Fuzzy’s Smoke Shop

First time at this store and I was blown away. It has such a good vibe. Not only do they have a huge selection of vapes, hookah, and other smoking accessories, but they have Japanese snacks, artwork and apparel. Lindsay was super cool as well. I've been to many smoke shops, but this is one that you actually want to hang out in and take your time looking around.

I've been frequenting this place a few times a week for the last six or seven months. Bought a few pieces here and always by my cigars here. Yesterday went in and bought a bowl and the girl wrapped it up for me. Got it home and it was too small so I immediately wrapped it back up and brought it back in today to exchange. For starters she forgot me and did not remember selling it to me and had to make a long drawn out phone call to allow me to exchange it. It's a $10 piece! Just the fact that that had to be so awkward and time-consuming just simply exchange of bowl makes me not want to come back. Literally a 10 minute phone call with the boss. They exchanged it, but why be that way over a small piece?

Every vape stops working after two puffs . I tried to buy a few different ones thinking it was the flavor . But no luck. Don't fall for the rechargeable stuff either , the flavor leaves

What a nice surprise. Walking in to a shop that smells delightful, has great PRICES, and service.Christina showed us 3 different options, and what we bought was perfect. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Great glass and lots of variety for whatever you might be looking for, plus what you are not.

Most amazing owners ever! I swear these people know how business is done. Went in to get a battery and in just a few short days it stopped working. Let the owner know and they told me to go in and swap it right out. As I went in Dillon was professional and so friendly. When an employees enjoys there job it tells me they get treated right. Every time I walk in I find yet another employee who loves there job and the people they work for.This is the type of business I will be supporting going forward. Love these people and love the vibe!

Best selection of glass and crazy accessories you don't know you need until you see it! Great prices too! The customer service was A1 will definitely be coming back!

You can never go in for just one thing. They have so many cool products. Definitely my favorite smoke shop.

hands down the BEST smoke shop in town. Christina is my absolute favorite employee, not only is she funny and smart, she genuinely cares for her customers and always goes above and beyond. they have a large variety of anything, and everything you could possibly need. with that said, they are reasonably priced and they have an amazing points system to help you save money. 11/10

I hate writing reviews but here we go again. I was actually trying to hold off on writing one this evening after my purchase there but it just burned me like no other. So I have been here serval times as I only live a block away. I am strictly a vape smoker, not a smoker of any other kind. I usually get my vape juice thru this location because of the close location to my home. There was a young gal who seemed of questionable age. The other young millennial girl behind the counter asked her for ID, The customer gal infront of me said she did not have it but had a picture of it on her phone (ahem dudette not the same thing) young millennial girl asked young millennial gal when she was born, gal says "Oh 2000".....The young female clerk suddenly says awe girl your good and just takes the young female customers money and lets her slide on out of the store not IDing her..... Now mind you I m in Food & Beverage. If someone came into my casino to buy cigarettes its an automatic we need to scan the customers ID because of the new law that had passed as of Jan 1, 2023New regulations for Tobacco sales are the reason, as starting January 1, 2023, all tobacco retailers and shops will require an ID Scanner for age verification before checkout. From January 1, 2023, bill AB360 will become a law that has strong regulation on the sales of tobacco, tobacco products, vape products, and e-cigarettes for buyers under 18. The retailers must ensure that the buyers provide a valid ID like a driving license, resident card, or any other government ID for age verification. Negligence Towards AB360 Brings Penalties - What are They?Obviously, skipping the Nevada Electronic age verification law would cost you penalties, depending on your negligence level. Below are the penalties that will be imposed on the employee or agent owning the license of the shop/store.The licensee must be issued a warning for the first and second violation within a 24-month period at the same premises.For the third violation within 24 months at the same premises, the licensee is liable for a civil penalty of $500.For the fourth violation within 24 months at the same premises, the licensee is liable for a civil penalty of $1,250.For the fifth and any subsequent violation within 24 months at the same premises, the licensee is liable for a civil penalty of $2,500. Also it pissed me off I was not asked for my membership number which happens to be my cell number so I can get my points on my account. This has happened numerous times as a paying customer and nothing and I mean nothing was ever done. WTF kind of business do you run up in this location on the East side. That's unprofessional and I had to pint it out to the bimba behind the counter tonight.
