It's been over 8 years since I've visited Fukuburger, at the Southwest location. It was my first time visiting Fukuburger Chinatown location on a Thursday evening. Fukuburger Chinatown is located at South Jones Blvd and W Spring Mountain Road. It's in the plaza where 168 Market is located. The restaurant has plenty of parking spots available. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you'll notice all of the anime and pictures scattered around! The TV was playing Dragon Ball Z cut scenes from the video game Dragon Ball Z Kakarot. It was cool watching scenes from the video game while waiting for our meal! The menu at Fukuburger offers a twist on burgers. You'll find a variety of different options for your burger like the Karai or the Kinoko. You can also get a Chicken Katsu sandwich here as an alternative to a hamburger! My husband and I ended up ordering the following#4 Kinoko: All-beef Fukupatty with shitake mushrooms, teriyaki, ginger, and a wasabi mayo.Jazz Fries: Garlic fries with brown gravy and sauce. Fukumoco: Steamed white rice topped with all-beef Fukupatty, fried egg, brown gravy, sesame seeds and Japanese red ginger. After placing the order, we had to provide a funny name for pick-up so I ended up giving the name Nighteyez. It was so much fun looking at all of the different anime in the restaurant. By the time we finished watching some scenes from Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, the meal was ready! The team member at the register called out the name nighteyez and we went to pick up our meal! The food looked so delicious! I was so excited to have my first bite of the Fukumoco. It was by far one of the best loco mocos I've ever had. There was a lot of gravy on top of the beef patty and fried egg. It covered most of the patty and rice. The gravy was super flavorful and thick too! The beef patty was cooked perfectly and was seasoned well! The sesame seeds was a great enhancement to the dish too! I don't know if I could order anything else off of the menu the next time I stop at Fukuburger because the loco moco was just so good! My husband enjoyed the Kinoko and the Jazz Fries! The service was amazing at Fukuburger and the food was scrumptious! The price is inexpensive as well compared to other burger restaurants. This is going to be my new go to spot for ordering a Loco Moco! It was soo yummy!

Great service, great food and great prices.I had never experienced burgers with a Japanese twist so I didn't know what to expect. I was almost more nervous about ordering than actually eating but the guy running the counter was outstanding. I was also with a picky 7 year old and as soon as I told the guy behind the counter he just asked what our kids likes and made a burger for him.On top of the service, the food was filling and at an outstanding price...especially for Vegas where you could easily spend two or three times as much for an average burger. Go out of your way to try this place.

Visited this place on one of my many trips to vegas and saw that so many people raved about this spot. The service is great and the guys working the register are super nice. The menu is pretty straight forward which I always appreciate from a burger spot. The burgers are pretty yummy (a little on the greasy side for my personal taste) but the fries were really seasoned and crispy :) They also give you a little lollipop with your order!

Made the mistake of not getting a burger. I got the moco loco or loco moco. Basically a burger patty on a bed of rice with brown gravy and an egg. It also has 2 kinds of sesame seeds. Not great and not bad. Gotta try a burger next time.

I ordered the ButaBurger, a cheeseburger topped with bacon, pickled onions, and pickled red radish. The staff member who took my order was incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu. Since I have a low spice tolerance, I was worried about the wasabi mayo, but the server told me it wasn't spicy at all! The mayo had more of a creamy, slightly tangy flavor rather than a strong wasabi kick, which I personally really appreciated.I also liked that I could customize my burger with extra vegetables, so I added lettuce and tomatoes. The menu is easy to read, with all burgers priced the same, and the cost is very reasonable for the quality and amazing flavor. The restaurant itself has a fun, laid-back atmosphere with plenty of board games, making it a great place to hang out. One of the best quirks is the option to choose a funny name for your order from a spinning wheel--I ended up with "Anita Dick." Overall, this place offers amazing burgers at a great price in a super fun setting. Definitely worth a visit!

It's amazing and consistent every single time baby! I always go with the "Spicy" burger. There's a sweetness from the cucumbers but you still get a kick from the sauce. It's the perfect balance! And of course, you can never go wrong with the Jazz Fries.Vibes are always 10/10 with the best playlist! Service is super quick too, even when there's a line.We actually went to the Buffalo location first tonight but they were SWAMPED with the car meet so we came to this location. Not sure how often they have the car meet but it was pretty dope.

Arrived into Vegas and this was our first spot to get some lunch. It did not disappoint! My husband and I shared the #5 -KARAI"SPICY BURGERFUKU PATTY WITH PICKLEDCUCUMBERS, AVOCADO CREAM, SHREDDED CABBAGE, FINISHED W/ HABAÑERO KABAYAKIEvery bite was delicious! Fried were okay. Glad we got the sauces on the side because who likes soggy fries? I like the quirkiness of the restaurant. They asked me for a funny name for my order. I didn't expect it so I spun the wheel and got "gobble these nuts". Loved the humor in this place. Clean tables. Looks like an old Taco Bell structure. I'd come back again to try the mushroom burger.

JACKPOT! This burger place hit the spot!!! I grabbed the ButaBurger... so good! And the fries were tasty. Dip em in the crack sauce! They cook to order, so everything was hot! Although there aren't a lot of tables, they have enough space to handle a decent size customer rush!

Overall: 4.6/5 [take out]After my previous visit to Fukuburger didn't meet expectations, the manager Colin reached out, promising to make it right. True to his word, his team took great care of us on our return, and the food was outstanding. Excellent customer service and management! #3 Buta ($9.99): All-beef Fukupatty, applewood-smoked bacon, American cheese, pickled red onions and red ginger, Japanese BBQ sauce and wasabi mayo. It was good, but the ingredients didn't quite bring out the umami of the beef patty and bacon.#4 Kinoko ($9.99): All-beef Fukupatty with grilled shitake mushrooms, pickled red ginger, teriyaki, and finished with wasabi mayo. This was my favorite of the 3 burgers we got. Super flavorfil and juicy. You can never go wrong with a beef and mushroom combo.#6 Chicken Katsu ($9.99): Panko-encrusted chicken with shredded cabbage, finished with "crack sauce" and katsu sauce. My husband loved this one! I thought it was much better than last time, but katsu just doesn't seem to work as well in a burger to me, possibly due to the breading. Jazz Fries ($4.99): Crispy garlic salt fries topped with brown gravy and crack sauce. The fries were addicting and the gravy was still delicious as ever. They always give a generous amount of gravy so I save it to eat it with white rice.
