I had a very bad experience at the bell desk in the Stratosphere. I called the front desk to ask them why I'm being charged for parking while staying in the hotel. They informed me that Nevada residents park for free and that I should go to the Bell desk. When I asked the Bell desk about this they said that free parking to locals is not offered anymore. I then went back to the front desk and they resolved the issue. I don't appreciate given false information! The Bell desk should have looked into the issue without giving me an "I don't give a damn attitude" or refusing to do their own job!!!

Would like to submit a comment about the experience I just went through at one of your locations. My cash out ticket number is #0641 and I was in there at approximately between the hours of 18:56 and 19:12 today January 30th, 2022. I have been a local neighborhood client to the casino inside Smiths (355) for about 2 years. I go in about 2 or 3 times a week when I buy my dinner items. In the time that I have been a client I have never ever been treated the way I was treated today by your employee. I hate to use the word racist, but the way that he was treating me made me feel discriminated. I went in like I always do when the Buffalo machine is available, I was on the phone, on speakerphone with my daughter, and I apologize I was not aware that it was not allowed, but your attendant instead of offering me something to drink, like everyone else always does, goes directly to tell me I wasn't allowed to do that and at no moment did he offer anything. I terminated my call on speakerphone and continued with playing. I then tried to put more money in the machine and the machine was not accepting the bill, so I put it in another machine and it took it. I cashed out from that other machine and tried it on the Buffalo machine and it still did not accept it. So I asked the attendant for assistance, instead of approaching me he was yelling across the room at me and when he acted like he couldn't hear me I raised my voice and told him the machine was not taking my money. He came and said some things I didn't understand because he was wearing his mask bent at the mouth, he then took the ticket from me and instead of looking in the machine malfunction or troubleshooting, he just cashed the ticket and gave me the money. I told him I was not asking for the ticket to be cashed but actually wanted to put more money in the machine and he switched his tone and body posture to a bothered attitude and told me it wasn't the machine and walked away without helping. I continued on the machine and I cashed out and tried again twice, I noticed the machine was not taking the ticket and said, if I remember correctly, "invalid form of payment"; I tried my ticket again and it took it. I moved to another machine to play blackjack and another customer sat about two machines from me and I noticed that he quickly proceeded to offer her something to drink. She was a white woman, so his action did make me feel discriminated and unappreciated as a customer so I played the last of the money I had on the machine and as I was leaving I asked the attendant for the manager's information and expressed to him that in all the time that I have been going there, I had never ever been treated like I was treated today. I believe I treated him with respect, and at no moment did I raise my tone with him; and your attendant instead of respectfully asking me what was the issue, he raised his tone of voice and said "WHAT? What is it that you didn't like I treated you like any other customer". He also claimed that he offered me a water and I said no and then he offered my husband a water; which is not true because when I told my husband that he didn't offer me anything to drink, he took the initiative to go ask the attendant for a water, and my husband said that that too seemed to have bothered the attendant. As he was writing the manager's information he kept trying to argue with me in a loud manner, that he didn't do anything wrong, while I was keeping my tone low enough for a two person conversation. The way that he was handling my complain got other client's attention, to the point that they were saying things to me. One of the ladies there is a smiths employee and was trying to make me feel intimidate too supporting his actions. I really don't appreciate the way that I was being treated, I am always friendly to the other attendants because they have always shown respect. Today if I quote your mission statement, your attendant did not make me feel like I belong, or as if I was receiving a premium service without pretense, as an average, everyday working person. Your attendant lacked accountability, integrity as he did not own up to his mistake and instead lied about everything he actually did not do and did not show ethical principles by trying to argue with me that he did not do anything wrong. I believe that he could of handled things differently, like apologizing that I didn't feel like I received the expected experience or maybe say something like we hope you have a better experience next time. As I walked out the smiths employee and another patron told him don't worry, and he said "I'm not worried I'm not scared", but my intention for this complain is not for nothing else but to bring this to a management's attention and someone supervise his customer service or guide him to offer what your mission statement says and your core values state; at minimum offer the respect that everyone deserves as a human being.

This is my personal experience In reference to Golden Gaming/Golden Entertainment at Albertson Grocery on Durango&Flamingo Las Vegas,Nevada. Manipulated from remote electronically,Very dishonest slot machines are deceitful and untrustworthy slot attendant advising me to cash out and not accumulate funds,December 16, 2022 Friday A.M. I was screwed on both ends , insufficient jackpot paid to me and lacking a grand on my accumulated winning&play money capital on the machine.Shorted both ways. I suppose $300+$50 Tips were not enough for her that she had to help herself to my money. Game King Slot # 11 . I was a frequent player without using a players card because I never ever win a hand whenever I use my players card. Now, Golden Gaming/Golden Entertainment is history to me due to the blatant insufficient jackpot payout discrepancy as well as the one grand the attendant kept for herself and just left me with $60 to continue playing with. You see, that's how they make their money. You get all excited winning the jackpot,they rush paying you but shorting the payouts without giving you a chance to argue,investigate,debate&explain your reasoning and side so if it was lacking they steal your accumulated winnings&capital play money from the machine by not giving the full amount due you in addition to incomplete jackpot payout.That's my horrible&dreadful experience.I confronted her about it and told her that I'm reporting the issue to the Gaming Board and Golden Gaming/Golden Entertainment Corporate Office.The employee has no accountability&responsibility about it and was in complete denial.She said I don't go to the office, I just click in and out and work here,that's it. I saw this happen to other players ... now it happened to me again and again. They need to get paid some other ways not stealing and the same goes for the slot machines. Guess if I yelp here maybe something will get resolved.This is about Arizona Charlie's Boulder. The food service there is very piss poor bad. We quit going to the steakhouse because they screwed u my last Five steaks. Can only take so much of people not doing there jobs. Last Friday my fish was a to go order, and when I got home, it was not cooked. Cold as hell, and it was fried cod from the cafe. Maybe the health department would like my food temperature findings from my last buffet visit. I brought a thermometer and food was not up to code. It shouldn't be ice cold walking back to my table. So, social media and NV agencies will be notified if ya don't fix it. I should be able to eat where I like to play, even though play there has been sucking also. Ty.

On 2-7-18 I had lunch at the TAVERN bar, I played fully loaded, 3 card double double quarters and hit a royal. Much to my surprise, it did not pay 1000.00, but paid the same as a straight flush. I called golden gaming, the gaming commission and to make things worse, they all said no payout for 1000.00 will happen because I should have looked at the pay scale. The freakin machine paid as if I played 1 quarter, when in fact I played 4.50 a hand. Their response was, we don't gamble and seemed oblivious to a standard in any bar I've ever worked or been in, that a royal flush fully loaded on quarters is 1000.00, otherwise, what's the point in playing? I will pursue this situation till it's fullest. The bar owner had a totally retarded reason why it happened that I can't even write, so golden gaming, I will not support your bars and encourage people not to play your machines. It's a rip off.

I never stayed in the worst place in my life with nobody in charge, and been harassed by the people that work here I will be calling my credit card company to get the charges reversed. This is insane staying here. I've never experienced something like this!!!!!!!I will cut and paste my messages to management and ultimately you have a bunch of employees or give me wrong names and numbers because they don't want anyone to know what's going on here because it's insane.

The Strat, property of GoldenEntI was charged a "smoking fee" upon check out. A total of $396, $350 for the smoking fee and $46 in taxes for it.this was more than the actual reservation that I paid for 2 nights lolApparently it's a trend with them now, I have found various reviews of people with the same smoking fee issue.Read a couple reviews before mine.I spoke to concierge and he gave me the run around.He said the hotel has "advanced" smoke alarms that can detect smoke. I mentioned I wasn't even in the room at the time it "detected" the smoke. I was grabbing pizza at the on-site pizza place and showed my receipt with time stamp on it. He said let me check and went on his computer. Then he said house keeping submitted the report. I said that's weird because it was evening and I checked in, dropped off my bags in the room and went to grab some pizza. And our room was never cleaned during our stay anyway because we never requested house keeping.He asked if I wanted to speak to his supervisor, I said yes.SHYEISHA RANKIN came out and also gave me the run around aswell. Basically it was the same conversation that I had with concierge. First saying it was the smoke detector and then saying it was house keeping that reported it. Then she came back with a graph that showed smoke being "detected" but on the graph the detection keeps going and doesn't stop and drop back down. She said she would call me the next day after she speaks with housekeeping and let me know.She never called, it's been almost 4 weeks.I've emailed her a couple of times with no response.Please call me back as promised SHYEISHA RANKIN so we can resolve this issue.I've reached out to corporate, GoldenEnt, left voicemails and emailed their HR, General Questions, and Strat departments with no answer aswell.

Dont apply or work for this company !! I spent a lot of money to get into company to work as in $216 to only work for a week and wasn't properly trained I got bosses that were rude everyday & the employees are old veteran men that are truly rude attitudes where stuck up and nobody seems like they wanted to work with new people whatever you do it's a waste of time. Your under paid and over worked they don't treat all employees the same it's a lot of favoritism going on ! But I recommend stay away from this company bad experience ok worst experience!

Golden Entertainment has demonstrated how little the customer means to them. In the two years since they took over the two casinos in Laughlin, they have taken away every perk that was previously offered to Legit and Epic cards. There is no incentive to play in their casinos. Not to mention how tight they have made the machines. Other casinos in town offer all kinds of perks to their players. Not Golden. Oh, did I mention how they took some of the best restaurants and ruined them? The Vineyard was a great restaurant until they closed it. Don't order a mixed drink because they swaped out the drink mixes for cheap ones and they taste terrible. Maybe Golden Entertainment should not assume their players are ignorant and don't recognize what they're doing. Most of the Epic players are going elsewhere now. There's no reason to gamble at the Edgewater or Aquarius. You'll never win anything to play on and you'll get nothing in return for your loyalty. Good luck sustaining your investment in Laughlin. You have angered most of your loyal players. Shame on you for being so greedy and treating your employees so poorly. Everyone knows what's happening with them.
