The fact that Fuzen doesn't have more stars is an absolute tragedy! Here's some context: I'm Southeast Asian, and my family cooks pho all the time at home. I've eaten pho at countless places all over town, and I can honestly say Fuzen has one of the most flavorful broths I've ever tasted. It's the perfect balance of salty and sweet, with that star anise flavor that hits you just right. If you're after an authentic bowl of pho, this is the place to be.Now, as for the person who complained about the server's English - seriously? She's Vietnamese! That's *exactly* why the soup is so delicious. Look, if I walk into a pho restaurant and the staff speaks perfect English, I immediately get suspicious. I just know the pho won't be up to par. I've always had good service when I've come in, but for the people complaining about their service...let's face it, bad service and top-notch pho are a package deal. You don't go to pho for the service - you go for that heavenly bowl of hot, steaming goodness!

Pho here is delicious and so are their appies. I eat here regularly. Only thing I don't like about Fuzen is all the beeping and buzzing from the restaurants online ordering notifications and phones ringing. If I lived closer I'd get all my orders Togo Restaurants is very clean and staff (always the same lady) are very nice

This place is not it. Looks legit, as a hole in the wall Vietnamese spot, but Pho not good, no flavor and tough chicken. I am friends with a dude from Vietnam that owns a "Pho" restaurant and his wife cooks the broth for 12-18 hours and you can taste it. Bland and no care in food prep seems to be their motto. Avoid.Terrible spot, Dairy Queen is right there and far better food, as well as cheaper. If you want Asian, go to Panda. Any other Asian place around the water street area for soup is terrible at best. Go American or Panda here in Hendertucky..!

The first time I came, it was about 7:20pm, however, they were closed with all the signs off and saw the workers leaving. Came again about 6pm in the evening a couple days later and the place was pretty empty. The inteior was very spacious and there was only 2 other tables that were there. As we arrived, we were told to sit anywhere. We were greeted and served water immediately. Customer service definitely lacked. Throughout the meal, I was out of water almost entirely but we were never checked on to see if we wanted more or to see if we were even okay. By the end of the night, I had given up trying to get attention for more water and we just wanted to leave. Again, no one ever came up to us to see if we were okay, so we had to go up and get the check ourselves. For food wise, my friend and I got 2 combination pho and one order of egg rolls. The egg rolls were 4 pieces and seemed very tiny for what you pay for. It was decent but I personally do not think it was worth getting. The pho was decent but nothing special. It was disappointing as there was very little of each meat. The broth was a little bland and needed some tweak ups with sauce.

Wow!I'm surprised that this place is not absolutely packed to the brim.As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by delicious smells, and a clean and minimally, but tastefully, decorated space. So glad we finally tried this place! The potstickers were fried and stuffed to perfection! The edamame was delectable! From my husband's own mouth, "This is the best pho I've ever had!"My curry was absolutely wonderful. The texture of the rice was perfection, the pork was perfectly tender and delicious, and the sauce was traditional style curry deliciousness in every way!We will be back time & time again, and will be sure to tell people about this hidden gem!

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - we ordered a Combo Pho and a Tendon Pho. The serving size for the noodles is smaller than other pho places we've been to as neither of us were quite full from our dish. The soup is much sweeter than we're used to but didn't have much flavor profile other than that. They were generous on the amount of protein in the soup though! The sides dishes of bean sprouts and mint were fresh and bright. Service: 5/5 - slight language and culture difference but attentive and quick service. Ambiance: 5/5 - large open space with plenty of seating that is clean. In the afternoon, the lighting coming through the windows is absolutely beautiful! Value for price: 4/5 - the dishes are cheaper but we didn't care too much for the pho broth so not our favorite place.

I was craving some serious Phò the other day, and I couldn't help myself post gym workout. I love grabbing the combination Phò to go, especially after a hard workout. Cozy interior, fast and criendly service, and always excellent food. I have never had a bad food experience here. The prices are great, and the amount of food for the price is awesome. If you're dining in, there isn't a bar, but there are beer options. Several booths and tables, but no outdoor seating. This place is good for large groups.

Came here for a quick lunch and the food was decent. There is plenty of seating inside here which I liked and it seemed pretty clean so that was nice. The food items we ordered wasn't the most flavorful but was still pretty good. It did take awhile for it to come out so the service was a bit slow. Not sure if that was because we ordered quite a few items. But overall not a bad place to grab a bite to eat. I saw a lot of to go orders and people picking up orders for delivery services. So it seemed pretty popular.

Hidden Gem. There are a lot of good Pho spots in Las Vegas but this hands down is my favorite. The broth is so flavorful. Great vermicelli plates and Bahn Mi. I highly recommend and the people who run this place are great. Please come and support them

I went to this place a few weeks ago. The woman who waited on me didn't even speak English. There was a big language barrier, and she had a hard time taking my order. When I got my order, my order was completely all wrong and I said as much to her, and she did nothing to fix it. I definitely would not come back here just because if you can't even get my order right why would I want to spend my money here. The food was OK, but considering once again that the waitress did not get my order right I overall did not like the place. Hopefully in the future they can manage to get somebody's order correct and speak English to where the customers can understand and be understood.
