The bad view of my room
This says it all!
I liked the tile on the floor of the bathroom.
Thermostat that does nothing but let you see the air conditioning you wish you had.
The door doesn't open all the way
Bedroom next to the elevator they put us in. Heard it all night long.

Absolutely LOVE to play cards at the Golden Gate (Blackjack). The dealers are knowledgeable and always give you a good time. This is one of 2 casinos that we only gamble at (the other being the Downtown Grand where we stay). Fun environment, always with great music! Cocktail waitresses come often. Just a vibe!Shout out to our new favorites Alora, Jacqui, and I forgot her name but she was from Jersey (so we called her Jersey), (and Gil from the day shift). Great dealers, fun times! Also the guys at the Craps table, THANK YOU for teaching me more about the game! Had a fun time!Julian from Seattle - thanks for a great long weekend!

This is a review for the casino only.I haven't been here in several years, and it was fun to be back. There's something about the old school casinos that have that certain vibe, that gambling smell, that certain feeling that you're going to be lucky! That's what I felt when I walked around here. I don't play cards, but I do enjoy the slots. I played for a half hour only because we wanted to visit other casinos that day, but I can say that I came out ahead. I had fun!

The casino was quaint, but has a nice assortment of slot and table games. I'd definitely recommend this hotel/casino, too.

I really like this small, old but really fun hotel. Today we played craps and went to the pool. The wife and I love this place and it's very safe to say we will be back again soon.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. Could not sleep in my room. The music was blasting and the floors would shake from how loud it was. I had to sleep with my AirPods Pro in my ears and could still hear the music. Also the door of the room was not fully sealed. Would not come back.

Bar Prohibition! was the 3rd stop on the Royal bar crawl. Super crowded and didn't have an open seats. We decided to choose a shot for this location before making our way to the next area.

I loved the history of this 116 year old hotel. The rooms are small, and it has a limited TV package. Also, WARNING, if you are a light sleeper LOUD music from Fremont Street Experience goes until 2 AM.That being said, the low table limits, and history make it worthwhile as long as the cost is $$. I stayed for $80 including the resort fee. BONUS!! This property is owned by Derek Stevens, owner of the Circa. Stay here and get admission to Circa STADIUM SWIM for free! ($40 Value)Recommend!

This is a nice little stop @ the end of Fremont street. They have an outside bar & a stage right out front where you can always catch a band playing or a DJ playing some music. Fun little spot. Inside is nice, kinda small. They use to make some really yummy "Girl Scout Cookie" shots for St Paddy's day but the last time I was in here for them the bartender didn't really know how to make them....I had to tell him "look it up." Why would you tell your customer you don't know how to make something??? LOLIts definitely an easy place to get dropped off at when doing ride share or getting a ride. Its easy to get in & out of, avoid the crowd. I want to say I believe I stayed here once in upgraded to a cute little suite room. Was nice & would stay here again.

Okay, so if you're thinking Vegas equates to luxury, think again.... We were attending an event at the Smith Center and wanted to stay at a nearby place for the night. This was pretty darn close. What I learned when we checked in is this is the first hotel opened in Vegas. They have attempted to maintain the 1906 character in the original ten rooms. We stayed in original room #1, which is now room 215. The room was small, but it was clean. The bathroom was really small, kind of reminds you of being on a cruise ship. They have added a couple updates since 1906 in these original rooms; like a TV and telephone. There's no restaurant, pool, spa, or room service on site; but, this hotel is part of a hotel group on Fremont Street, with Circa and D, and you can show your room key and use those facilities' amenities. The front desk clerk, Don, was awesome. He explained the room options and made it possible for us to stay in the original room. I won't hesitate to stay here again if I go to another event at the Smith Center. I definitely wouldn't bring my kids. In fact, I don't think I'd bring them to Fremont Street at all, and for sure I wouldn't bring them after dark!
