Stop by this place for the first time after walking past it many times. I couldn't believe how many different kinds of vapes they had in the store. They also had a great selection of Shisha. They have all different kinds of bongs if you're into that and also a lot of hookahs. The girl at the counter was so nice and helpful and patient with my selection. Now that I know this place is here. I will definitely be back! Open 24/7 too!! On the plane good thank you Nevada. What's the first one like a cigarette and then Lemmon yeah let's try that watermelon. I was gonna leave it on yellow. I saw that right there.

I had two interview with them one with the owner arsen and one with the manager Kayla (who was extremely nice). But when it came to scheduling me for training it went ghost silent the owner would return any of my or the managers calls or text when it came time to actually schedule me. So anyone who wants a job do not come here. It is very unprofessional.

This is a very amazing shop one of my favorite to go to and the location is at my favorite place china town... people is very nice and helpful...

This store has a lot of variety and cool things inside. I think it's cool that it's 24hrs as well.

Just left this smoke shop, me and a friend went to buy a bowl and a part for my dap rig, when we found what we needed we let the gentleman know we were ready to which he responded nastily "I'm with him!!!!" the guy he was checking out. Okay???? We were letting you know we were ready. But okay. So we waited and he came over and asked "what do you want" we said "a 10 mm dab nail" he said we don't have any. We were looking at a sign that said 10 mm nails with a box of them. So we said, doesn't that say 10 mm right there??? He said no. And that's not a nail, this is a nail and pointed to something else. All while yelling, at this point, with attitude and said "THAT is a banger!" So we said ok well can we get the 10 mm banger then, he again said we don't have 10mm to which we pointed it out again the sign, he then grabbed what we were talking about and said "THATS FEMALE" while picking it up and literally shoving it in our face. like ok sir???? We said ok you're doing a lot but ok that's what we want. So friend said "your customer service is really great" and he said "actually it is" and then refused to sell us anything because we were "being dramatic". To which we happily left as we didn't want to spend any money there at that point anyways. Half way thru the convo, when friend said about the customer service, he said he did and he was just trying to figure out what we meant. To which friend said, but you didn't ask us anything, you didn't give us any advice or options, all you said was that we didn't have it, when you literally did, and kept shoving things in our faces. Like if we are telling you what we exactly want but insisting we don't have it , even tho I keep saying "but I want that right there" , it's so rude. He has not customer service at all. At the end we settled on the part that we needed, the one we pointed out from the beginning, that he said he didn't have. As we walked out the door, he was talking crap about us to a coworker & said "they're so dramatic. Look at how crazy they are"I just hope that the owner goes back and reviews this interaction and uses it as a learning experience for this worker because he lost 3 sales tonight and we work in the same plaza. We could've became regular customers but we will never be back and we will never recommend to any of our customers to go there anymore. We work at a very busy restaurant & the last thing I would want is any of our customers dealing with any negative customer service. This guy was a big tall light mexican guy wearing an orange Naruto shirt. Owner, please have that worker come to our restaurant because he saw our shirts , he knows where we work & that way we can show him what ACTUAL good customer service looks like. If we would've treated a customer like that, we would've been fired on the spot. Because his tone, attitude, arguing back, volume, getting too close was out of line when we were just trying to come in and make a purchase at your establishment. Truly this man, is driving your sales down. He's doing nothing to help your company. And if you want your company to succeed, your best bet is to get rid of this man.

5 star friendly service. came in for cigs and left with kinds of goodies. Bought a pipe and, grinder and papers. Awesome spot.

Amazing smoke shop, has a lot of variety of products, great staff. Went in looking for what to get and I got helped to get exactly what I wanted.
