Vegas has many AYCE KBBQ restaurants so it was refreshing to find one that is not. Garionban offers the traditional and authentic Korean cuisine. Each dish was full of bold flavors and perfectly cooked. The service was superb as the staff put on a big friendly smile and always attentive. The ambiance is chill. It is great for date night and group gatherings.

If you're craving an authentic Korean restaurant experience with a casual vibe, this is it. This place offers a variety of dishes, and the quality is top notch. One downside is the parking. It can be challenging. We went here on a Monday night after 6pm, and i had to park on the street. The highlight here is undoubtedly the BBQ. From the moment the platter landed on our table, we were greeted with flavor you can taste through your nose. My favorite was the Kimchee Fried Rice, the Short Rib and the steamed pork belly. Everyone else also loved their specialty pork, & steamed egg.Despite the parking situation, the quality of the food and service make it a place worth visiting.

Loved the food, service, and restaurant, itself. My craving for Korean food was satisfied with great delight at Garionban. I can't say that my knowledge of what to order is great aside from the standard Bulgolgi and kimchee. What was suggested to me was the exactly what the doctor ordered -- low carbs and high protein. The thinly sliced pork dish is served with a variety of kimchee condiments and dipping sauces that are all wrapped up in a lettuce leaf set aside in a separate bowl. I couldn't be happier. The woman who served was so nice (and patient). She explained the differences between the dishes which helped me immensely. Highly recommend this Korean restaurant and I plan to dine here again.

I will not delete the employee's photo because she was insulting me, demanded tips with disrespect attitude. I didn't take a picture of her face. Just a partial of her body to warn other customers to avoid her service. I even let her know, I will post negative review regarding her bad service and she screamed to my face, then asked for my name. I told her my name. She made a very bad scene and continued insulting me. If you think I am wrong, I can see you in court. The woman needs to apologize to me for picture to taking down.P/s: I asked to pay for extra broth but your staff definitely poured water into my pot. That's why they didn't charge extra, what I want is quantity. I was not there asking for free broth.

Still the BEST Korean restaurant in the US! We had the aged kimchi with pork ribs and the flavors are incredible. The broth from the kimchi had so much depth and umami making it very soothing. Star is definitely the kimchi as it has just enough sour to make you want more. The pork rib although good was not as tender as I would have liked but since it wasn't the star it didn't hinder the flavor of the kimchi and broth. We brought our friends who are Asian and they said the flavors were incredible. As usual the banchan served had enough variety for everyone to enjoy. The service was also terrific and every time we are in LV this is the Korean spot we go to!

Garionban is my favorite Korean restaurant in Vegas. It is quaint but modern inside. I always come here for the bossam and soybean beef soup! The server Matthew is the best, super polite and friendly. Thank you always!

Great restaurant to heal your soul after a night out in Vegas! The beef tofu soup was really flavorful! I like it better than BCD tofu house in SoCal. It's rich and the beef has a nice charred flavor. The banchan was also very delicious! I especially liked the fish cakes. Reasonable priced, great staff, delicious food. What more can you ask for?

Disappointed that jokbal is not available until 1 pm. I came when they just opened. We ended up ordering beef rib soup and a small bossam. The service was friendly, but the food was still not served after half an hour, even though we were the second customers. The food was delicious and not too heavy compared to Korean BBQ. The six side dishes came with the main dishes; my favorite was the potato, which I had to ask for the second round. The beef rib soup was simple, clean, and no seasoning was needed. The bossam was tender. All dishes are affordable price.

If you are in need of good Korean food in Vegas and have a car, welcome to Garionban. Located a bit away from the Vegas strip in a plaza with plenty of parking, this restaurant is scrupulously clean, surprisingly cheap, and has a pretty extensive menu. I got the Seok kalbi and bossam set, army stew, and bibimbap and all three were great! Good portions, very foreigner-friendly flavors/seasoning, and kind service. It's not a place I would recommend making travel plans for or going out of your way to add to the itinerary but it's also not a place I would shy away from recommending if it fit the job description.
