Excellent cinnamon roll, bread, and buns! Pleasant staff in a non-descript location, and best of all, stewardship to our society with assistance to refugees.

I wish this place was closer to my house, but I do see myself driving the 45 minutes just to get there cinnamon rolls. I give this place a 10 out of 10. If you live near here, you need to go and try this place. Not only is it a nonprofit that helps refugees, it's simply delicious. We met with Lulu one of the bakers and she truly is talented. I got two cinnamon rolls and when I brought them home, my husband and I were fighting over the last bite. They are big and sticky and delicious. I also tried their lemon cookie and it's probably one of the best lemon cookies I've had, better than Summer house in Durango. They sell other savory bread, but I only got sweet stuff. They also sell vegetables from their garden. They had plums, peaches, tomatoes, basil, honey, and some other goodies. I will definitely be back my recommendation 10 out of 10.

Stopped by Frosted Bakery one afternoon since we were in the area. They are a nonprofit where all proceeds go to helping refugees learn English and job skills. Besides having delicious desserts, they also have lunch items, drinks and gifts for sale and a little museum to visit. Items tried and liked (so far): Cinnamon RollsGingerbread Bar (seasonal)Carrot CakeFrosted BrownieChocolate Chip Cookie - First time we had it, didn't like it (must've been a bad batch). Second time, we loved it :) M & M CookiePortions are big and worth the price. Sweets are delicious and not overly sweet which I like. Employees are nice & helpful . Interior is clean & cute. Lots of parking. Hope you decide to check them out :)

I heard about this place from a friend and finally found the time to stop by - note that they're only open weekdays from 10AM-4PM, which unfortunately limits opportunities to drop by. It's worth a visit if you can find the time! The storefront is located in an industrial business plaza but inside is a cute bakery with display cases and some seating, along with a museum display about the Lighthouse Charity that the bakery supports. As with any bakery, go in early for the best selection - the dinner rolls and orange rolls gets lots of praise, but were out when I went by. I was able to snag a couple of good-sized cookies, though. In addition to a menu of sweets, they also offer lunch combos with a few simple sandwiches made on their famous rolls. I live nearby so will have to keep this spot in mind for a return visit on a day off work.

Went to Frosted Bakery off of Cheyenne and Allen. It is tucked away in an office park. Desserts are amazing! Had their pumpkin bar, as it us pumpkinszn, so good. The frosting was incredible and solid pumpkin taste. Also purchase a cinnamon roll wich the family loved and a yet to be eaten banana nut bar, lemon bar, pumpkin whoopie pie, rolls and was given a chocolate chip cookie for spending $30.The bakery/store itself also has a lot of homemade crafts and jams as well. They also do lunch items and drinks but I was focused on my sweet tooth If you are on the Northside of town you must stop in.

For a good cause? I am always down to help support a strong charity. This little bakery is all staffed with volunteers and 100% of all profits are used to educate and teach English to refugees to assist them in taking care of their families. Lighthouse Charities owns and operates.Easy to find but a bit of a trek for some depending on where you live in the valley. They are in a plaza right off of Cheyenne. You should see their van with the company logo.We were helped by Sister Ray and she could not have been more kind. As you enter you are greeted by huge cinnamon, peach and orange rolls just waiting for you to take home fromthe showcase. Mouthwatering and heavily frosted, one cannot help but want to buy them all. Then there are the delicious chocolate chip cookies which give another popular cookie spot a real challenge. These cookies are a nice size and pack so much flavor. They also feature brownies, cupcakes, bread, muffins and drum roll please.....the tastiest dinner rolls you have ever bit into. I am so serious! I was informed how popular the rolls are and that they always sell out during the holidays. I just had to purchase a dozen. Once I returned home I promptly made some chicken salad and used my rolls! Fantastic! The bakery features a gift shop with current holiday items and fun kitchen kitsch. They also have a museum about the work they do and how we can help refugees from war torn countries. So glad I finally got to stop in and support this little bakery. I can't wait to come back!

Cute place and to think it's a non-profit business. Found this place in YELP, got there on a whim. Craving for some pastries. As soon as you enter the place you'll be welcomed by staff and the nice homey setting they have going. Check my photos. For pastry, I had the cinnamon roll. Sweet, soft and of good portion. Hubby chose dinner rolls. He said it's just ok perfect for dipping coffee. At any rate, very satisfying for a pastry craving. Reasonable priced as well.

Regardless of the fact that all of their profits go towards helping refugees, this is an amazing bakery. In a time where bakeries are competing to offer the most Instagram-worthy photo-ops, Frosted is relatively unassuming and everything comes down to the quality of the sweets that they offer. And that quality is top-notch. I've now had their brownie and their cinnamon bun, both from the Vegas Taste Off kits, and they are just so well-made. So glad to have a bakery nearby that I know values taste and quality above novelty.

I am quite the baked goods connoisseur. I enjoy trying out new places, so to find that this place is so close to home I had to come give it a try. I've been in twice now, and both times I've been pleased with my orders. They have several different flavors of cookies, my first time stopping in I picked up a cookies and cream cookie a key lime cookie and a brownie. Everything was delicious! The cookies are massive, comparable to a well known popular cookie place in town and at $3 a cookie, they do not skimp on the size. The brownie was moist and very soft. On my second visit, I got two more cookies, and a cinnamon roll. Again, the cookies did not disappoint, seriously the cookies here are fantastic. The cinnamon roll was nice and gooey, I really enjoyed the frosting. This is a great business, I hope they continue to have support from the community. What their business is about, and how they wish to support people in dire situations to rise out of their current situation is very admirable. I will be back soon!

Dinner rolls are excellent! Hours are not as listed on door or website. Service is not very friendly. Other pastries are fine.
