Very unique from the exterior to the interior! We had trouble finding the door, it's the large wooden one! The inside is amazing with a variety of seating and decor. I will definitely be coming back to spend more time here, rather than the quick grab and go I needed when I visited on Sat at 10 am. I highly recommend coming here to hang out or relax. The place was pretty packed but we were able to find a table while we waited for our drink and baked goods. The food is pricey but I feel we're paying more for the feels and atmosphere than how much the food itself is worth. The macarons were so pretty and good. The bagels were very soft. Skip the egg tarts, unnecessary sweet drizzle on top and the pastry part was not what it should be in terms of a light and flaky boat for the custard. I look forward to coming back for their other drinks and dine in food.

Quick Summary:- Wouldn't expect the door and the exterior to lead into a cozy and vast cafe- Menu contains a lot of items to choose from- Plenty of seats to sit, but the aesthetics spots are usually taken- Pretty warm interior, despite us visiting here in the winterWe visited this cafe while searching for unique places to have coffee. I think the first most unique thing was the exterior of this cafe. It looked like a warehouse with a wooden door that looked like it came from the medieval times. Upon entering, I was in awe how wide this cafe was. The ceiling was so tall and a slither of the ceiling window shined down. There was a greenhouse set in the center. The ordering table was close to the entrance, so we lined up while browsing through the items. Unfortunately, the soup we wanted wasn't available, so we opted for some tea and the alternative soup of the day, which was the tomato bisque.

Coming here is a delight! I enjoy all the different kinds of seating at this cafe as well as the cool kinds of decoration here. At this visit, I came with a friend from out of town, and we really enjoyed our orders! I got a Vegan Hummus Avocado Toast with Chips and an Iced Lavender White Mocha. We both shared an Earl Grey Cheesecake! My friend ordered the Salmon Brioche with a Salad and a Hot White Raspberry Mocha (the latter of which she said brought her back to this cafe because she really enjoyed it the last time she ordered). When the food came to us, I initially thought I ordered something with ube because of how bright the purple was and how much attention it got from other customers haha, but the Lavender White Mocha was actually soooo good! I will have to order this from now on. I remember ordering a Vanilla Chai Latte some years ago but not thinking it was too special from other chai lattes I've tried. This mocha, however, was something so special to me. The Vegan Hummus Avocado Toast was really good! I felt like there was a lot of hummus, but it wasn't too much. The Earl Grey Cheesecake was really yummy!!!

Gabby Bakery has a beautiful and well-thought-out decor that makes it a visually inviting space. I'm not sure if it's considered a speakeasy bakery, but it definitely has a unique vibe. I tried one of their drinks, and while I liked it a little, I found the taste a bit confusing. One downside was the noise level--it was super loud, making it hard to concentrate on homework. While the ambiance is nice for socializing, it might not be the best spot for studying or getting work done.Overall, Gabby Bakery has charm, but I'd probably visit again for the aesthetics rather than a quiet study session.

My daughter was excited to go here as this was a "secret" bakery that she had seen through this different Vegas videos before our trip. The ambiance is very nice and enjoyable. The drinks are creative and delicious. There is a seated step area that the kids enjoyed exploring a bit and a little greenhouse area. The desserts were delicious as well. It's a nice place to have a little tea or coffee and relax a bit.

It was a bit of a challenge looking for this place in the small plaza that it was in because we were looking for a big sign above the door but it turns out it's just 2 big wooden doors with a small sign that says "coffee" on the window next to it. It almost felt like a speakeasy which was cool and as soon as we opened the doors we stepped into what felt like a warehouse but with a bakery and coffee shop inside of it. It gave off a very industrial vibe but was still somehow cozy with the all the Christmas decor. If you love books you'll love this cafe because they have a seating area where you take your shoes off and can sit in what looks like wooden bleachers built into a huge book shelf. It's a really nice and different experience. Their bakery also looks like a greenhouse and you can watch them make their pastries and baked goods. Service here is great, although it can get a little loud when they're busy so if you're coming to study, do work, or read I would suggest bringing some headphones with you. The coffee and crepe we got were absolutely delicious. This is definitely on my list of coffee shops to go to whenever I'm in town.

What I ate:- Ham and grilled cheese sandwich, pesto on the side: This was surprisingly good. I wasn't expecting much, but the bread was perfectly toasted, the ham nice and salty. The cheese pull was legit- Tomato soup: Creamy, sharp tomato soup. There was a nice pile of cheese on top. Perfect for dipping the grilled cheese into- Einspanner coffee: I was captivated by the photo of this, and it didn't disappoint. But how can you go wrong with coffee covered in thick whipped cream? Pros:- Ambiance: This is such a cute and chill cafe. Lots of varied seating, couches, armchairs, tables, high tables/stools. They even had a wooden library section where you had to take off your shoes- Food was great! Menu had a nice mix of sandwiches and salads. They had a great display case show casing the food. I only regret not ordering a slice of cake or pastry- Decore was a really nice eclectic mix - Lots of people there studying or working- Bathroom was big and clean- I think this place makes for a great first date spotCons:- Parking lot was full and busy on a Saturday afternoon. - We were sitting along the wall on the right side of the restaurant. It was very jarring every time the huge wooden door opened, letting it super bright light into the dim cafe. If you're sensitive to light I would suggest sitting towards the back of the cafeWould I come again? Sure

I had the taro fairy latte. It's a hot beverage and it tasted like a dream. It's airy and creamy. It was so delicious. The cafe is very quaint with mismatch chairs and tables. It looked like a cafe out of a sitcom. Service was quick. Tables were quickly bussed in between patrons.

Great place to chill/ hangout and have a coffee and a snack. Drink prices are probably the highest in the area but you're paying for the atmosphere.
