Gäbi Cake

I went to Vegas to visit my brother for his birthday & needed a cake. Of course I went to Yelp to help me choose a place and I was not disappointed !! This place has the cutest feel to it & the cake was AMAZING. I wish I lived in Vegas so I could have lunch & coffee here. The only thing is that it was a bit difficult to find this place ( just look for the big wooden doors).

I wish I had known about this place sooner. Absolutely adorable. Classic/antique/French provincial/Korean/farmhouse/library eclectic.... all of those things. Lol The kitchen is a greenhouse! Perfect place for a date or sitting by yourself enjoying the atmosphere. I feel like I took a stroll back in time and landed at this coffee shop & bakery. I believe their coffee is roasted in house? Wonderful flavors and varieties. We ordered the prosciutto avocado toast... it was OK. I bit disappointed by this dish as it was not served as described in the menu. I didn't get eggs on mine, barely any prosciutto, the avocado tasted more like store bought guacamole and everything was buried underneath a mountain of arugula spring mix. Lol. Overwhelming amount of greens Moving along though we LOVED the ham and egg croissant! Savory and slightly sweet on a fresh and flakey croissant. The latte I ordered was lovely. Hot almond milk with sugar free caramel. They do not offer decaf so I couldn't finish my coffee although it was very tasty. The Monk's mead tea was a bit underwhelming. Basically a floral herbal tea with hints of fruit. The pastries though..... here's where the 5 stars come into play: We ordered the rainbow crepe, a box of 6 macarons and an extra croissant (because they are that good).A bit pricey for what we received however we're always happy to patron a small business.

Believe that sometimes we cannot control all things; this bring me here. Excited and elated I was!! Actually, let no one steal your happiness! I am still happy, just a bit disappointed. Gabi is a local favorite that does make all of its own cakes, in house. When I was making reservations recently for Gabi; I discovered that they had a separate entity that was devoted just to the bakery. Stay with me; all those delicious little treats all in one place; all to go! Not exactly! This is a bakery that is an order on line and pick up type of deal currently. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. How are the cakes then? They are magical and uplifting as usual. Now when is that special engagement, maybe a wedding, someone's birthday. You need a special cake to eat. Blow out some candles, celebrate the small milestones that we all achieve. These small memories that you share with those that you love are the corner stone of what it means to be "human." Now we can celebrate here in Vegas too! It's June now, no more restrictions, if your vaxed no more masks. Now is the time that we can come from behind the closed doors and remember what it was like before the pandemic. If you just want to share that special "I love you," with those close to you; let's go then. The cake is that centerpiece of the event. Make it great with that cake from Gabi. Your cake needs to be ordered on line, but every thing is moving to online these days anyways! It needs to be done in advance too! What wish for sweets do you want fulfilled? Let your creative voice be heard and design your own cake! Or use their online guide to have them make a Gabi favorite. If you have any questions, please call they will work with all situations to ensure that you as the customer are happy. We are the reason they can expand! It was a joy speaking to the staff here to meet my cake expectations. While it's not exactly what I wanted on short notice they did phenomenal work to ensure that we were satisfied. The cake was a set of macaroons already prepared. These macaroons were pretty fabulous that come four to a box. The Ube "purple" macaroon was the best hands down. While we will use Gabi bakery in the future; it was an easy site to navigate and explore. So many options existed for the creation of your special event. Let the staff make all your cake dreams come to fruition today. Make sure and do it in "advance too!" We cannot win them all, and in the end we came out with a box of macaroons that my bestie loved. Let's celebrate with another round of macaroons perfect for any sort of celebration. Life is meant to be lived with love spread it around for all those to enjoy.

Love this place is trendy, great coffee, ambience, the decore, service I totally recommend!

Were I an influencer, I'd give them 4* due to their catchy (kitschy) interior, but I'm neither funny nor important enough to be one so paying $7 for a so-so cappuccino, $11 for a flavorless crepe cake, $7ish for a cutesy macaron and I can't remember how much for a mediocre croissant sandwich has to be judged from a regular mortal's perspective. This might be a great off the strip hang out for those who wanna sit in a unique space, but if you're into quality over trendiness, I'd suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Oh my freaking gosh. This place is what I needed and more. I flew into Vegas and needed a place to hunker down for a bit. The jazz music. Twinkly lights. Got a sandwich with salad and then was torn between choosing a cake slice. I'm not even a Black Forest cake person normally but someone there recommended it and it was so good. If I lived in the area I'd be back for sure more regularly

A little pricey; However, your taste buds will definitely let you know it was well worth the money and the wait! Cute, eclectic place. If possible, eat your treats in the shop. You won't be sorry!

Food was good. Beautiful ambiance. Basic coffee is a TOTAL RIPOFF!!! I was charged $5.50 plus tax and tip for this ceramic mug of basic coffee. The cup is so small when I saw it I figured there were refills for basic coffee. Nope. No refills just the most expensive basic 3 ounces of coffee I have ever purchased. The employee just kind of chuckled and said, "sorry, too bad." Like I should have known before entering. Well, hopefully you know now. Because I could have bought something much better with that money, and I regret tipping.

The experience was a little strange and a bit loud, i felt overstimulated. It was like I could hear everyone's conversations in the room because of the tin walls inside. It was still a beautiful lay out though. Ordering was strange too, You had to use the QR code to look at the menu while you're in line because it's so busy. The menu online didn't have any pictures, I don't know about you but if I'm paying those prices, I would like to know what comes with it. Anyway, these macaroon's was $7.50 each. SheeshHowever, the lavender earl grey was delicious, but the strawberry one shouldn't have jam in it. It's too strong of a taste.
