Golden Oven Pizza

I was drawn to the beautiful gold oven by literally the golden pizza oven shimmering like a freaking disco ball! Talk about mouth to a flame! I love wood fired pizza and was stoked when I saw the oven on the truck at Teneya Creek Brewery. The pizza came fast and hot. The flavor was great abs the crust was just right. Slightly charred from the oven but not too much. I got the margarita and my friend got the meat lovers. But were oh so delightful. The perfect pairing to some great beers at the brewery and wonderfully portioned.

Found the Golden Oven food truck in downtown Henderson on Water Street during the Saint Patrick's Festival. Beautiful Gold Tiled Wood Fired Oven on full display in its own custom food truck outdoor patio. Great idea!Had to go Margherita, which they advertise is made with Pomodoro, Mozzarella, fresh basil, finished with parmigiano and olive oil.Staff was hustling and friendly! Our Pizza came out super quick!The dough was the shining star of the pizza. Great ferment just the right amount of soft doughy texture. Cheese was good sauce was fantastic. Fresh basil and olive oil were great with just the right amount. Very solid wood fired food truck pizza.

Got my slice of heaven at the San Genarro!!! I ain't gonna lie. They probably have the best red sauce I've ever had delicious absolutely delicious.!! sorry no pics. We ate it too fast.

So the truck says they close at 11pm on the first Friday... My husband and I showed up at 10:45pm and told us they were closed at 10:40pm... My sister goes up after I do and they sold her the last pizza... I call bullshit.

I've tried ever single pizza and they're all absolutely amazing, Diavola being my favorite. The sauce, the crunch of the crust from the wildfire. Just amazing. I need this as a restaurant so I can indulge on this everyday

Wow! Great pizza! Super awesome staff! Our community held an event where these guys showed up and I hope they come again! Thin crust with a small chew, great sauce, wood fired... can't be beat it! Please come again!

Truly one of the best pizzas I've ever had! The last time I had pizza this good was at an Italian restaurant in Paris (of all places) so I'm pleased to find something as authentically good much closer to home. The crust, sauce, cheese, pepperoni all tasted high quality. Friendly service too...definitely try this food truck if you get the chance
