This review is for the showroom venue itself and not the show we recently seen (see my separate review for Gordie Brown's show itself). We decided to see Gordie Brown here at this showroom since it had been almost 3 years when we had last seen his show. The venue has comfortable seats, good lighting and sound, and friendly staff. The bartender was particularly friendly and helpful, and drinks and snacks are reasonably priced. I like this smaller venue for Gordie's show and it works well for this type of show. The venue however is not one of my favorite concerts since standing areas are limited and it gets a little warm over time (which is unfortunate for people who like to stand during concerts since they do have a line up of good concerts and artists each year). Overall, it is a good venue.

Great venue to enjoy a concert! Not a bad seat in the place. Bartenders at the nearest bar were a bit overwhelmed but eventually got everyone served.

The Golden Nugget Showroom is a great venue. It's kinda small, but has AMAZING sound. I recently attended a concert here, and had an awesome experience. To be honest, the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the ticketing staff had no idea what they were doing, and the bartenders were beyond slow.

Pool is supposed to be open, but it was closed (when booking there was no information provided that the pool was closed). They don't check ID's to get into the Casino except 8pm to 4am Friday and Saturday. Homeless people sleeping at slot machines, people stealing with no assistance from security. This Saturday will be 2 weeks since my wife was robbed of a $70+ dollar voucher right out of the machine she was getting up from. Zero response from the Hotel as it has to be handled by risk Management. Zero response from Risk Management. Stay at Circa or spend a little more and go to the strip. This place isn't safe especially if you are looking to have a good time without worrying about your money or safety. Food was actually well above my expectations, so maybe stop in for Breakfast or Dinner, but thats it!!!!

A nice small venue which seats about 600. Good sound system. Nice comfortable seating, although a bit narrow, at least they're not too cramped between rows. A bar is inside with reasonably priced drinks, popcorn and snacks. We've seen three concerts here. It's small enough where even the bad seats aren't really all that bad. A good venue for classic acts.

I would love to actually see a show here. Seems like an intimate setting. The problem is, all their tickets are handled exclusively through Ticketmaster. They no longer sell in the casino or have their own box office.So... the two shows I've wanted to go to (Lita Ford and Blue Oyster Cult) the tickets are in the $65 to $99 range... but with an over $30 per ticket Ticketmaster fee, I just can't stomach it. (BTW... they charge over $30 no matter the price of the ticket... applies to the $65 tickets too- so it's not a percentage). I know all ticket services charge fees and I've bought through Ticketmaster many times. It just seems like the fees are higher for this venue? Side note: it's $8.50 per ticket to insure your ticket if you can't go or they cancel due to Covid. I just wish the Golden Nugget would use a different ticket vendor. Or sell through their own box office.

I went to the Golden Nugget to see Gary Lewis and the Playboys. The showroom is mid-size with comfortable seating and good views wherever you sit.The front left and rights sections have 6 rows with about 12 seats in each row. I'm not sure how many rows there are in the back sections but I have sat back there and it was the same configuration. There are some screens that are used for those sitting farther back to watch although they're really not necessary for the most part.To get to the showroom, which is on the 3rd floor of the Golden Nugget, take the escalator near the 24K Club area to the second floor where the Golden Nugget has their buffet.Walk past the buffet and you come to a second escalator where they scan your tickets. It's here where the lighted showroom sign is. Once up the elevator, there are two security screening lines with metal detectors. There are restrooms past the bar area and to the left.Enter the theatre through the doors to the left after you've gone through security. At the end of a ramp, an usher will direct you where you should go to get further usher help. The showroom is a good place to see a show.

There are iconic spots in Las Vegas, and then there are legendary iconic spots like the Golden Nugget Showroom!I'm a sucker for historical spots such as the Nugget and it's iconic Showroom! The history of these old school showrooms just intrigues me! The "everyone who is anyone" mantra is so true about a showroom like this that has hosted the best of the best over the decades!I was here for Gordy Brown who has played a residency here for many many years. He puts on a very good impressions style show that showcases his personality and fine voice. The show runs a little more than an hour and keeps you entertained throughout. For whatever show you have the opportunity to see here, do it for nothing else than the history of a showroom from a "days gone by" era!
