Located in the food court by the Mandalay Bay convention center, this area can get extremely busy during conventions, so be warned! I tried the Brazilian Açai Bowl with Açai, Mixed Berries, Coconut, Granola with Almonds and Honey. At $14+ the serving was extremely small, but it tasted good. If you're at the hotel and looking for something healthy to eat, Greens Plus is your best bet, as it's the only healthy option out of the restaurants in the food court. The cashier was pleasant and helpful. The hotel charges for self-parking and valet parking, unless you have a player's card of a certain tier that grants you free parking. However, parking is free for the first 3 hours for Nevada residents, except during special events, with valid NV driver license and are subject to Self-Park rates thereafter. FYI - upon exiting, insert your ticket and scan your NV driver license under the barcode reader to receive complimentary hours. You will not receive the complimentary 3 hours of parking if you insert your parking ticket at the Self-Parking Pay on Foot kiosks.

A week of conferences and food court food?!?!? Not looking forward to feeling bloated from fried stuff, high sodium, high carbs or fatty foods all week. That is until I discover this gem! Full disclosure...I'm NOT a salad guy as you see in my many other reviews. This place is great!! Very fresh and tasty (even for a non salad guy). My go to is the King Ceasar which came with greens, egg, avocado, cheese strips and chicken. Very tasty and filling enough without the nasty fast food feeling sitting in meetings all afternoon. Highly recommended!!

It's so nice to have a healthier option in a food court! And it's right before the Shark Reef exhibit. They have an assortment of fresh salads prepared to order topped with a meat or fish protein. I ordered the Samurai salad which had plenty of edamame, carrots, and chicken. It came with a nice sesame dressing. The food court is Mandalay quality as it clean and spacious with a few TVs for entertainment. I could easily eat here more than once if I was at the convention center nearby.

I had a Mission burrito and a farmhouse salad. Very excellent. I even got a big glass of ice water. I was totally happy.
