The. Crack. Sauce. If nothing else makes you wait in the lines for this truck, let me tell you, the crack sauce is where it is at! Hands down some of the best dipping sauce your fries will ever meet! The burgers are great and the katsu burger is on point, but the crack sauce - I have dreams of the crack sauce. Sooooo delicious! I think hubby is going to be picking up Fukuburger on his way home!

I've passed the restaurant many times, my brother is a huge fan... I personally am not the biggest burger fan so I haven't tried it out yet: however this food truck?! Amazing. My office brought them over for lunch and I order the #3, buda, pronounced Buddha, not buttah.. I butchered the name big time, so you can use that tip- apparently it means pork, & although I'm not a huge pork eater, i didn't even care because I was so excited for the pickled ginger on top.. Anyways burger was fire! Flavor profiles on point.. so juicy! I didn't put the burger down. I ordered regular fries but somehow ended up with the jazz fries- worth the calories! Try them! All of my coworkers finished their meals quickly, so it safe to say this food truck was a hit. Also want to point out the staff was friendly ! Orders served quick, I was surprised actually how well they managed our line of constant orders coming in... and lastly, the food truck was staffed efficiently, with a fa couple cooks on board, and sweet gal taking orders outside the truck, & and What seemed to be a manager of some sort , outside the truck just smiling and making sure everything was running smooth. All good vibes .If you're reading this, try them out! A great experience - Thanks Fukuburger truck team!!

I'm probably the last person who lives in Vegas to try Fuku. I've many failed attempts to go to Chinatown and food truck events to have their burger since almost everyone I know like them. I was excited that they were at the car show last night. The line was a bit long so I had high hopes.I had the Tamago burger and garlic fries. My friend got the Karai (spicy) burger and garlic fries. The Tamago burger was too sweet and messy to eat. The garlic fries were not garlic-ky at all and the dip was also sweet. The Karai burger was a little bit spicy but plenty sweet.Overall, Fuku did not live up to my expectations. All hype, sadly. I might have enjoyed it if I were drunk and couldn't feel my mouth. It's just not for me.

Hit up Fukuburger a while back for the Brunch Battle at Bread and Butter and once again, Fukuburger came out on top with their "no name" breakfast sandwich.(It really didn't have a name, just the items listed in the sandwich!)This $6 creation consisted of mochiko chicken, maple teriyaki glaze, bacon, fried egg, and chile cranberry sauce sandwiched with two pieces of sourdough french toast.sounded like alot goin' on, but after the first bite, it all made sense and before you know it, there was no more sandwich. They should definitely put that bad boy into regular rotation. Its better than any $6 Burger from Carls Jr....ALOHA!!!YELP 365 CHALLENGE-(120/365) "The Mystery Sandwich"

After years of knowing about this truck and months of waiting since I passed them up at the Silverton food truck festival, I finally got the chance to try these guys out. They were parked outside Kuma Snow Cream for its grand opening event. In spite of the intense heat, we opted to go for burgers instead of braving the long lines for the sweet treats.Quickly glancing at the menu, I skipped the plain-sounding option #1 and went for #2, the Tamago Burger. They'll ask you for a nickname instead of your actual name to call your order. It seems that Pokemon were really popular that evening, but I went with... something else that you'll have to ask me about later. After several minutes, my $5 morsel of goodness came out. It was impressively hard to eat with all the ingredients and mayo literally bursting from the sides. I ended up having to cradle the burger with one hand and to support it with the paper plate in my other hand. Then I licked my hand clean and wiped it down with the napkins. I have no shame; it was that yummy.I never did get to try Kuma, actually. But it probably wasn't the best food available that night anyway.

Fuku Burger is by far the best burger place I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, the food comes out quick and tastes amazing. When ordering they give you a nickname and call out the nickname to pickup your food which is a cool idea. Their garlic fries were on point. The decor in the restaurant is awesome, anime and comic characters on the walls, stickers all over the front of the kitchen area. I don't have a single thing to complain about. I plan on coming back until I try every burger on the menu at least!

So worth cheating on any diet! I promise! I've had 3 of the 6 burgers and I've never been disappointed. Fukuburger is the kind of delicious where it's so good when you take a bite you have to do it with your eyes closed. Like that! I go to downtown Fremont on the weekends just for Fukuburger. Sure there's the cool bars and friends to hang out with, but I always make a point to bring whoever I'm with to the parking lot behind the bars where the Fukuburger truck is parked on Fridays and Saturdays pumping loud music with a crowd of people gathered together sitting on those orange buckets having a great time. Every trip to this truck is always fun and worth it.

"Cover up, rain down"We wept on the edge of this town"It's all I want it's all we want tonight"----------------------------------------------------------------Quick Review™*This rating and review is based on a series of firsthand experiences of patronising this truck and personal exchanges.*For the purposes of contextualization of this review: the truck is not the storefront, B&M locations (http://www.yelp.com/biz/fukuburger-las-vegas) (http://www.yelp.com/biz/fuku-burger-las-vegas-2).*Some items I have tried: Tamago, Chicken Katsu, fries, jelly* (*not made in-house, but instead somewhere in Japan).----------------------------------------------------------------Step 1: Place your order with the pretty, young lady. Yes, you can even place your order if there is no pretty lady and a dude instead. Maybe he will be pretty from your perspective. YMMV.Step 2: Give them a funny -- appropriate to be announced through the PA -- nickname. (Think of the children.)Step 3: Tip. Receive jelly. Put in pocket for later. Step 4: Eat. ----------------------------------------------------------------Now, it is my position that it is a decent burger. Especially when accounting for how little pays. If you disagree: let's not go to war over it. It would be a bizarre society if we just had to agree on everything.Patty cooked right, egg cooked right. I had no problems with the food. It's just ... It has proven difficult to locate them because they blocked me on Twitter. I guess they disagree with the school of thought that disagreement is to be tolerated and even flourished in a free society. ----------------------------------------------------------------Rating: Three-stars, "A-OK." (Since I am a nice guy: ask the Fukuburger via their tweeter feed, since I can't.)

Dear Fukuburger truck-You have great taste and a cult following, but our relationship needs to cool off a bit. It's not you, it's me. Ever since you shot to stardom, you have trouble remembering my name or order and I keep noticing you looking at jailbait teens in short-shorts instead of me when we're out on the town.Your namesake Fukuburger is delicious, but I'll find someone like you eventually. What I'll really miss is your Nagadog- no one's spicy sausage and fancy toppings compare to yours. It'll be a lot of long hard nights longing for you before I can move on.But it needs to be done. I'll see you around, and I wish you the best, but you gotta stop calling my name when you have a bad day. I value myself too much to be your cheap, quick, and easy back up plan.See you around,Stefany V. AKA Blonde Ambition
