I love it! There's no overwhelming cigarette smoke; it's clean and spacious, has multitudes of large-screen TVs, and also has good deals on drinks on football Sundays! The staff is fast and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. I'll go back, and you, too, should check this place out!

Chill place to bet on sports at this popular Henderson resort and casino. Green Valley Ranch has a sports book located just off the casino floor. It's pretty basic to be honest. A lot like any other place to make sports bets. The bookies are mostly friendly but not some others it seems. Basic casino sports book is pretty much what it is. It's not one of the cleaner places in the resort. This is where it seems much of the sketchy people hang out, so watch yourself. A lot of it is pretty basic as far as sports books. This has a big screen with all the scores, and there's more than enough seating. Close by restaurants include pizza if hungry. The sports book is convenient if coming from outside. For sure it seems like it's pretty basic. It's in a resort far off the Strip so it's more locals that come here. The atmosphere is pretty basic and not that crazy so it's more about the sports than the partying or whatever.

I stopped in here the other night after I got back from going to a Knights game & catching the RTC bus from here ($4.00 RTC) This is a bar I like to hang out at to gamble & drink. I have had a rude & disrespectful bartender in the past & service is usually good but the other night I had an AWESOME bartender named Buddha. It took him a few minutes to come over to me as he was busy plus I sat in the back of the bar, in a corner closer to the sports book area. He checked on me several times & was very attentive. He may have been a "filler bartender" who covers breaks or his shift had ended while I was there. I LOVED his awesome service but once I cashed out two tickets that were each a little over $100's it was time to get outta there & head home before I gave them their money back....lol I just had to update my review just to give a shout out to Buddha for his exceptional service. Thank you!

This is a really nice place but if you want to hear the sound for your game, don't come here!!! The manager picks and chooses what games he wants to play the sound for. The first time I came here, the Sportsbook manager told me he couldn't play the sound of my game (Carolina) bc it wasn't the prime time game. I came again today bc my team's game was the prime time game (Carolina vs NOLA) and they played the sound up until the Steelers/Brown game started (middle of the 2nd Qtr). This is a division rivalry game. I asked why we couldn't hear the sound of the game and he said they swap the sound at halftime. Then they'll swap back to finish our game. It wasn't halftime. We have 4 mins left and the game hasn't been on since the middle of the 2nd Quarter. If the Steelers game has an ENTIRE half left, why not let our game finish. It got to the point where all the saints fans left. They really need to do a better job here. Bc how is it the same TV you told me the sound comes from is the same TV the sound is NOT coming from. I truly HATE this Sportsbook. If anything, switch it back and forth so all fans can hear their games.

For as far as sports books in Las Vegas go, I'm a fan of the one at Green Valley Ranch! A beautiful, upscale, locals resort on the outer fringe of Las Vegas that certainly caters to the locals. The sports book is large and the specials on game days are extraordinary! The adjoining bar has top shelf cocktails that start in the $5 range, and it's hard to pay more than $9 for those same top shelf drinks!You must get there early on game days as the seating fills up fast, but the experience will be well worth the trouble!

This is more for the morning shift Sportbook bar. Bartender Mike and his partner behind the bar make for a boisterous bar experience.Love the sports channels at the bar. l miss the late night music videos they used to have at night, but it is a sports bar.The sportsbook itself is airy with a ton of screens and vivid lines.

Love this location. Staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene. I love this place!

Very unpleasant experience on Friday, February 7 2025. It was gift day to get free rice cooker. First of all, the casino should have put up a sign explaining that the card swipe to redeem gift does not work. We needed to use the app on our phones to redeem the gift. There were like 20 people in line to get help to download the app and only one employee to help them. My unpleasant experience was I went back into the line and i was the only one there. The rewards lady tells me I still to go back in line. When I was in the right lane. There is 2 lanes one for regular members and one for president and chairman card.. she wanted me to go to the chairman's lane. While I was doing that u had one customer cut in front of me when actually no one there's until he got there. She said all that so she didn't have to help anyone so she can restock the rice cookers when there were more than enough stock displayed. She was really rude and needs to improve on customer service skills. I haven't been redeeming gifts for awhile but she looks like a new employee. This casino should have it more organized on this day makes me not want to play here anymore.

The worst run casino in town.Kentucky Derby Day race app goes down again just like last year. Go to sports book betting lines long and not enough writers. Only four betting kiosks and one is out of service. Is it a surprise to upper management that Derby day is busy and to staff better. I feel bad for the employees who have to put up with this crap. Almost impossible to get a bet in. Well you lost me as a customer. I closed my account. Plus all your food outlets suck especially the coffee shop.
