Breakfast in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada...Using my Yelp app, I found a Hot New Business! Ganbatte Coffee & Grill is currently located in a shared commercial kitchen with plans to relocate (to her own place) in the future.Luckily, this shared address has a dine-in area with convenient restroom!Vera is the friendly owner. She is very passionate about her business and showed us Instagram posts for her catering jobs! Wow! Looks so professional and yummy!I taught my roommate how to scan the QR code for the menu and how to order and pay online. Vera brought our meals out quickly! Note: There are lockers if you just want to pick up and go... or order on Uber Eats or some other service. I got the Chef's Breakfast Plate with fresh fruits and a Sugar cane Kumquat drink. The Empanada had BBQ Pork filling that was slightly sweet. The cheesy scallion omelet was nice and fluffy! Delicious!My roommate got the Smoked salmon avocado Toast and a pretty Ube cloud drink. I almost got that avocado toast with slices of hard boiled eggs... mmm!Everything was beautiful and tasty!Support local women-owned small businesses!Good luck, Vera, on gathering a following to make your brick and mortar dream come true!

OMG this place is so good! There is a good variety of items and offers catering as well! The salad dressing is literally life changing!If there isn't anything on the menu that catches your attention, Vera will accommodate what you are looking for!Definitely A+ service!

Do you want to try to eat at a place that serves all types of delicious food, then look no further! Ganbatte have all types of delicious food, from Indonesian to Japanese to Thai. They even have coffee like no other. Service here is amazing, everyone is so kind and helpful! I was able to order a Vietnamese coffee with pan-dan and boy was it good! They had so many other unique coffee that I have to go! I was able to order the beef skewers with yaki soba and it was Soo flavorful! They have so many options I can't wait to go again!

You must try the fried chicken sandwich! The chicken is perfectly crispy and the slaw brings the tang and balance. You can order it with fries or salad. I tried both and let me tell you the vinaigrette is so delicious you'll want to drizzle it on everything!

I ordered Smoked salmon toast and thai inspired soup! You must try the Thai soup!! it was very flavourful and loved the juicy tender chicken meat balls, perfect menu for healthy brunch also it can be a good hangover menu! If u r going to order salmom toast you should choose option with salad cus the salad and salad dressing sauce was sooo good!!!! Overall the food was delicious and healthy !!! Try it

One of the best fried rice that I've ever had, with mouthwatering flavors within Southeast Asian cuisine. Highly recommend it for a simple luncheon or dining-out to stay-at-home dinner for a relaxing evening.Amazing hospitality and service that I feel right at home!

My friend had a party with food catered from Ganbatte! The food was well organized and had a cute label with all the food items. There were so many items from mushroom chicken onigiri to grilled skewer to noodles, plus dessert!! Everything was so savory. It was just right amount of seasoning and sauce. My favorite was definitely the spicy tuna nachos. The fish was really fresh and I just loved the combination with avocado and jalapeño. Not super spicy and a mouthful of flavor. To top it off, I ate mango sticky rice. It was a nice light, sweet dessert after stuffing myself from all the other tasty food! Highly recommend going to this place for catering or a meal in general!!

The Indonesian fried rice is as close as what I had in Jakarta, don't skip the breakfast sandwich
