The worker was a good sales person even though it was very hard to understand really everything he was saying, however we got the gist of what he was explaining. The prices are cheaper than other smoke shops in the area and they have some really cool blown glass smoke devices that are decent in prices.

Didn't want to go here based off reviews but I'mGlad I did the worker was very helpful very knowledgeable on products and had a great selection of anything for your smoking needs im definitely going back over and over again !!!!!!!!

-5 stars if I could!! I think this place is a front for some other kind of business. Energy is weird in there. Walked in and the man at the counter NEVER said a word to me & was on FaceTime in a heated argument cursing and everything between English and another language. I said hello twice and he ignored me. Then I requested a specific wrap and waved the money in my hand. Still ignored. When I walked out and got into my car he followed me out and stood in the doorway as I got in my car. Still never said a word to me. It was SO weird. Don't go here. Just go to the Smith's gas station or another smoke shop. Seriously. They're weird.

Rude. They dont greet you when you enter. They don't greet you when you wanna buy... He just kind of stares at you until you tell him what you want. It's a very awkward purchasing experience because you figure someone would be more friendly if they wanted you to buy more items from their store. I actually left without buying anything because I am big on customer service. I did notice a couple of people who came in walked in and went straight behind the glass casing and grabbed with they needed and then checked out. But I wasn't comfortable enough to do so and didn't want her to be any mis understandings so I just went to the smoke shop by Smiths on Aliante for better service. I have been to this location twice. Both times the same experience. I'll pass.

The worst company ever. They're owned by a family owned company. I have bought so many things from them. And their shit always goes bad. Never go to the store! Family owned, not worth going to! Zero stars if I could give it.

I pop in to this store to purchase a cigarette carton now and again and every time, no matter who's on duty, the staff member is always so friendly. I once inquired about a brand of cigarettes that I'd heard were more cost effective and similar in quality to my preferred brand. I had not been able to find them in any other smoke shops and when they stated they didn't carry them as well they immediately whipped out pen and paper to write it down and offered to order them to have on hand for me. That is customer service done well. I'm under the assumption this is a family run business after a chat with one of the staff and it shows in the way they treat their customers. Very kind and helpful.

This store is useless. Do not go here. The prices are ramped up, the owners and workers there are all crooks and sell old products with the juices all gone bad and won't refund you or switch it out for one that actually is good and working right. They do nothing but con and steal your money and give you defective products. Go to any other store in the county before you go to these thieves store. Horrible. There's a reason why this place has low stars. You can get better products and prices everywhere else. Even a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Seriously. Don't waste any of your time coming to this place. For how they treat their customers and how they run business, they don't deserve your business. Never again.

Prices varying day to day, person to person. These guys are scammers period. Take your business elswhere. Just letting them know a price of another store, guy freaks out and tells you to go there then. 10$ for a pack of backwoods haha yea ill go elswhere.
