My apartment complex was running a promotion with COX and you got a slice of pizza and a canned drink if you listened to the pitch. The promotion was to start at 11:30am, but the pizzas weren't ready till 12:15pm. It's free, so I wasn't tripping. The guy making the pizzas wasn't all that friendly, but the woman at the window more than made up for the lack of personality. She was super nice! The pizza is delicious. I'm not a fan of crust, but I enjoyed the entire slice!

This is my favorite pizza by a landslide. I randomly stumbled upon Guido Pie during a neighborhood Food Truck event. I ordered the white pizza and figured it would be good...IT WAS DELICIOUS. I couldn't believe just how good it was and the size for the price makes it even more worth it. Every time that I have been able to order from this food truck in the neighborhood, I do. The pizzas that you order are personal pizzas with six slices per pizza. I personally am able to eat this in two sittings; however, I do know some people crush it in one. They have a variety of options for pizzas and do offer ranch and hot sauce on the side if needed. One of my favorite things that they do, is they have a beeper system. You place your order, get your beeper and go wander around and return when your pizza is ready. This is perfect for me as I typically bring my dog with me to these events. They also have a punch card that with enough purchases, you can get a free pizza and they follow it. I have already earned one free pizza and I am already near my second one. I order the white pizza every...single..time. I am sure their other pizzas are delicious, but why stray away from what is great. I have gotten the meat pizza for other family members and they have said it was great too.I look forward to the next time that I am able to enjoy some more Guido Pie. Thank you for your hard work.

It's not the best, but it'll do in a pinch.Guido Pie is a food truck (or really a trailer) with a pizza oven that posts up around town and sometimes does private events / catering. It was at one such event last night when I finally was afforded the opportunity to try their pizza. The menu was customized with the event title and included seemingly their whole repertoire while omitting prices (because it was paid for in advance). They provided buzzers placed into Ziploc snack bags so as to be sanitary, and orders were fired to order and took around 10-15 minutes.I ended up tasting the Chef's Fave (listed at $12 normally on web site) and the Italian Meat ($13 normally). The crust on both does have a really nice chew, although it's a bit prominent due to the small 10" size. The cheese and meat were all enjoyable. Only the Italian Meat felt really loaded, but you'll get a fairly even and consistent distribution of ingredients in each bite although.I was satiated and liked what I had to eat, but I didn't get super full. I'm not convinced that I would pay for it if I see them in a public setting. They're fine if you're hungry and have nowhere else to go nearby - say, if they end up posting up at a brewery or bar - but if you're planning a significant drive, there are other pizza trucks around town which I prefer, and of course brick-and-mortar spots.Guido Pie would be a 3.5 star rating if I had the capability, but I'll be generous and round up. If you're really enamored with the concept of a personal-sized pizza which you can completely demolish without feeling stuffed afterward, you'll like it. They're also great if they come at zero cost! Otherwise, maybe look elsewhere.

Guido Pie just catered my wedding and besides the pizza and cannolis that they normally do, they also provided salads and crudite. The food was absolutely amazing (we got many compliments) and they busted their butts to ensure our day ran smoothly. It was a pleasure working with Jay and Michelle through this whole process and they couldn't of been nicer and more understanding. I cannot recommend the food and service enough. Thank you so so much guys!

My son and I a few months ago went to the posted location of Guido Pie. On that day, a Saturday, they were in the Smiths shopping center parking lot. We follow them on Facebook. My son loves pizza and can eat it at anytime of the day or night. This was our first time trying their pizza. We parked the car in the parking lot and walked over to where they were set up. Ordering was quick and easy. We were second in ordering to another customer so our wait was a little longer than I expected; however it was worth the wait. The pizza was cooked to crispy cheesy pepperoni perfection. The sauce was delicious as my son gave me a sample after we returned home. The husband wife team that runs the pizza trailer are pleasant and friendly. They have other creations of pizza one can order as well. It's a good business they have. They use only the freshest ingredients and the time they take to make the pizza definitely shows. I am glad we stopped by. We will return in the future.

Stumbled upon it while out and about. Customer service was amazing, and their pizza is phenomenal! Looks very clean and sanitary too! The ranch is Ken's, which I wasn't impressed with, but other than that. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Also picky kids approved! And FRESH!

Thank you for making our Mother's Day celebration so fun and easy! Every mom loved having their own individual pizza and not having to clean one dish. The pizza was delicious and I loved the hot honey to dip my crust in. The ingredients are top notch, fresh, and received 5 star reviews from my family- which is tough coming from a bunch of Italians. We will definitely use you for future events and family gatherings.

Spicy pepperoni pizza is the bomb! Had Guido pie for my wedding a few weeks back. Should have left a review then, but I was a little drunk. This place nailed it! They were popping out pizzas all night long, guests loved them, some ordered 4 just to take home! Pizzas are great sized, good ingredients, and most important to me, the couple who runs this place are good people. Our wedding was scheduled for April and it got postponed due to COVID. Around the time of our original wedding date, we went and got some pizza from them, they wouldn't let us pay, not even leave a tip. These are solid folks with solid pizza.

Was fortunate enough to have experienced Guido Pie at my friends reception. Such a brilliant idea and couldn't have asked for better food and service! They handed out the buzzer in a ziplock bag, and only took about 10 mins to get some amazing hot pizza. It's been a month since the wedding and I'm craving it constantly. Highly recommend Guido Pie. Cheers and thank you to the team for feeding us all.
