Food: 5 StarsOne of the best steaks, fresh, soft, melts in your mouth and seasoned perfectly. Service: 5+ StarsAmazing service and everything was orchestrated to perfection. Ambiance: 5+ StarsLoved the fact that the kitchen was opened and watching the chef along with his team was pretty cool.

Four of the 7 people in our party ordered steak; not one single steak was cooked as they ordered. They were still delicious and nobody complained but at those prices the chef needs to figure it out. Everyone in our group who ate the mushrooms became sick. The sticky toffee pudding was amazing, mash was delicious, Brussels sprouts were burnt. Service was good. Overall a C. I think the Ramsay empire is over extended. It's all becoming mediocre.

Gordon Ramsey SteakA delightful experience! Went here on a Valentine's Day, make sure to get a reservation they were busy!!! It was a short wait after checking in. Then the hostess will take you through the entrance which sets tone of the meal. The ambience is grand, with the red lit background and balcony seating even though dress is casual. They offered a chefs menu for the holiday however we already knew what we wanted!! Started off with drinks the strawberry martini and the El Matador which was the best drink of the night. For the appetizer we opted for the Hamachi Crudo the best thing I ate my entire trip in Vegas. Wish I ordered two plates! The hamachi was fresh and paired perfectly with the crispy rice. For the main dishes we went with the Rib cap and the Wagu filet both 8oz perfectly cooked! If you choose any cut go with the Rib cap, the perfect slice. Paired the main dishes with asparagus and truffle fries. Both great choices, fries are crispy and not oily at all. The asparagus was tender and topped with flaky salt. Would 100% come again just for the hamachi crudo. Currently trying to get another reservation before my trip ends

Came here with my family to try this out as many family friends have said good things about this restaurant! :)We ordered the veal, wagyu skirt steak, beef Wellington, and we had the potato purée as well as the mushrooms for sides! Everything was declined and quite rich! The service was good, and the servers were all attentive, explaining the various dishes and providing suggestions for what to order. Moreover, the ambiance was also quite nice, though the restaurant has a lot of red lighting. We also had a reservation, and note that the second floor opens around 5pm.Overall, I enjoyed every dish. The mushroom side was a big hit with my parents as it had a very good and strong truffle flavor. The potato puree also contains a cream and chives! My favorite dish was definitely the wagyu, though all dishes were definitely a solid 9/10 :)

Overall disappointing experience. We were really looking forward to this and had high expectations. Ambiance is just ok. Seems like more of a casual spot than any semblance of fine dining. All the couples tables are so close to each other. I could hear everyone's conversations around me along with the server repeating each and every special with the same sales speech. And, we did have a reservation. The tasting menu seemed good. Except we weren't looking to both have that much food because I was newly pregnant and couldn't keep that much food down. So we opted for sharing the 'British Ale Onion Soup.' Followed by mains of Beef Wellington upgraded to Ramsey's way with seared foie gras, lobster tail, and scallops. We also added on fries and creamed spinach to round out the meal. The glassware wasn't proper. Thick-stemmed wine glasses are disappointing for expensive wine.

For my birthday, my husband took me to Gordon Ramsay Steak, knowing how much of a fan I am of Chef Ramsay and his culinary creations. As avid diners at his various restaurants, we were excited to experience this particular steakhouse.Upon entering, we were greeted with great customer service, which set a positive tone for the evening. The staff was attentive and made sure we felt special on my birthday, which I truly appreciated. However, while the service was top-notch, the overall ambiance was a bit too red and dark for my taste. I prefer a brighter and more inviting atmosphere when dining, and this setting felt a bit overwhelming. Now, onto the food. We decided to indulge in the wagyu steak, accompanied by mushrooms, french fries and asparagus, and we started with some delicious bread and butter. The steak itself was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, but I have to say, it felt a bit overpriced for what we received. As a steakhouse fanatic, I've had equally delightful meals at a better price point, which left me feeling slightly underwhelmed given the reputation of the establishment. For dessert, we opted for the famous sticky toffee pudding, but again, I found it to be a bit of a letdown. While it had a nice flavor, I've definitely had better versions elsewhere that left a more lasting impression.Overall, it was a great experience celebrating my birthday and crossing another steakhouse off my list. However, while I enjoyed the evening, I can't say that Gordon Ramsay Steak has become my favorite. While the food was delicious, the ambiance and pricing didn't quite live up to the high expectations I had, given my fondness for Chef Ramsay's work. If you're a fan of his and want to experience a steakhouse, it's worth a visit, but just be prepared for the price tag that comes with it.

The service and quality of this restaurant is clearly a cut above most restaurants in Las Vegas. You walk into this restaurant and clearly see the thought and care that was put into the customer experience. You'll really enjoy the vibes of this restaurant. It's a cross between a traditional steakhouse and new posh style. The beef Wellington is always a hit and should never be forgotten. The sticky toffee pudding on the other hand was lacking. Somehow, it's clearly a notch below the pudding at Hells Kitchen. I really enjoyed my experience here. Get a reservation in advance! It's really popular and in a popular hotel... Paris.

We visited Gordon Ramsay Steak while staying at Paris Las Vegas, stopping in shortly after we arrived on a Friday evening. This was an impromptu visit -- I wasn't planning on having a nice steak dinner that evening, but my partner who had been here before recommended we give it a try. We walked in without a reservation and had our pick of tables in the bar lounge area. We selected a comfy table with round bench seating so we could sit beside each other. The decor is just what you would expect it to be - modern, dark, and elegant. As for the service, it was quite good -- our server was very friendly and immediately made us feel welcome. For drinks, my partner had an old fashioned, and I had a glass of Mumm champagne (the champagne flute was filled to the brim). We enjoyed both drinks and agreed they were a great way to start our dining experience. Onto the food: We split the Tomahawk steak with peppercorn sauce and truffle fries. Of course, the steak was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and the peppercorn sauce was a great compliment. My partner firmly believes that there's something special about the beef at Gordon Ramsay Steak, but I mostly attribute this to high quality meat, perfect technique, and getting the seasoning just right. The combination of those things makes for an excellent dining experience. Last but not least, the truffle fries were magical -- crispy, every last fry was salted with just the right amount of truffle essence, which is hard to do. The have a tasting menu, which if we come back and plan our visit in advance, I'd love to try, as everything we ordered was fantastic. Yes, it's expensive. But it's one of those places where the difference in quality and the experience makes the added cost so worth it. Definitely recommend a visit, particularly if you are staying at Paris.

The restaurant has a unique and elegant atmosphere. We went with a party of 9. We had. Prior reservation so waiting time was only minutes. I ordered the 24 oz bone in rib eye (28 days aged) and it was fine. Not overwhelming but was cooked rare after I requested Medium Rare. Normally I would not mind but for the price an expectation of what you ask for seemed doable. Amazing appetizers and sides, all sold separately. The family and I are lower to middle class and wanted a nice steak house for the experience. Which was well worth our time. The waiters work in pairs of 2 and are really engaging with the table. Downfall to them being so engaging is they are continually filling your water, both still and sparking waters. Never asking if you want more but just refilling. Come to find out, you are charged for every bottle of still water and sparkling they use. Maybe we are not used to this style of dining but threw us off due to them over pouring water and never asking if we wanted more or letting us know the still ( basically tap water) was not free. Overall great tasting food and experience. Just be prepared if you're not used to this style of dining for the hidden fees and sides sold separately.
