lettuce but for some reason no one knows what extra lett means. I LOVE the hibiscus agua fresca it's perfectly sweet!! Not too sweet but lightly flavored and just sooooo refreshing.

1-1-2025Habit Burger sent me a free Char Cheeseburger because it was my birthday. It was incredibly delicious! Hubby had the Santa Barbara American Double Burger, and we shared a dish of Sweet Potato Fries. Everything was delicious! Counterclerk was pleasant, and our food was served in a timely manner. The place is clean and ambiance is nice. We'll be baaack!

We stopped at this location of The Habit Burger because we happened to be in the area. It was really easy to get in and out because the parking lot is set up fairly well, with ample parking.Walking in, the rope and stanchions clearly marked where the line is and I appreciated that. It took a while for someone to come to the register to take the two people ahead of us' order. I think it was because the drive-thru line was pretty darn long. Once someone came though, it was pretty smooth.After we ordered, the food came out fairly quickly and correctly. This location doesn't have the pepper station or a ketchup pump (but I think someone was in the middle of fixing it) but it does have the great drinks section. Our sandwiches came out well with fresh fries and onion rings, nothing to complain about there.You have to have a code for the bathroom. Since we were running errands, I wanted to wash my hands before we left. It wasn't exactly hard to get the code, but standing at the counter and being ignored for a long time is frustrating, especially when the person at the register keeps staring you down like you're doing something wrong. I was about to get a bit confrontational but luckily someone from the back came to speak with me.

I used to be willing to go to Habit Burger and pay the extra cost that is involved because the quality was there. I'm sad to say that the quality and the customer service doesn't feel like it's there anymore. I ordered a double char combo and my fries are soggy. I asked for light ice in my drink and they filled up the ice to the very top. And of course I was going through the drive-thru so you know. Didn't notice that they had put that much ice in there until I was already on my way home. Also charging extra to put barbecue sauce on a burger. When you already have barbecue sauce as an option to put on other sandwiches you have is just cheap.Unless they step it up with their food quality and customer service quality, I don't think I'll be coming back.

We're usually in-n-out customers but at the recommendation of a friend we tried Habit while we were in Vegas.We decided to stop at this location as it was convenient on our way into town and before our next destination. There was plenty of parking since it's at the backside of a strip mall. We visited mid week for lunch and there we're only 2-3 other groups inside so we took some time exploring the menu, since it was our first time visiting. The employee was patient and helpful with our questions and we settled on a teriyaki burger and three cheeseburgers, one with no bun, and some fries. Overall the burgers were good, the fries fresh, restaurant clean and customer service helpful. It prob won't replace our fave in-n-out but it is another good option when looking for something different.

Every time I have ordered the Cobb salad I ask for ranch and they keep giving me the vinaigrette. I always specify ranch instead of vinaigrette on my online order but they consistently are too lazy to read my order. Not ordering from here anymore.
